I've been taking my 2019 Alfa Romeo to Golling for services and oil changes for a couple of years, and Service Advisor Kyle E. has made every visit smooth and effortless. His professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction are exceptional. Thanks to Kyle, maintaining my car is hassle-free. Highly recommend him and the Golling team for top-notch service!

Kyle, service advisor for Alfa Romeo, is fantastic. An Alfa enthusiast himself, he has a wealth of knowledge and information and is a great source for all things Alfa. One could not ask for a better representative of the department, dealership, or marque. A bit of a drive from my location but well worth it for this level of service. Well done!

This place is great. I see Kyle frequently to service my vehicle for whatever reason. He always works to get me the best price/parts. I'm always out in a timely manner and he's very transparent. Would recommend.

I live about an hour away and I had to get my car towed to this dealership, which costed about $200. Then I got charged an arm and a leg so the tech could tell me that it just needed a jump and the battery does not need to be replaced. I literally drove home, parked the car, and the next day the car wouldn't start. Same issue it had when I got there, and the reason i towed it there. When I called the tech to tell him what happened he said I would get a free diagnostics, as long as I could get it there (remember the tow is $200). What could a diagnostic do for me at this point? You just charged me $200 for a diagnostic and nothing came up... I told you I needed a new battery, you told me no. Take your car somewhere else. There are local mechanics that don't have all the fancy technology, that can do much better work. I'm done paying top dollar for bad service.

This dealership is so accommodating. I ve been working with Kyle E. for years to ensure my 18 Alfa Stelvio is working properly. Kyle has kept me confidently on the road and I m pushing 100k. Under warranty, extended warranty, and finally out of warranty. If I didn t have Kyle I don t think my confidence would be as high with the brand. Tbh.

They are absolute terrible at customer service. Have had several cars serviced here and it always seems something else is wrong before they fix what the issue is.Whenever I go to pickup a vehicle there are more check engine lights on then when I dropped it off.Telling me "I'm not sure if we replaced that" even though I know my cars service record by memory.Please be cautious when dropping off a vehicle. Smiles don't count for anything if my vehicle isn't safe to drive when I go to pick it up. Absolutely unacceptable.

If you do not want your life endangered, do not have your car serviced here. They are unprofessional and care more about saving themselves than their clients. I wish I could give 0 stars. Do not trust your own life or the life of loved ones here.I had my car serviced for a tire rotation and upon picking up my car a couple days later I got maybe 15 minutes down the road (getting onto the freeway) when the car started shaking violently and I had to pull over. Upon having the car towed back to the service center (on my own dime), the tow truck driver discovered that the wheel had become detached from the car and had I attempted to continue driving the car the wheel would have flown out from under me and I could have been seriously injured. The next day I had to contact Golling Alfa Romeo myself to receive updates on the car with no answer and so I had my fiance drive me to speak with managers in person. Upon speaking to the managers they had not yet even been informed of the situation. It then took over a month to have a refund issued (after continually having to advocate for myself and conceding to not have the tire replaced for cosmetic damages) and they continue to not take responsibility for the severity of their mistake after admitting they had not used proper protocol to replace the wheel at the time of service. Especially if you want someone to speak to you like a human DO NOT work with Mike. I will never be returning here (this is not even the first time they'd been rude to me) and this is unforgivable.

Absolutely the worst service we ve ever received. The only Alfa service in the area so unfortunately we re stuck dealing with these incompetent bozos. Twice we ve been in to pickup our vehicle because they said it was ready. Both times we got behind the wheel the engine light was still on and the car had not been fixed. I ve wasted 4+ hours driving to and from to pick up a vehicle they supposedly fixed. What a waste. Looking at the reviews I m not the only who has had similar experiences. Unless you absolutely have no other choice run the other direction. This place is run by total idiots who have zero empathy or concern for their customers.

I have owned 38 autos and this dealership has been the best experience to date. I own and Alfa Romeo and have been coming to Kyle in service for over 2 years.Excellent and friendly service, convenient, I have no complaints whatsoever. Top notch service!

Kyle is a fantastic employee and is super helpful with everything i need to know about what is going on. Whether or not it has to do with a simple oil change or maintenance to the car he is super helpful and i wouldnt take my car anywhere else

I had just purchased my 2023 Stelvio and it threw a check engine light for a cylinder misfire. It turned out to be a very simple fix, just a faulty ignition coil. They had the part in stock and returned my vehicle back to me in perfect working order the very next day. I was given a beautiful Tonale as my loaner during the time my Stelvio was in for repair. The entire service experience was so professional and pleasant that I didn't even mind the whole check engine light problem. I will definitely be returning to Golling and Kyle for any of my future service needs.

Estimated time for an oil change: 1h in the Fast LaneAfter 2h I am still waiting and the oil change has not been initiated. Every 15 minutes the feedback is the car will be ready in 5 Now aside that 1h in the fast lane for an oil change he is already excessive, 2h hours sounds unbelievable.But the frustrating part is the poor communication. If you need 2h or 3h or half a day I can understand but let me know in a way that I can plan my day and my schedule accordingly.If at the drop off you state 1h then keep your word.

I brought my 2020 Alfa Romeo Giulia to Golling for its 40,000 mile service. The work was completed quickly & competently, the service advisor explained the work that had to be done clearly, and their lounge was a nice place to sit and get some work done while I waited.I'm from Colorado, and I like the dealership where I bought my Giulia, but the efficiency and professionalism I experienced at Golling was excellent. The best experience I've ever had when I brought my car in for service.

Had a burning smell from my jeep after a recent oil change, also my windshield fluid wasn't re-filled. Also instead of providing a loaner for warranty work they charged me for a rental. Thanks Golling!

I've had previous experiences with Alpha's customer service in general ( from the purchasing experience to scheduling service over the phone) that left a sour taste in my mouth. This past month though, I find them redeemed and far exceeding my expectations.1) Our Stelvio had a huge cack in the windshield. Sam, in the auto glass department not only stayed on the phone with me while I contacted Geico Insurance to inquire about coverage but, when we discovered the deductible was higher than purchasing outright, he found glass within the hour, at a reasonable rate, and was flexible enough to replace it the same visit that I scheduled my oil change and tire rotation.2) Kyle and his scheduling coordinator, Jen, we're the most friendly and professional I've experienced in auto repair customer service in a very long time. They even had a loaner car available for me as soon as I dropped off my vehicle for service. Kyle took the time to walk me out to the Tonale to ensure that I knew how an electric vehicle worked (the engine doesn't rev when it's turned on and that can throw some customers off).3) My vehicle was ready at the promised time and all post windshield replacement instructions were reviewed before my departure.So, great job Golling Alpha Romeo. I will be looking forward to seeing you all for my next service in 10,000 miles!

The most terrible customer service I have ever seen in my life. While I was talking on the phone, he suddenly hung up and I had to call again. and hung up again. This was a woman, I have a complaint about this woman. I will never come to this service again

Went to pick up the car and there were still dash lights on. When it was finally ready they didn t fully attach the under shield. Every time I take my vehicle here there are issues.

Towed my Jeep in for a full service check with flat tires. They found battery needed charged. On day 5 he said my jeep was ready, and that they could not put on different tires than originals. So they needed to order and wait for new tires ... after having my jeep for 7 days it was done new tires/charged battery. On inspection, vehicle looked fine but when I tried to slide my seat back further it did not adjust as it previously had before repairs. When I bought my jeep NEW the dealer added a "big boy" bar (rail that makes seat slide greater) because I was not going to purchase due to the seat not sliding back any further. Inspect seat bracket looks brand new and no "big boy" bar. Look at paper work, they did a recall with seat so that is why it took 7 days... Start vehicle the change engine oil notice pops up on dash. I drive it off the lot, the wind shield is still wet from the dealer washing it I turn on windshield wipers... the wiper blade is ripped and does not work. On the highway there is a red light I hit the brakes and the pedal goes to the floor and jeep almost hits vehicle in front of me. So I knew they did not do a full vehicle inspection as requested...Furious after almost dieing on the trip home I contact Golling... assured me they would fix it and told me to drive it to the dealer...drive my unsafe vehicle to them. I mention all that I noticed was not repaired. The head mechanic was short with my wife over the phone and hung up on her when she asked him to hold a second. He was rather unpleasant to work with. A few days later they said they fixed the brakes, the wipers could not find dash icons. I pick up my jeep and ask to inspect vehicle before paying... drive to where they usually do pick up. See employee driving vehicle to the pick up area... when we park the employee hits the gas accelerating as fast as my jeep will drive. My wife and I follow around the corner the employee is gone no where to be seen. So we park look around to find my jeep it is already parked on service floor with garage door shut. Head mechanic hands me my keys says "the seat feels about like a liberty should be." I inspect the vehicle show them seat bracket missing.. he inspects "its the same as passenger side"... at this point I can not keep my cool any more. Asked him to speak with his manager he said sure and stood there. So I asked again in an echo "CAN ANYONE ELSE HELP ME." A manager in a red shirt came up. I showed him my concerns to no resolve. "It takes 8 hours to change a seat. No one stole your bracket. We dont modify seats like this at a dealership level." So I take my jeep home unsatisfied.The next day i stop to get fuel. When i get out i see my brakes are smoking and a big stinky cloud of unmistakable smell of burnt brake pads. I do not fill up fuel in fear of a gas fire drive home and call golling. Do not feel safe driving it so AGAIN had it towed to golling. Now the red shirt manager is supervising my job. Next day they inspect my brakes tell me nothing is wrong. Asked about the engine oil light and tpm warning light said he would test drive it again. The next day "your gas is low we could not test it. Ok put in $20" ...Next day "we could not find any issues, no dash icons, no smoking brakes." So I said please make sure..they kept it another night find no issues. Go to pick it up ... Drive it home.... next day start it up "change engine oil" light on dash. STAY AWAY FROM THIS "SERVICE" DEPARTMENT!
