This review has been looooong overdue. Luke and Ed in service are AMAZING. Please go see Luke if you need to service your car for anything. I cannot express how much I appreciate the time, care, compassion, and empathy that they provide to all of their customers, they make you feel like family and the interactions don't feel transactional. Their service department is fast and easy, and they are very accurate with giving estimates on how long work will take.I had opened a Jeep credit card to use for the tires I needed to buy and was unable to use it until it came in, and Luke went above and beyond and took time out of his day (while communicating regularly with updates) and made it work for me. He also helped me find the right tires and even provided different options and was extremely professional, patient and kind. This sort of customer experience is very hard to come by these days, and he is a huge asset to the brand. I will be a forever customer here.Thank you again for being awesome guys!

So I have been working with Kyle Elsasser for my Giulia since I bought it. I can you that I have been very fortunate in my life to have been able to own several vehicles! I am an enthusiast (one would say) My latest is an Alfa Romeo Giulia! Kyle is the exclusive Alfa service advisor at this location. Between maintenance and warranty work, Kyle is an absolute perfect man to work with. He gets ahead of the game for my needs, Gets my car done very quickly, and he has a passion for the vehicles which means the world to me. I have to say that if you have the pleasure to work with him, he will not let you down. I am of the opinion that those who make themselves irreplaceable deserve proper recognition, and that is why I took the time to write this review. Quality of anything means everything. Kyle takes care of me at every single time of need. 5 starts because I wont go anywhere else!

If I could give a half of star I would, I took my car initially to get fix because of excessive smoke and it kept shutting off they "fixed" it for $800 and then the check engine comes on a few days later, at first they said they could fix it and then a few days later said the engine was dead and then said I now owe $300 so now I'm out $1100 and a broken car and they couldn't tell me my engine was dead the first visit? This place is a joke and Mike kept being dismissive and not answering our questions i will NEVER come back its awful here!!

Brought in my 2018 124 spider fir a water pump issue,they claimed to change the water pump or sensor,but how is that possible when I DIDN'T HAVE COOLANT IN MY CAR AFTER BEING RETURNED! THATS THE MAIN PART OF A Water pump is coolant. Mike didn't seem to happy.i love my car and I expected them to take fine detail in my property.mybe I got an oil change instead lol

Service department sent my child back onto the road not replacing the damaged tire we were charged for. Then had the nerve to call me and imply that they had done the work and I was making it up. Saturday plans completely ruined because of pure lack of competency and concern. Highly do not recommend.

Very nice folks. I brought in my car for service, but it turned out the vehicle was not worth the amount to fix it. I was able to rent a car from them while I was deciding what to do with mine, and Scott was able to give me a quote for the trade in value. Just be aware that this location is mainly chrysler vehicles.

The sales department did a good job of making the purchase process very smooth. Their service department on the other had leaves much to be desired. They are a dealer who sells my car new. 3 times they lifted my car improperly completing an oil change, damaging body panels. Finally on the 3rd time they replaced the body panels they had damaged and repaired twice before. They gave me a loaner while my car was in the shop and proceeded to bill me for the loaner! You can buy a car here, just do not trust them to work on it.

My car's check oil light came on and a recall was made in the same week. I decided to take my car in last minute. I called ahead and the woman on the phone was super helpful. I got there a few minutes after my appointment and when I walked into the service area none of the individuals at their desks greeted me which was a bit frustrating. Robert Kokenos came back from a task and immediately asked if I'd been helped and jumped to assist me with my vehicle. I understand the other individuals at the service department may have been busy but there was no acknowledgement of my standing there other than awkward I contact. A "hi, we'll be with you in a moment" would have sufficed. I really appreciated Robert's good customer service. More of your staff in the service department should be customer oriented like Robert.

The dealership was very professional . The gentleman who helped me (Derral) was very well versed in his job. Also,Frank the mechanic who worked on my car did a fine job on my car. No complaints from me for sure. Tom Kendzierski

I have a new 2019 Ram and the camera had issues. I took it in a couple months ago, these guys kept the truck for 2 weeks and didn t cover their belt buckle. They scuffed my tailgate in a nice circular pattern and at this point I just don t trust Golling to fix the paint and am never getting service here again. Don t go here if you value your paint job and want fast service.

Service received was not bad however, they didn t allow me to use my employee discount. When asked they made it seem as if I didn t get one. After going to another dealership, I found out I can in fact use my discount on parts and service. After reaching out about my issue Anthony said his manager(whom is a lady) informed him that I would have had to utilize my discount during the point of sale and now if I want to inquire about receiving a discount that I d need to contact cooperate. What a inconvenient and disappointment to me... Oh he didn t forget to mention that the guy helping me name was Jim...

Took my vehicle there to have battery replaced and door latched fixed.- It took 3 days to get the vehicle back- After replacing the battery. They did not reset the vehicle clock. Ok simple.- they did not reinstall the engine cover, which had to be remove to access the battery. Lazy- during the 100 point inspection they did not notice the tire pressure was 10 psi low in two tires- the removed the door panel to replace the latch. They returned the vehicle with power mirror switch disconnected. It was my wife s car that I drove to the dealer so the mirrors would be out of adjustment for her. Instead of having them take days to fix it, I removed the door panel and connected the mirrorI could have replaced the battery and latch in less time and hassle than having them do it!!!

A few weeks ago I was in the Bloomfield Hills area when my 2013 Fiat 500 had mechanical issues and I had to have it towed to Golling, which is about an hour and a half away from my home. The issues with my car turned out to be covered by warranty and Golling worked with me to make sure that the situation was easy. Adam Osgood took excellent care of me and worked with me so that I could get a loner car from an enterprise location a few miles from my home. It was a very nice experience that could have easily have gone horrible, but thanks to the caring service I received at Golling, it was a breeze.

Robert helped so much he was patient since I had my 2 year old with me. It was quick and easy. Robert was so nice and I would highly recommend him! I've spent almost 6 hours at another dealership and I was out of golling in 2. They had the car started and heated for me when I arrived which was amazing!

I visited the dealership about two weeks ago. I spoke to someone there and they were very helpful. Things took a downward spiral the second I tried to negotiate. The sales person has repeatedly ignored all of my follow ups and will not even respond to any emails. I guess if you are not willing to accept the first number they throw at you, you are not worth their time. Shame, I wasted so much time of my time.

Really love their parts department they're very helpful and they help you with a problem I bought a Fiat and they're a lot more maintenance than what I expected. However I enjoy my Fiat and sometimes you just have to get things fixed to keep it on the road.

Just left to get oil changed and they forgot to check the tire pressure. Alfa require 36. Went from 32 to 30. Terrible. Do your job. Not to mention I was there for 2.5 hours

There is absolutely no room in their parking lot they parked Vehicles wherever they want no organisation. Go to pick up a car and I have to wait for the customer service person to finish his personal conversation before he could help me mines you that took 17 minutes. I would stay as far away from this dealership is possible it is a nightmare

What a difference a dealer can make! After being very disappointed with a local Fiat dealer near my little home town in Michigan, I decided to try Golling Fiat on S Telegraph Rd. WOW....a much, MUCH, better experience! Definitely worth the long(er) drive for me, to receive this type of service. Thanks!

I traded in my Silverado 2500HD truck for a Fiat 500C and couldn't be happier! Forget about gas mileage, ok, don't forget about gas mileage -- going from 8 mpg to 32 mpg is a big change. I've had the car for about a month and just filled up the tank for the 2nd time. The car is fun to drive, handles well and is a dream to park. Ok, so the trunk is small and won't carry what the Silverado could, but that's a small price to pay for a car that I've started calling Mio Bambino. In addition, the details of the trade-in were a bit complicated and people at Golling Fiat couldn't have been more helpful. (Thank you, Michael Yamarino!) Add to all of that the thumbs-up and waves I get from people as I drive around town and I've had a completely positive experience.

Usually customer service takes forever, but I got there at the right time today. 9 am on Wednesday. I was out in 30 minutes for an oil change.
