This service is amazing. Our vehicles have never looked so clean and Shadi makes it so convenient! He comes right to your home. We always struggled with dropping off vehicles to be detailed (multiple days sometimes). This completely removes that step and we are more than happy with the outcome. I purchased the $40 car wash never got a confirmation or call on 5/13/23. Sent an email and msg on 5/15/23 and asked for someone to schedule the appointment or refund my monies. I just wanted to get my car cleaned. Now the person who responded is not replaying the email just keeps kicking back

This was a Father s Day gift, scheduled 2 weeks in advance with a confirmation. I m submitting a review after they were over an hour late, did not respond to messages, calls or emails. They were a no show no reply. Booked an appointment a few days ahead - he came to me and did a good job. My car had not been cleaned in years and it looks great. Took about 3 hours and he was passionate and cared about his work.

We couldn't imagine that our cars can ever look new again, especially our family SUV and us having young children, but this service made it possible! The cars look amazing, and it feels great to be in them again. Such great attention to detail was paid! We are beyond satisfied, and we highly recommend this company

Wow !!! I rarely review things but the quality of the car detailing was beyond exceptional ! We have four kids and never imagined our cars could look brand new again !!! He spent SO much time and SO much attention to detail on both of our cars at home ! Highly recommend ! Still can t believe it s the same car - the before and after is really incredible ! Strong work !

I don t remember the last time I took my truck to a car wash for a detailed clean. They simply do not do what Cartail does. By the time my truck is done being cleaned it looks like I just got it back for my first time. I recommend this company to everyone I know! WOW ....I can t believe this is in Michigan now! finally as a busy Mother of three this is so convenient, not only they came to my house but they did a great job cleaning all those hard stain, coloring markers... etsThe last time I saw my car this much clean was when I got it from the dealership! Great and fast services. I have a very dirty truck that has been through mud, water and sand and they have made it look brand new and they cleaned every surface in the interior. it is also very affordable and they came to my drive way!.
