All when as scheduled. At the beging of the job, the mechanic shot a short video describing what he saw. Example he tested each tire indicating amount of remaining tread, showed other critical info while giving indicating it's state of wear. This gave confidence as to the overall condition of my car. A pleasant place for a cup of Joe and some emails and was out on time.

Excellent communication and quick service. They sent a video showing the inspection of my vehicle. It s was great, they highlighted some damage but didn t push for repairs since they didn t know if it was actually impacting the drivability of the car.

Firstly, I want to Express my gratitude for the dealership swift assistance and curing a time for me on the same day. Allowing me to return home out-of-state. I also acknowledge the hustle of Mondays, marking the beginning of a bustling week with its fair share of surprises. While I'm thankful for the overall service, I would have preferred a couple of updates during the process. I reached out to my intake service professional after 4 hours and the progress updates were provided approximately one and a 1/2 hours before closing. I understand this might be knit picking, and I apologize in advance. Despite this, the service was handled with care and I genuinely appreciate the effort that allowed me to leave on the same day.

I loved how they got me in quickly when I had a blow out. I loved their describing what my needs were. I really loved the video sent. I think your completion notification and vehicle retrieval could use some tweaking but overall very satisfied. None of the links sent to me were functional other than this one

Chen is my service adviser and is always great to deal with. He gets back to my phone calls consistently. He was busy with another customer when I arrived, so Bob did my intake. I always take my toy poodle with me places, so they even brought my car inside for me when done so she wouldn t get hew paws wet. I ve always loved my BMW experience!

Ryan Cornell was fantastic. He took care of everything so that I had the car back quickly, he got me in and out of the dealership quickly, and gave me a great loaner. The process couldn't have been better.

Best experience of any car dealership i have been to. Took my car in to have a rattle checked out. Ilya was my service representative and he was awesome. Got me a courtesy car very similar to my own, and kept me informed at every opportunity.

I absolutely love working with your service dept/techs, they are the nicest guys. They are always so helpful and friendly. I wish you would get rid of Brook the VA, she does not understand anything and I do not want to deal foreign call centers or virtual assistants ever especially with my car!

Third visit here for scheduled maintenance. Excellent organization for drop off. Work was done quickly and text communication was great. Offered some service discounts for a Gleeners food bank contribution which worked out great for me. I purchased my vehicle at this dealership and had a similarly excellent experience

Devon is great. When I bring my car for service, he goes over what has to be done and what is not needed at this not necessary at this time. And when he says the service will take a certain amount of time it is always correct

Outstanding service. Brian Kolber is the best service dept person along with the service dept manager. Really friendly and goes up and beyond to help out. I needed a loaner and Brian came through for me. When my car was done he brought it up to the door and turned the heat on to warm it up. Also, very frustrating using the automated phone. I told Brian that it s so difficult to call to speak to someone in service dept, he gave me his cell number so I can just text him. So much easier!!! Highly recommend this dealer / service dept!

I have been coming for service for 20 years, Bob U has been there the whole time taking care of my 5 cars. I still have my original 330ci convertible 2002 , as a testament to the excellent service. I would highly recommend this service center.

You have one of the most professional service teams i've seen. Chuck Kauffman is always pleasurable, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I've been working with Chuck for almost 10 years now and I wouldn't have it any other way. The other day I was approached by Jim Thornton bringing me all this knowledge about my tires treads. Although he was persistent at no time did I feel pressured and I was grateful for the information that he had given me and was even motivated to follow his recommendation on my rear passenger side tire. I would also like to give a shout out to Carman and Gloria who helped put me in this beast of a machine and last but not least Andrew G. in the genius team who taught me how to understand and tame this beast!!

I had a great experience at BMW Bloomfield Hills. The Service Advisor (Chen) was very helpful and honest. I came in to get a second opinion on some work recommended by another mechanic and they basically saved me $1500. I ll always return to BMW Bloomfield Hills.

I had an appointment with my Service Advisor, Devin Krause, for an oil change, to check the battery and change the spark plugs. Devin gave a thorough description of what to expect. Also, we discussed the possibility of replacing my battery depending on results from the load test. I was given the cost of my planned service and an estimate for the potential battery replacement. In addition, I was given a time estimate. I was extremely pleased with Devin s professionalism, extra attention to provide answers to all my questions and more importantly, the time required to service my car. I appreciate the ability to use Docusign online for record retention and the video of the Service Technician s assessment of car s current status. Very cool!
