My experience with BMW of Bloomfield Hills is amazing. I would like to give a big shout out to Meghan Bahr. I purchased two cars from this place and my experience was very great both the times. Meghan went out of her way to help me in finding my dream car. She not only made the process so smooth, she was also able to find the right vehicle for me.Initially i purchased a 430i convertible and she went above and beyond to find an in-production vehicle which can meet my needs. She was able to secure the vehicle and tried everything she could to deliver the vehicle to me as fast as possible. I wasn t expecting the vehicle to be delivered to me that fast with all the features i need. Thanks to Meghan, she was able to find an in-production vehicle and secure it for me.Recently I purchased an X7 and she did a thorough search to find the vehicle which meets all my needs. She patiently demoed me multiple vehicles and clearly explained everything. She also helped me during financing to make necessary adjustments to fit my dream car within my budget.I m extremely satisfied with the service I received and would definitely recommend this dealer and especially Meghan to anyone who is looking to purchase a BMW.

5/5 experience.Bill is amazing. He is so helpful, answers my questions, and was respectful during the process. He was straight to the point and made sure my new car exceeded my expectations. Even afterwards, he checked in to see how things were going.Chase is a genius! So great to work with, and easy going, whilst truly being an expert at what he does. He also followed up with me to ensure I was pleased with the car.The two of them truly made my experience seamless and enjoyable. I would recommend this dealership, as well as Chase and Bill to anyone. They re caring, fun to work with, and really do care about the customer. Thank you!!

Thanks for the best salesman Megan and I had the best deal recommend this salesman I would put 10 stars And This was the best dealership experience. After finding what I wanted online and starting the process, everything was completed within about 30 minutes of my arrival, then I was out the door in my new car. The bulk of that hour was time spent with the technician learning the vehicle. There were no high pressure add-on tactics during the finance process either, which I really appreciated.

This is my second car from Client Advisor Bill Manson and Financial Advisor, Chris Furman and my very first new car right off the showroom floor. This is also my first full electric car. I'm based in Cleveland, Ohio and there's a reason why I keep coming back to Bloomfield Hill, MI. Simply because of the overall service and being treated with the utmost care, kindness, and respect. Bill is a great person that I consider a friend, and Chris is a pleasant to work with and took care of all the financial details. I'm big on loyalty and that's why I will continue to do business with this dealership. Thanks Gents! I'm very happy with my 2024 BMW i4 M50.

I have worked with many car salespeople. I used to be a car salesman, and in the last few years I ve had 6 different cars. Gloria is the best salesperson I have ever had the pleasure of working with, hands down. She worked patiently with me to help me get out of a lease I felt stuck in from another brand, and her finance manager was very accommodating too. They ended up putting me into a Z4 at a very reasonable rate. Gloria was quick to take my calls, made me feel welcome in the dealership, and even went out of her way to introduce me to the head of the service department. Be sure to ask for Gloria!

Great location, great showroom, great selection to choose from, and friendly people. Love this place! My sales person Audrey was amazing, patient, and the best to work with! The entire team of people whom I worked with including the genius McLain, Audrey, finance manager, and everyone I worked with were amazing! They have a customer for life now! I love their latte coffee machine too! Highly recommend! Thank you to BMW of Bloomfield Hills! I absolutely am in love with my new electric SUV! This is my first time owning a BMW and so far we love it so much that we bought two!

Bought a used 2018 M2 from Andrew Gontaruk on Oct 26. I saw it online and stopped in about a week before to take it for a test drive.Had a fantastic experience dealing with Andrew. No high pressure sales pitch or anything that typically happens when buying a vehicle. Did not promise a Michelin three star meal and deliver a cold Happy Meal.Very knowledgeable regarding the products they have for sale. Good communication throughout the buying process.Even though I didn't get any of the extras the F&I guy was offering (sorry, can't recall his name), it was as painless as it could be. Again, no high pressure sales tactics.Overall, BMW of Bloomfield Hills is a great place to get a great car.

Great dealership, highly recommend. While this is my first BMW purchase and I've been blown away. Andrew G. (my salesman) was very knowledgably, friendly, and, most importantly, patient with my endless list of questions. He made sure that I was comfortable with the vehicle and the purchasing process. Chris F. (finance) was great at walking me through the paperwork, showcasing different options that were available and helping me select the best options for me. All-in-all I'm very satisfied.

I had used BMW of Bloomfield Hills before to service a previous BMW of mine and dealt with Ilya who was outstanding. This time i purchased a 2021 X3 M40i from them. The process was made very easy by my SA Antonio who was nothing short of awesome. I'm very impressed at how professional and courteous the staff are there. I would absolutely recommend them to others and will be back when its time to buy my next car.

This dealership is the best I have ever worked with. I just purchased my 3rd BMW (2nd from Bloomfield Hills). I worked with Sabrina for both cars and she is professional, organized, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles BMW offers. She makes the car buying experience fun and stress-free.The service department also consistently delivers top notch customer service. I usually see Ryan and he is also a pleasure to work with. Great experience! My salesperson Brigid was recommended by a friend and she was awesome! She was very knowledgeable and kept me well informed throughout the order, build, and delivery process. The rest of the staff was very friendly and attentive as well. My new BMW was delivered in the showroom, clean and detailed immaculately. Our experience with the staff at BMW of Bloomfield Hills was top notch. Gloria was our first point of contact when we walked in. She is personable, knowledgeable, professional and genuine. Carmen and Ryan are amazing as well! The three of them streamlined our car buying process. We purchased the 760i; and Ali did a fantastic job helping us get acquainted with the vehicle and all of its special feature! Not only were we impressed with the staff, the facilities are state of the art, comfortable and immaculate. The overall experience was unparalleled, which is why we will be returning for years to come.

Had the pleasure of working with Kevin F at BMW Bloomfield when I traded in and bought a car this week. First, tremendously impressive dealership. Lots of inventory, clean, well organized finance department, easy to use service center. Kevin is super friendly, knowledge, made the whole process easy as could be. I can not say enough good things about the sales team that I was pleased to work with at BMW Bloomfield Hills. Being a younger person, I previously had not had the greatest customer service experience at luxury car dealerships. However, when I first walked into this Dealership I was immediately treated like family. Gloria was beyond amazing in assisting me with the purchase of my first BMW, and I can confidently say there will be many more BMWs in my future because of this experience. Carmen, Ryan, and Kellen were the three other members of the sales team I had the pleasure of working with in finalizing the deal on my vehicle, each one of them was outstanding as well. If you are in the market for a BMW do not hesitate to take a drive to BMW Bloomfield hills because the service is second to none.

Before you read further . Sabrina Rolle the client service manager is an absolute gem! . From the greeting to the car purchase process she made the experience memorable and fabulous. She is a great person to speak with about what you expect and need in a vehicle. She will explain in detail and add some fun along the way. I would recommend her highly as I have purchased few cars before but this experience was definitely a treat! .

Couldn't have asked for a better experience. I worked with Josh Hall who was responsive, attentive and knowledgeable both during the transaction and during all follow-ups and check ins after. I interacted with other representatives in the dealership including the finance managers/team and everyone was awesome. Super high level customer service. Never felt rushed or pressured throughout the entire buying process. Happy with my decision to work with this team

Finally Got my first BMW today. They have a wonderful salesperson Mr.Vince Olsen who guided me and explained each and every detail about the car when I was placing my order. He regularly updated me during the wait time for the car and he came in today during his day off to ensure that I have a smooth delivery process. I m really grateful for that. I appreciate his time and understanding my situation before each and every step along the way. Truly amazing team at the dealership who work together and ensure the customer does not have any hurdles along the way.

My recent experience at BMW of Bloomfield Hills was excellent. Every person I encountered was friendly & professional making it a comfortable and welcoming environment. David Nank was the Sales Consultant I worked with from start to finish and he could not have been better. He kept me informed, was patient with all my questions, knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in and provided just the right level of support.
