Went back after a few pleasant experiences. Needed deck reattached, new belt, and blades sharpened. Gave me a 2 weeks behind window. Did not receive back until 3 1/2 weeks later. The deck was reattached but now lowers crooked and cuts unevenly. I m sure the blades weren t sharpened. $157. Back to the search for a new repair shop. Edit: I was contacted by the shop and they are doing a few things to rectify the issues. There was a miscommunication with the work I wanted completed. Will be taking back in soon. Very professional to reach out like they did.

Been a long time customer for parts for my Simplicity Legacy. Because of their excellent service and courteous staff, I just purchased a New Zero Turn mower which is everything they said it would be . Very Happy to advise anyone to consider Bill's for their lawn care Needs. Thanks Bill's

Been buying from Jeff and Lynn for over a decade. They go above and beyond typical lawn service expectations. I m on my second Exmark and could not be happier with the timeliness and the follow-through that I have received for each purchase. They run a top-notch shop and I would recommend them over any major sales chain. They do the little stuff that matters.

Tried another service dealership and my mower came back with the blades incorrectly installed. Took it back to Bill's (where it should've went to begin with) and they identified the problem immediately as well as provided me with a ton of info on my specific Simplicity mower that I value knowing when doing lite service myself as well as expanding the tractors accessory options. Bill's knows their stuff and is among the best in the industry without a doubt.

I highly recommend Bill s Service and here is why: from the moment I walked in the door Lynn listened to what I was looking for and provided his expertise in answering all my questions about choosing an eXMark. He respected that I did my homework. Follow up and delivery was well received.

Got chainsaw chains sharpened, second time. Very pleasant folks here! They were ready in two days, we were very happy with the quick turnaround. I would recommend Bill's to anyone!!

Could not of asked for better people to deal with. Told them what I needed and they pointed me in the right direction. 100% satisfied with my exmark mower I recently purchased from them. Look forward to doing business with them again in the future.

We had a wonderful experience at Bill's Service. We were very unsure of what would work best for our needs and they provided us with an honest opinion. They could have easily tried to sell us the most expensive equipment, but instead helped us figure out what was best for our needs. And they have continued with that kind of service throughout our time using them.

I decided to buy a snowblower last November everything went well at the time they suggested I buy a gasoline additive so I would no longer have to drain the gas out of my snowblower I thought it sounded good but it worked horribly I did take it back I had to fix it and they charge me for the repair this was 11 months after it was new. The service person I talk to would even look at me afterwhile me talking to him there's no customer service there's no reason to go there and spend money don't waste your time go someplace else
