It was very welcoming, fast service & I even received a discount from using the online coupon. Never been to this dealership for maintenance on my vehicle, but I did purchase my car through here. Very good staff & for sure will be back!

Just had a oil change. Helpful help, quickly done. Had some quick breakfast too . Muffin and a banana. Drank a tea. And got a free lions key bob. Always treated very good.

This probably is the best car dealership I ve ever been to Called over the phone and they were able to do same day appointment. They put on my brakes and rotors. Go into break room it s very big you can see your car while they work on it. There s amenities too magazines and candy and they had Dairy Queen too for the customers. This probably is the best hospitality I ve had. If you ever come here ask for Tina she s cool.

Troy hooked me up with a new 2024 Chevy Silverado 2500 the same day I went to go look at it!!! I was expecting to have to wait a few days but he made it happen for me. Ordered my accessories and will be going back in the next few weeks to get them installed. Highly recommend.

I am veryyyyy pleased with the way Suski Chevrolet treated me as a customer but, I was even more pleaseeeedd with the way TJ treated me. After getting turned down by multiple dealerships he made me feel at ease the moment I talked to him. He went above and beyond to get me in a car with great mileage and the perfect fit for me. 10/10 I highly recommend Suski Chevrolet:)

I was treated in a friendly fashion. I was shown the filters that to be replaced and was advised about prpblems that will be watched in the future. The waiting was eased by two bags of fresh popcorn and some ice cream.

I needed to check the code for my check engine light, they wanted 105 dollars to check a code. I bought my car brand new from them a year ago expected better treatment. O Riley checked my code for free. 105 dollars to check a code you have lost your mind

I had a very good experience with Dennis and the sales team. I came and picked up a car from out of state not knowing what I was getting into and Dennis was everything I could have asked for-- he was transparent, accommodating and easy to get a hold of throughout the whole process. I highly recommend working with Suski if you're looking to buy a car.

First the service person was having a bad day or something and was very rude. To the point I wanted to one up there and have words with him face to face. Second when my wife was given a loaner car it was very dirty as if they just said the hell with them here. And lastly the communication sucked. I had to call up there to see if the vehicle was finished and he stated that it was getting ready to call but he couldn't find my wife number to call; made me think you got mine and how long has the vehicle been ready. Well I'm not going to take it back or get another automobile from there due to we had to call them the same day we purchased the vehicle about a tire issue.

Very rude employees, terrible customer service. Tried to scam me multiple times like I don t know anything about cars. This happened on multiple occasions so it wasn t just one dude having a bad day, it is all of them all the time.

Our sales rep, Dennis was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. If all car salesmen operated like Dennis, the car business would have a much better reputation. Absolutely will buy again from Suski, and specifically from Dennis.

Tina is absolutely fabulous. I know she sees many individuals, but when I come in and see her, I just know I will leave with a smile on my face. I wish I could remember everyone's name that made my day. The lady at the check out was very patient and kind, especially at the end of the day and the many requests I asked. The lady who "runs for parts" and was stepping in covering for another employee. She was cleaning the lounge. She is very kind and left me with a happy feeling the rest of the night. Also, Brad - I thought something was wrong with my car, he came out and check it out. Everyone is so helpful no matter what time of day - start - middle - finish.

Wasn't happy with my wife nor your service advisor advising my wife about an "oil flush product" that had been done 2 months before this oil change. Shame on me for sending my wife to get the oil change, and shame on you're advisor taking advantage of a woman especially when she also is a woman. Corporate greed or sales commission greed I don't know what's worse.

Everyone and everything was amazing. Tina in the service department is quick, efficient, and very knowledgeable. I appreciate that Suski has a very comfortable waiting area with drinks & snacks as well as the shuttle service if you don't want to wait for your vehicle.

We had a terrific experience at Suski Chevrolet with our recent purchase of a 2023 Equinox. Everyone was friendly and very helpful making the process pleasant. We walked in, test drove the vehicle, purchased it, had a comprehensive orientation by our salesman and drove home the same afternoon with it. Thank you!
