I enjoyed working with Lafontaine to start. I bought a used car remotely, knowing it was used and it may have some issues. While I am still happy with the car, there were a few key things wrong that I asked about and a were not disclosed. I got no reply from my rep after I told him the scratches required paint so left a review. The GM responded to my first review saying he d like to help, after a few emails with no reply I called. He did call back and seemed sincere, now a few more weeks have gone by and I ve left two more messages but no feedback.I was told the car has no flaws on the exterior. Yet the windshield has extreme pitting, one running board is cracked and there are a handful of scratches. If they called and said tough luck it would be a lot better than spending a good bit on a car and be ignored.Update 3/26/24 - After a few voice messages and emails, still no reply from Nate. It is nice that you all respond on here, and frustrating to not hear back from my calls or emails.

Great people! I had my truck taken there with a couple of problems I just could not figure out. These guys took care of me from the minute I stepped into their showroom floor to find the service counter. Truck was done ahead of schedule, has held up great, and came in less than the quote. Will definitely be going back here for all of my vehicle needs #lafontaine

Everything thing! Steve Goff has went above and beyond. He is very knowledgeable about the truck and set up the electronics up for me. He even picked me up at hotel! Steve in finance made paper work a breeze. Everyone very nice and helpful. One of the best experiences I have had buying a vehicle.

Recently bought a new truck from here. Excellent service, no pressure sales, no gimmicks, all just real people willing to help and answer questions. Katelyn was just fantastic to work with and we were able to put the deal together quickly. The entire process was above and beyond what I have experienced at other dealerships. My first time there to get my headlight fixed and oil change, I'll definitely be coming back. Angela was very helpful in explaining the prices and assistaning me in find the best option. They even dropped my car off at my house after it was finished! Which was very helpful and less stress on me to find a ride.

Terrible communication and service. I really enjoyed working with Lafontaine in the start. It seems they are only helpful and friendly until you purchase the car, and that s if you get lucky with your salesperson. I was happy at first with my purchase so I took family in to look for a car, the other sales person was horrible.Soon after purchasing my car I had several issues needing to be taken care of. Calls and voicemails were never returned and I was turned away in person. Also issues that were at their fault and responsibility were not taken care of.They will not take care of you!

First time visiting the service dept at LaFontaine Ford Birch Run for oil change, tire rotation and recall repair. I was really impressed with Bill who took care of everything from the minute I arrived to paying my bill. His communication throughout was awesome and I even received a video of the work and inspection of my vehicle from the mechanic while waiting. I highly recommend them. Great job guys!

I have been a customer with birch run for years. I have never been unhappy with their service.I have always dealt with Bill. I think he is personable, professional, friendly and helps me with what ever my car needs.Bill will make recommendations for things the car needs, which I appreciate.Please tell Bill I pulled out of the dealership on tuesday..got home and the sensor light came back on. It's not his fault...they just replaced the sensor we wanted replaced...must have another one that needs o be replaced.....

Donald Morris is One in a Million! He is the best Service Advisor I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with, I wouldn't want to deal with any other advisor. (Dont let him go!!) He listens to your concerns and makes sure that everything is addressed and that the job is done right. He is very much appreciated!Your mechanics are GREAT, they look for any and all issues. Angela was very accommodating with this repair. When my car was finally diagnosed, she had a rental car delivered to my home for me to use until my repair was completed. Which was a good thing, because it took so long to get the part, I had to drive the rental car 4 weeks to the day. She kept me informed throughout the whole process by sending me emails every day. I am very pleased with the service I received with this repair.

From the moment I made my appointment until I picked up my car, my total experience was very positive and professional. Bill Groff communicated with me by text, phone, and even sent video clips to show the process in the service department. He discussed options for my new tires so that I understood my choices , He was patient, kind, and knowledgeable. Custom ordered a bronco Sasquatch in 2022 that never arrived as well as a mustang dark horse in 2023 that I stopped receiving updates from ford on. LaFontaines sales team has never contacted or updated me on the vehicles. I would recommend going elsewhere. Especially after spending almost six figures there on a 2022 f150 and 2023 bronco sport and that s the kind of treatment you get. I guess they don t want the sales numbers or money so I ll continue to go elsewhere for all my different vehicle needs/brands

Brought my vehicle in for a repair to the auto lock system. Bill in the service department helped from start to finish. Vehicle was diagnosed quickly and parts ordered. Repairs to the lock along with completion of a recall was done within two days. Highly recommend taking your Ford vehicle to LaFontaine Birch Run and ask for Bill in service. He will take of you!

LaFontaine of Birch Run Is Absolutely Amazing. I came in with my grama for her to get a car we had been to so many dealerships that could not help us so we came into La Fontaine and Laura And Eddie Laponsie were so beyond helpful they got my grama the car she wanted and the payment she needed its been very hard for to find a car with her low credit, we came in here with no problems I highly reccomend coming to lafontaine with all your car needs ask for laura and Eddie

This is an amendment to a previous review last Thursday 11/2/23. The general mgr Nate assured if given the opportunity they'd try and make things right with an issue I had. Nate and the service dept did just that. A repair was needed that was apart of a national service repair but the vehicle was out of the allowed mileage. We we're told we'd have to pay the repair which is $5-600.00. My issue was we just bought the truck and shouldn't be responsible for the cost. So to sum it up, the dealership took care of the issue and paid half of the cost. That's absolutely okay with me. Thank you for doing right by us.

Ryan Lafontaine recommended Josh, and he immediately set me up with Ryan V from the Birch Run dealership. They were able to get me a car within a week and a half of me getting into a bad accident. This was the first car I purchased on my own, and it was incredibly seamless from start to finish! From test driving different cars they brought to the lots, to understanding the financial side of things, and then allowing me to test drive the car I chose through the weekend to make me feel extra comfortable with my purchase before signing the papers they were all incredibly helpful. I am in LOVE with my new car, and am so grateful for everyone at Lafontaine for making this happen!!!

Adam P. In sales is the guy to talk to. Great communication. Kept me informed through the whole process. I told him what I was looking for and he found it. Eddie in the finance department was upfront and very knowledgeable. Definitely will buy for them again.
