Excellent customer service. Huge Inventory. Of equipment and parts/supplies. From servicing our Polaris SXS to my new lawn bagger system they are fast, friendly and worth the drive. Prices were better than what we received elsewhere!

Ball Equipment in Birch Run is a great company to partner with. Brook was our sales rep and from the first call to the last Brook did everything possible to ensure we had the right equipment for the job and that our equipment shipped and arrived safely. Our company is located in Iowa and we decided to shop in Michigan because of the great deal he could get us over the competition.

A great place from lawn to recreational equipment. This is the place to go. The sakes person Gary was GREAT. He made it fun and easy for me to buy my first Club Cadet Ultima ztr1 54.The only thing I feel could have been better was a full tank of gas and not just a gallon. And I feel they could have installed the lawn striper I ask to be added. And not charge the price for an easy job. I wouldn't really complain just that I had a hip and knee replacement about a month and a half ago. Yes I put it on just hard for me to get down on the ground. But other then that a GREAT place to go in fact if you go ask for Gary and you'll see a great guy.

Very professional the man that sold me my equipment was very good. Told me everything about it. I give them five stars I know I usually don t. I usually leave four stars to get a chance for improvement, but they are already improved far enough. They are very very very professional, they know what they re talking about. They are good and the equipment is just what he said very very good. Did me a great job I love it and I recommend anybody to buy one you ll never go back to nothing else the Best I

I recently learned that Ball Equipment had acquired this New location in Birch Run Michigan. And along with the property they had acquired the Rockford Fosgate Authorized Dealership. I have purchased a 2022 Polaris XP Pro 4 from this business earlier which was a pleasure working with them for my needs. Now I have purchased a Rockford Fosgate System for my SXS and can't wait to get it Installed. They do offer installation as well but I have chosen to install myself. I highly recommend doing business with this Family owned business !!

Great place and outstanding customer service. I called for a check engine light on my razor and I told them what was going on and I asked if I could bring it up real quick and have them check it out they got me in right away no wait time. I brought my razor up there I pulled it outside the door and told the mechanic my check engine light was on for a misfire. He said ok then he brought his computer out to scan it he scanned and read the codes it was throwing the misfire code he cleared the codes and told me to drive around the building to see if it comes back I drove around the building it came back on. So I went and bought new spark plugs for it and didn't have any tools on me and the mechanic let me borrows his tools so I can change my spark plugs real quick I changed them. The mechanic cleared the code for me the second time and said to take it for a ride around the parking lot and see if it goes away it didn't go away so I ended up leaving my machine with them so they could diagnose it to find out the problem. They never charged me anything for looking at it and clearing the codes on it. Outstanding customer service they always called if it was take longer than expected and let you know how much it would be to keep moving forward. Really great on their pricing and all the staff people were really good about everything and any questions I had they answered. Great place and friendly people. I would Recommend these guys to anyone I know.

As an owner of several companies I'm always on the lookout for exceptional customer service and I just wanted to share the outstanding VIP service I received yesterday at ball equipment service departmentin Birchrun. Scott Hale and Sean the manager couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating. very happy to see in today's world that type of customer service. Additionally the facility was immaculate! I want to thank Gary, Ryan, Nick and all the other guys that helped us getting the ATV and Razor that we wanted. They answered all our questions and are very knowledgeable. We felt welcomed the moment we walked into their building. I would recommend going and seeing them if you are interested in Polaris. You guys are awesome . Thank you so much.

Worked with Gary to buy a cfmoto uforce 1000 xl nothing but the best experience working with him kept us informed the whole time had the utv delivered when said the delivery guy Jeremy was great made sure we were all happy and went above and beyond for us ball equipment has made us all happy and life long customer's of us there is nobody else I would rather work with thank you Gary and Jeremy
