They need to hire people who can understand what people want we went in there and asked for the cheapest tires and we wanted the 52 dollar a tire they ended up charging us for the 82 dollar tires instead and the guy who check us in was either high or a Moran who had no clue what he was doing. Also said it would be two hours to put on 3 tires would not recommend unless you re in a pinch and need one real fast.

They were awesome and getting me in right away and out in 30min after they did quote. Me 2 and half hours. I was surprised and the price was just right for me to afford a new tire.

The mechanics there were very kind and worked in a timely manner. They made sure that I was aware of a problem with my tires. Had they not told me I probably would've unknowingly endangered the health of myself and my car.

I made an appointment for 10 o'clock to have 4 new tires put on my jeep.I showed up at 9:30am dropped it off for service.Just to spend an hour in a half waiting for them to tell me(we cant put your tires on because we snapped a stud) so i will never use walmart auto ever again. you break my stud and basically say sorry nothing we can do but thanks for the $400.00 you spent on tires.Service: Tires

I called ahead of time looking for a spill-free coolant funnel. Was told there was a couple in stock at the Big Rapids Location on the shelves. I promptly went there to find they not only didn t have any, but didn t even have a place for them. I bought a different, less useful funnel and headed out. I don t have extremely high expectations of Walmart as a store, but was disappointed to discover they didn t have what I was looking for.

We got there and waited in line for an oil change but when it was our turn they shut the garages on us. Then we went inside and they told us it would be an hour and a half wait even though there are spots available, so we did it since it s the only place open on a Sunday and it was finally done and we were texted, but it took them an extra 20 mins to pay and get the car out of the garage.Service: Oil change

We were told we could get our tires changed within a three hour window. After waiting almost three hours, they told us it would take extra time because the tires were heavy. We left and drove to another company that had new tires on our truck in one hour, and we spent less money.

I went in for an oil change this morning. Staff were super nice, but they nicked my break line. By the time I left the parking lot I had absolutely no breaks. It's $600 to repair break lines in a shop. I called to let them know and I was on hold for 20 mins and they offered me nothing for the damage because I didn't tell anyone before I left. I couldn't exactly turn around once I had left, I had no breaks! I told him to look outside for the puddle of break fluid and maybe talk to the techs there about being more careful. I gave them 2 stars still because of how nice the staff was even though they messed up big time.

Good experience. Didn't have the tires I was interested in but hooked me up with another set for a good price. Quick service, 30-40 min in and out.

I was disappointed. I have bought tires from them and had them put on by Walmart for years. This time they couldn't get my tires off the rims for some reason...I had to go somewhere else and pay $80 without any road hazard warranty.

All of the workers here are so nice! I came in yesterday to make an appointment, and a few of the guys stopped to say hi when they saw me here again today. The employees are so friendly; they make me feel so comfortable whenever I have vehicle issues. They are very respectful as they constantly say please and thank you. Unlike other auto shops, they actually try saving me money by being honest rather than pressuring me to upgrade and buy a more expensive service/part. Karl and Jack seriously went above and beyond to help me. I will be coming back again!

Needed one tire. Called ahead and was told 1.5-2 hour wait (Sunday, only tire and oil change place open around us). Ended up only waiting an hour. My wife went and was pleased with the staff. Happy with the price and we had to have the tire so waiting a hour isn't bad. Couple down sides she didn't care for; having to announce her name, address and phone out loud. The associate could have easily just copied her info from her license. Also, they did not bring the tire back out to our van for her. She had to carry it out herself which isn't a big deal really but you'd think as a guy you'd just grab it and bring it out for her. Overall, a 4 just because of the 2 aforementioned things.

Took 4 tires/rims to be balanced. We were the first ones here. Truck was taken in as soon as we got here. Truck was pulled in shortly before 12:46pm. It is now 2:00pm.We heard employees talking to each other on how the guy can't even balance a tire. We saw another employee over helping him. Still waiting.

Good price on oil changes here. But it seems like there is always a long wait to get in. They seem to be understaffed most of the time. The workers do NOT communicate very well with the customers. Multiple times I have sat much longer in the waiting room than I had to because nobody let me know that my car was done. You have to ask about your vehicle yourself here. And if they realize that your car needs something else while they are doing your oil change ( windshield wiper blade, air filter, bulb, etc) then they never say anything about it at all before they pull your vehicle out and park it in their parking lot. They don't even mention most of the time when you go to pay. You only realize that your vehicle needed something else when you look at the paperwork for your vehicle. But then they have already gotten another vehicle in with other vehicles behind that vehicle so they tell you that you need to come back in later to get the other service done that they never told you about while you were waiting to begin with. The Walmart Tire, Lube and Express in Cadillac is MUCH better than this one. This one just sucks.

Customer service was 5 stars (especially Robert and Michael). Needed a tire with 20" rim replaced after hitting metal. Getting the tires on seemed to take awhile though.

Over 2 1/2 hours to fix a single nail puncture in a less than 1 year old tire, technician was rude when I noticed he didn't use bead sealer when he remounted my tire, rest of the staff was rude after I mentioned it, had to get a manager to get it fixed again! Went to check on my vehicle and got kicked out because he was mad I pointed out his flaw in repairing my tire correctly, honestly walmart tire center in Big Rapids MI is the worst place I've ever delt with for any tire purchase or issue........ I give negative 5 stars!!!Service: Tires

Only problem I had was quoted cost and what I paid out the door. Started at ~$54 quote to get tires changed, balanced and tire disposal , ended paying $30 more. The price isn't as much a concern as the mock up after the labor is done. The hour and a half wait wasn't a concern, the cold coffee in the waiting room was.

My husband and I ordered a set of tires online and had them shipped to store, and had the tire center mount them. It was definitely the cheapest route to go, but I would rather pay a little extra than deal with this place again. We had a spare tire on and my husband tried to explain to them he wanted that tire left alone and wanted our new tire mounted on the normal rim which was in the back of our truck. The first time he explained that the gentleman who was assisting us responded "yup, mhm" before my husband had even finished his sentence. So my husband followed them in when they pulled the truck in and told them again. Lo and behold they did not listen.

Went in for oil change was done in 30 minutes. Very friendly & knowledgeable staff. Quick 10 min oil change place charges me $82. Wal-Mart synthetic oil change $39 out the door.

Complete waste of time. I was told they don't do appointments for anything other than buying tires. I brought in my own tires and rims (in the bed of my truck) to have the tires mounted. I was told it would be a 90 minute job/wait. 60+ minutes later I was told the tires were not the correct size for the rims and they would not mount them (made no sense).. Another business in the area mounted them without a problem or concern. I highly recommend that you take your business elsewhere and avoid they're delays, as well as, their bs.

Autocare staff was decent but profiled as I left the store. I guess that spending over $1,000 in thier store isn't enough to make my tattoos less hood like. Shame on you Walmart!

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and to balance and rotate my tires. They told me it would be an hour. An hour later they hadnt even touched the toils and were just pouring oil in and said it would be another hour yet.

One of my tires had a flat while on the highway. When I took it into Walmart, I found that it was under warranty. I had purchased the extra roadside for the life of the tire package and it was well worth it!!

Takes 900 years for a simple oil change. Also forgot to put part of my Cadillac rim logo on after changing my tire out. I had to drive the 26 miles to go back to get the damn thing. They are seriously a last resort. I would rather go to the muffler man.Update went there a few weeks ago to get tires mounted it was snowing bad muffler man wasn't open... Took forever.... Guy ringing us up screwed up the amount due took forever for him to figure out how to delete the random stuff he put on our bill. Gives my husband the wrong amount of change back has to get manager to open his till that took forever. Forgot to give us our keys I thought my husband had them he thought I had them nope dippy at the register kept them. When I left I asked the lady who worked on my car because if it was the guy that rang us up I would want it redone.... I feel like he would forget to tighten lugnuts or something dear God how scary do they have standards there do people do random checks on them to insure they are following all proceedures

They are great for quick fix on tires that leak or need new tires and they do oil changes. But don't go to get a tire replaced or fixed or even aired up if you're missing any lugnuts or have a broken lugnut ,by law they can't touch the car if it has any issues with lugnuts.

Easy in and out for oil change. Great service techs. Did not give it a 5 because at my dealership I can get oil change and tire rotation , and they wash the car for the same price.

Oil change is as far as they can do. They couldn't change my battery because don't know how. I had to go in the shop to tell them how and still they didn't because they doubt it's possible. Unbelievable! I think I'll just get me some tools and do it myself.
