ALWAYS will go to them for help. Had an issue that started with our car over night, me and my boyfriend called them in the morning and they said they were super busy today but we could drop our car off and they would try to get to it, and ended up fixing it. They're always so nice and willing to explain if we don't understand something. I appreciate this place greatly. Fairly priced as well!

Absolutely wonderful repair shop. The ladies who answer the phone are always extremely nice and professional. They always try to get you in and out as quickly as possible when you have an appointment and if you don't have an appointment they'll let you just drop off the car and as long as it's not a big fix they'll take care of it through the day. My blower mower blew on me and the very next day they let me drop if off and they got it done same day. They're also really quick and do an amazing job when diagnosing any issues with your vehicle. Also they're a really affordable repair shop in Big Rapids. I highly recommend going to them for any repairs you need.Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto brake repair, Tire rotations, Air conditioning

Terrible service. Had my vehicle towed there as I was told they would diagnose immediately. Waited nearly a week just for a diagnosis. Each time I called to checked the status, I was treated with rudeness and disrespect. I was given conflicting information each time I called. No one wanted to take the time to assist me. I had my vehicle towed to a different mechanic for repair. Very disappointed.

Amazing place and amazing service! Unfortunately We had to get an whole new transmission for our car and after going to a big box dealer shop and getting quoted silly labor rates, we luckily called Jason and his team. They were half the cost of the big box dealer for this repair and had it done quicker and in time. Great place for your car repairs Service: Transmission

I want to give a BIG SHOUT OUT to this place!!! They were so freaking AWESOME!! My sons Car got towed there and same day fix! It was an easier fix than we thought. But still and me knowing repair shops are always crazy busy they took the time to look at and fix it the same day!!! MUCH appreciated you guys from office staff to auto techs!!! Definitely recommending you guys to everyone up that way!!!

I love coming to this place! They are friendly and don't try to sell or fix what you don't need. I have taken my car to them a few times and they tell me the honest truth and as a woman with a car it is hard to get there. I will only continue to go to this place for sound advice. They inspected ny vehicle and replaces my tires I got a pair used for 60 and that an amazing deal. I highly recommend this place and their chairs are comfy and the wait is not long I am usually about to get this time quickly.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection, Auto tire replacement

This use to be a really really good place. my family and I use to come here all the time. Brian has always done a good job with us and now these new owners are something else I called once and they were very rude and apparently u don't dare to ask questions cause they will tell u they don't want u as a customer. Now a month ago and before when old owners owned it I would recommend them to anyone and what's sad now I'm writing this review. Oh well I will take my business back to muffler man. They are just as good and not rude

Had my wife bring her van here the engine was making noise and there was a wobble after 70. They inspected the car. Only looked at the brakes and rotors. Completely disregard the engine. And then told us we never said that the engine made noise. This place use to be great! They still charged us and said we can look at it again on a different day. For another inspection price! Very grateful for this business that allow me to drive my one N only CHEVY to places as they FIXED it although an older model..with integrity and honest work..my kids went there too n heard good reports..a shout out from an ALIEN....by the way..legal one too......

I brought my cherished vehicle in for its 1rst tune up AND alignment...WOW! BOTH the service and prices were exceptional! I'm thinking about saving an older vehicle now that I've found this place 60 miles from home! HIGHLY recommended!

I would highly recommend them! Everyone is very friendly! I was able to get in rather quickly.I had to replace front tires because of uneven wear. I was told by the place that replaced them that there was definitely an issue with the front end of my Ford Flex. Took it to Mighty Muffler and Brake fearing the worst. Like big $$$. He drove it, took it in and checked it out. Came out and said all that was really wrong was that I need to rotate my tires more often. It wasn t out of alignment. He said the rattle I was hearing was Sway bar links(?). He said if I wanted he could get me an estimate on that. I told him to do so. Came out and gave me a price, I looked at him and said seriously, is that all? Lol. He jokingly said he could add more things, but that s all I really needed. I told him to go ahead and fix it. About an hour and a half later it was all set. No more rattle! I feel I was treated well and not like some places where they think because you re a woman they can take advantage. He didn t try to push extra work or anything. So happy I went there!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

Their customer service and workmanship was amazing! I usually won't let anybody touch my car but I did not have the resources to create a 3" exhaust on such a low car. It was a tough job and they were the only ones in town willing to give it a shot. I am very very pleased with the final product and would trust them with my car again! I don't have a single bad think to say about them.

Very rude and charged us 100$ for a 40$ air filter and I have the receipt. I don't recommend ANYONE to go through them!!!!! They will rip u off! Learn from my mistake and trusting them

These guys are amazing. Every time I bring my vehicles in for service, they let me know what really needs to be done. Several times they gave showed me the work I thought should be done was not necessary. Today when I was there they saved me almost $100 in unnecessary repairs. Mighty muffler is the number 1 garage in town. Thank you Brian Hatchew and your entire staff for a refreshing experience at a mechanic shop here in Big Rapids.

Yesterday, I visited this shop for a recharging on my old vans air conditioner. I'd had a recommendation from a good friend, Dick Coon, who'd had good service work performed there. To say the least, I was impressed, friendly and professional service, not to mention extremely reasonable prices. I'll not use any other shop when in need of air conditioner, muffler work, etc, etc.

This was last year, but I feel it should be mentioned! I went in for crunchy brakes and when I got my car back - I had brakes that weren t crunchy but were barely working! When I called asking why I barely couldn t stop and had to slam my foot to the floor to stop, the lady was a little rude over the phone and sounded like she didn t believe it could ve been them or that I actually didn t have a problem. They took it back that day (thankfully), and turns out they didn t calibrate by drum brakes. I nearly crashed into a building because of this.Service: Brakes

These guys got me in quick on a Friday, gave me a very good quote, and even though they were closed on Saturday they gave me a truck to use over the weekend. That's Big Rapids Mighty Muffler. Now that's great service!!!!!!

My muffler broke off while I was on vacation. They got me right in and fixed my car. The staff is very friendly and actually listen to you- not like some shops. If you are ever in the Big Rapids area and need your exhaust system worked on, call these people!
