Told attendees my mileage was at 62537 my sticker say 55537 second time this has happened. But bigger issue is had them check tire pressure. Took about ten mins to do so. Not even 10 miles down the road my sensors start faulting out. I ll update when I figure out what s causing the fault.Services: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change

This is the first time I've gotten my oil changed, they did a great job at answering my questions. They walked me through the process and were very quick. They are a great place of business and have great employees!

Even though I was just having a checkup, these guys made me feel welcome and treated me like I was just as important as someone getting a full oil change and that's absolutely great!!! There's nothing worse than needing a service and being made to feel like you're nothing or like you're a bother because you're not spending the big bucks that day. Kudos fellas!!!

Always quick friendly service. They change air filters and light bulbs as well if needed. They always give me a veterans discount and they have a rewards program that gives you money off after so many services.

Got my oil changed on my 2015 taurus SHO a couple months ago. Went yesterday to a different place and the drain plug was so tight they needed to use a breaker bar to get it out. Messed the threads up on the plug so I needed to get a new one. One would think for $90+ they could use a torque wrench or at least lay off a bit. NEVER will return!

Called to get the price of an oil change. The employee rattled them off and when I attempted to ask a specific question he cut me off and said he would have to look me up and he had a hundred people lined up and told me to have a nice day. I guess I won't go there as all I wanted was clarification on a price that he would not have to look up.

I always take my vehicles to this crew. They are professional and trustworthy. The price is always reasonable. They never let a line form if bays are open they hop right on opening up to keep cars coming in. Easy access. Never had a long wait or bad service in the two years ive been going.

First let me start out by saying I live 50 miles away and I come to this location because I have had good experiences in the past with their reliable and quick service.I was in today to get a fuel filter changed and the undercarriage greased. While they were taking off the fuel filter, they accidentally broke my fuel line to the point where my truck was not drivable. Instead of saying it was rusty/rotten (which it was) and ready to snap anytime, they stepped up in fine fashion and told me they would be fixing the fuel line, towing the vehicle to a shop that had the proper equipment to fix it (Pennzoil down the street), and changing the fuel filter all at NO CHARGE to me.Keep in mind that this is on a Friday at 5:30. This was a terrible inconvenience to them and I'm sure what happened made them stay later than they wanted to. They did an excellent job repairing the fuel line and I was able to get home in a very reasonable amount of time.I'd like to thank all of the staff at both Performance Plus, and Pennzoil as they offered only the best service. I will continue to visit both places for my auto repairs and maintenance. I would like to thank both managers (Travis at Performance Plus and Zack at Pennzoil) for being outstanding in their line of work. These situations are examples of the difference between a business that cares and one that doesn't.I recommend both of these places to anyone. Thanks again to everyone. Great experience all around.

Love this place. Have been going there religiously for years. My car currently had over 211,000 miles on it. Have had one repair when the exhaust system broke loose at the first joint in the front....nothing they would have any responsibility for. They never pressure me and answer all my questions. Excellent.

Went in to get my oil changed as it was 3k over and they checked the dip stick and said my oil still looked really clean and was full. They still checked my tires and fluids for free. My last few oil changes have been at a Ford dealer and they've failed to replace my plastic drain plug despite telling me it was leaking. Well within 5 minutes of being at Performance they called a local parts shop who had the part but wouldn't deliver on a weekend so one of the Performance Plus crew members drove over to pick up a new plug for me! Awesome service!

The service was quick and the guys were professional. They didn't try to up sell me on too much stuff. I will say though that at other quick oil change places I've had the technicians do extra things for the same money - for example, check tire pressure, grease the door hinges, check all lights and signals etc. None of that here, but I was still pleased over all.

Paid roughly $60 for an oil change. & after I dinged the paper and was about to leave the lady informed me she didn t changed the filter because it looked brand new so she just threw it back in there not sure how the filter was brand new looking there is no way the filter looked brand new and also I paid for a new filter. Disappointed! They usually are great, but the last 3 visits have been just minimal performances. Own a fleet car that pays for all services. They haven t checked my tires, they usually give me the rest of the windshield fluid if my car doesn t take all of it.... my company pays for the entire container... and today I watched them struggle with checking any fluids about an hour after I left, my car says I m low on windshield fluid! Really!!?? I need to find another place. The quality should not go down if I am there every couple of months at my 5000miles.

First of all, if I could give a negative star I would. The customer service is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. All the workers are very young and immature. They did not do a thorough job with my oil change. Con artists. If you know anything about vehicles (which I did not know at time of service), they will treat you like an idiot and tell you you need all of these different services done to your vehicle and charge you up and down for them, "but we're giving you $20 off today only!" They insisted I needed my transmission fluid changed, showed me their little chart, and I agreed because they can't just be out to make money, right? Halfway, HALFWAY, through the fluid change they bring me a WAIVER saying I can't come after them if my vehicle explodes. To me, that's just a terrible way to do business and I know better than to bring my vehicle to a "shop" like this ever again. You can call me na�ve, but a skilled worker that has any integrity would have told me that changing, not flushing, transmission fluid is a no-no. Thanks for nothing.

They didn't air my tires or top off washer fluid. Never showed me other fluids either. Disappoonted.
