Usually always have parts in stock but prices could be a bit more competitive. Good customer service here compared to others!

Look, I prefer advanced when shopping for my Dodge Charger, Or the old ladys Mustang becuase they are newer car's, And they cost money and I have a comercial account there. Just picled up a 1983 Power Ram W series. 360 V8 727 Torque Flight 3 speed transmission, Waren Lock in Dana 60 Front axeles I could go on and on. Short story is there parts for older stuff is the way to go and they have way more things in stock then other auto part stores. The staff are untrained but it's a new stpre so it's gunna have flaws. But a good place for cheap parts on anything 1960s - 1990 Era

Pulled in to the parking lot and observed an employee come out the side door of the building. Asked me if I needed help replacing my headlight. He took out the bulb, walked in the store, and grabbed a replacement. I paid for it and he follow me out and replaced the bulb and was happy to help. In and out in 3-4 minutes. Thank you Josh for making my night a bit easier!

I stopped to have my car scanned and the store was busy and the manager Steve told me that I had to wait for him to help me when there was 3 other employees working. I'm a customer too but I stepped aside to get my car scanned. Sophia stepped up to help me and she was able to answer my question and point me in the direction I needed to go with traveling to big rapids and not knowing the area very well.

I haven t ever bought anything from here, but I ve stopped in twice to get the code read for my check engine light. Sometimes I dread going in for these types of things bc I ve definitely had people make me feel stupid for these things before The same person helped me both times (I think his name was Nolan?) and he was super nice and helpful both times. He gave suggestions about where I could get things fixed and was honest with me about what issues were serious and what ones weren t. Overall, I had really good experiences and would definitely recommend.

They are ok on prices but there customer service is mediocre, had a guy tell me a bunch of imfo about a part that had nothing to do with my situation, and the imfo provided was incorrect, basically if you don't know what your talking about maby don't provide useless incorrect advice just to make yourself seem mechanically inclined!!!

Dewey is a real gem. He went out of his way to give me a jump a few weeks back and then when I went in today he helped me figure out that the problem is the alternator. I was going to throw money at other things but he offered to test it. Super thankful.

Top notch service! Highly recommend!I think the entire staff is highly impressive with their knowledge of automotive.Recently, my F250 V8 7.3L Powerstroke was having some issues with a bad alternator, batteries, & fuel problems. My truck literally died in the parking lot while I pulled up to the store.Ryan & Noland were able to run some quick diagnostics. Warranty replaced my dual batteries & alternator. I was able to borrow a couple tools & switched them out in the parking lot.After talking with Noland & his other coworker turns out my fuel filter was dirty too because my truck now would run, but quickly died.Thanks to this impressive staff my truck is purring like a kitten!Much obliged!

Had a cylinder misfire this morning and went in to check it out. Was helped by Nolan. Just gotta say, I am very appreciative of his help! I was able to borrow some tools and we were able to figure out that my brand new spark plug was broken so he helped me replace it! 10/10 would go back again

Went to every parts store around town and all of them was not only not of any help but they didn't even try to be of any help. O'Reilly's was on top of it and made sure I had everything needed to get the job done. My new go to parts place. Thanks guys!

I went in for new wipers and a nice lady directed me to them. She and another man installed them for free. It was worth spending the extra few dollars on a good brand instead of something cheaper at the big box stores on Perry Street.

It's useless calling to get any questionsanswered, you're immediately put on hold until you hang up because they never come back, and they are way overpriced!!!

Definitely the best O'Reilly's ive been to. The employees seem to know what they are talking about and they were really helpful.P.S. the employees pick through there Hot Wheels and M2 cars before they put them out

Not happy, would not take a check because the check number was under 500. I can order checks starting at whatever number I want. I bought my stuff from advanced Auto parts.

Sales man looked up part got part and it was a upgrade alternator 105 amp to 145 amp all was good till I asked did it need a bigger belt and he said no old will work, back home NO IT Wont .so mad I didnt go back I went to another auto store!!
