I LOVE NAPA!BEEN A CUSTOMER SINCE 1986.I ALWAYS GET THE RIGHT PART THE FIRST TIME!IT'S NICE TO DEAL WITH GUYS THAT ARE KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT PARTS AND VEHICLES. THEY GIVE SUGGESTIONS AND ADVICE ON "HOW TO".THEY HAVE THE "NAPA KNOW HOW"!

I was recommended to go to NAPA and ask for Jeff. I was looking for rubber brake lines for my 1959 Opel Olympia Rekord, a German made car. Jeff was able to find my brake lines! Thank you! I greatly appreciated your help!

Even after calling before driving to the store each time it took three trips to get the correct battery for my vehicle. With fuel prices it only added to the frustration

My jeep battery completely died just before noon on a Saturday.John figured a way to get me a battery so that I could deliver meals to the elderly on Monday morning!!They went above and beyond to help me out!Great place!

John was the most helpful guy I have ever met at a parts store. He helped me get my old van going when just about every other store in town didn't have the time, correct parts, or know-how. The guys at Belle Tire were particularly incompetent.

I buy a lot of parts from Napa. We are a NAPA auto care center. We find that NAPA parts are the best top quality parts available on the market today. Besides that the service is impeccable. 2 to 3 deliveries every day, and a smile with every delivery. They really take care of us. Thank you.

For a truck parts store they can't get allot of things. And if it's weird the counter guys will just say they can't help you.
