I am over the top with my new Jeep . Working with David Marvel is the absolute best experience I ve ever had. Not that I m proud of my credit, but want to let you know I have a bankruptcy less than 3 years old. David told me he could make this happen for me and went above and beyond to make it in my price range. It took a few days but he was in contact with me every day working with me. I now own this Beauty and I owe it to Marvel Automotive. If you need a reliable vehicle don t hesitate to work with these guys. Thank you Guys for getting me back on the road and helping me boost my credit score!!!!

Honest and efficient service. Prices everywhere are up, but enjoyed working with Ryan here. Usually go with the large dealership, but they had the right vehicle at the right price. Recommend swinging by and checking out inventory.

Just bought my first F150 from Marvel Automotive in Big Rapids and it was the best decision I have made in a long! Willing to work with you and give you a very fair deal. Being a woman and trying to buy a vehicle, I was always treated like I was stupid and they were going to rip me off. At Marvel's I was treated 1st class.

Unfortunelty i was sold a lemon; didn't even put 3,000 miles on it and the motor blew i trusted in this place and i highly regret it. Left me stranded pregnant and with my toddler and out eleven grand, I do not recommend this business.

Went to look at a buick enclave for my wife the owner of this buisness talked me out of looking at the one i was interested in with his smooth bs talking and told me how nice and reliable this other car was and basically pushed it on me offered me a good deal on it if i paid cash..well after 5000 miles it needs a motor.. $7,000 later. Shop somewhere else!

bought a truck from there I cover last year something came up wrong with it the owner agreed to take care of it took it in the shop fixed it a great place to buy your new vehicle very helpful service and great people would highly recommend buying a car from there

Sold me an absolute lemon. Both strut mounts were completely rusted out. I have to scrap it within months of buying it. This is atrocious.

Terribly service they don't check their vehicles out before they put them on the lot no warranty .transmission went out within 2 weeks of buying it !!!! Ask for help fixing it didn't care, don't waste your money they are not worth it!!!! Never Again!!!!!!!!

Nice clean cars at a fair price. Had the tires replaced but with winter coming, it doesn't hurt.
