Right... 'Make my day.' These folks made the rest of my 2024. Front end panel fallng apart on my vehicle. They repaired it and did excellent job for Free! Yes, you heard correctly Free! Now that is a total rarity in the "Critical times hard to deal with," we are all experiencing in one way or another. May God bless their true generosity. Thank you very much appreciated a million times over.

A & M was amazing to work with after my family was involved in a car accident. They were professional and kind when answering my questions and our car was fixed much faster than we ever anticipated! Highly recommend them to everyone!

Unfortunately I hit a deer not even a month after I purchased my jeep contacted M and M they told me a 2 week wait I was fine with that they actually got it in the following week and had it done weeks ahead of time and I tell you my car looks freaking amazing great job would recommend to anyone had no issues at all with this place.. thanks guys great workServices: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim, Air conditioning

Have gone with them a few times ,the first time when someone had rear ended us they had gotten the work done within a few days and did a pretty decent job ,the second time was my sister s car that a tree branch had fallen on they were supposed to replace the windshield and the hood but they kept saying it would take longer and longer to fix it they fixed the windshield after a bit but they didn t put the seal around it and even after my sister specifically asked that the seal around the window be put on ,mike told her it s just there to be aesthetically pleasing ,but isn t that part of your job to also make it aesthetically appealing and the third time I hit a fence and needed a new fog light a new bumper and radiator and the one side panel ,they fixed the side and the radiator and the light good but the bumper they did a terrible job and I have to keep popping it back in

AMAZING experience! We hit a deer a little while back and searched everywhere to get our vehicle done. Everyone recommended M&M and we are so happy they did. The vehicle got done way faster than expected and it looks incredible! The staff is amazingly friendly and they were great communicators. After some serious out of town hail damage, MM took our car. The end job was phenomenal and yours have no idea the entire car was dented. They also worked with us to get it back to us in time for a trip, going above and beyond.

If you find yourself in need of a body shop.. I highly recommend you take your vehicle to M&M Collision.. 5/5 stars for me, hit a deer so needed the bumper replaced, not only did they make my car look new again, but they gave it a wash, topped off my fluids, and vacuumed out my floors in my car, would recommend anybody to come here if they need body work, such a great company!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

They did a very thorough and professional job repairing my car. It was done within a week, and turned out perfectly. When I picked my car up it was very clean and I couldn't see any imperfections. Everyone I talked to was very very friendly and helpful. I was also given a free loaner car to help keep me going while my car was in the shop, which I was very grateful for. I would recommend them to anyone!

Last month, M&M Collision did a fabulous job of painting and installing new running boards on a van I recently purchased. I was very pleased with the results and thought the charge was extremely reasonable. They fit me into their schedule quickly and were professional on the phone and in the office.I recently had a slight mishap where I scraped some paint off the edge of the passenger side running board. When I took the van in to have them take a look, they also noticed that the running board itself had been slightly bent out of its original position. They fit me right in to do the work of both fixing the running board and repainting, and when I went to pick up my van they said it was no charge. That is excellent customer service above and beyond expected!I highly recommend M&M Collision for outstanding quality of work for a great price, and superior customer service.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I am a Ferris State student and decided to get my car fixed locally here at M & M Collision. I was more than happy with the customer service and the work they did on my car. Office manager (Amy) was courteous and professional. Mike gave me an estimate that was about what I thought it would cost. The work was done a day early and about $40 less than the estimate. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this place.Work completed: front bumper was torn off by a tree that my son swears wasn t there minutes before.

Wife's 2014 Fusion had a car hit the passenger side. Took out both doors and rear quarter panel. Got the car back in less time than expected and it looks like new. Won't take my cars anywhere else. Been there 3 times and more than happy on all 3 visits. Worth our 45 mile drive.

Mike (owner) had my truck done 2 weeks before they said it would be and 17k later it's impossible to tell I was ever in an accident. He also provided a loaner vehicle the entire time my truck was in his shop.
