After getting into an accident involving my tired, the cop and tow truck driver recommended this place to go to immediately. I went straight there and everyone was so helpful. The service was honest and fast. They referred me over to JR collision for the rest and that was also a great experience! They know their stuff and are just so kind through out the process that you re going through. Highly recommend!

The guys at DP Tire are great and very helpful! They take the time to explain everything in detail and dont rob you on cost. They were even willing to work on my odd ball car thays a 2018 GMC Terrain with the 1.6 L diesel. We even had a great conversation about tires so i will be going back this fall for new tires! Thank you RJ, Jacoby, and Jeff!

RJ sucks at communication. Bro writes down my information and the wheels/ammunition I need and says I ll give you a call NEVER DOES. I even left a voicemail and I still didn t get a call/text back.Did you get too high and forget? Or do you just like ruining other peoples businesses?This isn t the first time this has happened to me and I m sure there are a lot of customers out there that feel the same way but are just too afraid to speak up .

Real Problem Solvers at fair prices. AND I have tested the staff with my fleet. Plow trucks, motorhome, trailers, tractor, side by side, Cadillac, Mercedes Benz, and even the Maserati. (Which takes 12 quarts of synthetic oil and you have to change it with the auto running).

The place is VERY CLEAN! The staff are incredibly kind, thorough and professional. The prices, I think, are better than the box stores. The service was fast and their service people made sure my truck was as clean or cleaner than when I took it in. I drove 3 and 1/2 hours because the service is THAT GOOD and so was the price!

The service was great. We worked together for 20 minutes figuring out what tires would work best for my 66 Fury and when we agreed, I ordered them. Two days later I went to pick them up and they said they could do better on the price. I already had them in my truck and they still gave me a better deal. I will be back for sure.

Mike went way above beyond what my expectations were. Bought tires at another shop in town that couldn't balance 19.5 tires. Mike and his crew jumped in to help get my truck traveling down the road smoothly!

I love this car repair shop. My son is a student at Ferris State and his Jeep Wrangler was having alignment issues. I live three hours away so I needed a place that I could trust and that would be fair and honest with my son's repair. They were great. Repaired run great now, so courteous and the cost was way less than I expected!!!.

Just took car in for a wheel speed sensor when I got car back it was dirty grease finger prints all over the inside door panel and boot prints on panel. I keep my car spotless now I need to spend my time cleaning it that's something they should do before they return it to customers !

Friendly service. They had what I needed in stock. They were able to provide service to my vehicle within an hour. The cost of goods and services on my visit was less that a quote from a competitor, who would require 24 hours to obtain the size tire I required.

Tires rotated and balanced. Friendly staff but whole visit was too long... 1 1/2 hours! Had to go back because one of the weights was missing & it affected the steering. They found & fixed the problem. Happy now.

DP tire saved our vacation, shortly after we began a 13 hour drive to get to our destination. They went over and above, fixing a failure of a tire and serviced our other tires just 24 hours after we had our tires checked and "serviced" at a chain tire store in Grand Rapids. They provided the type of service and attention to detail that is becoming more and more hard to find these days. I highly recommend DP Tire! Also, they were as fast as a pit crew! Thanks again!!

We hada bald tire and my dad gave me one and they only charged me like $7 to mount and balance it and was in and out in 10 minutes. Great work. Cheap. Place to go! Actually i will be buying two tires from them today! Hopefully they work with me a little!

We were in the area from out of town and scheduled to leave the next day. Then a major trip stopping engine issue happened. One call to Rachel and she started the ball rolling. In less than five hours Rachael and the DP Tire service team had my truck ready to roll including finding the part and having it rushed to their shop. Never, in all my travels have I experienced such a courteous, friendly and professional repair shop. Very highly recommended shop. Thank you Rachel and the entire team at DP Tire Service. They do much more than just tires!!Roll Tide!!

They deserve a ZERO STAR, COMPLETE HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I called them asking for the tire alignment price and was quoted $45. Took the car in, after waiting an hour and a half, was told that it would cost $325!! They did an inspection, which wasn't asked for and never did the alignment. Complete waste of time and loss of wages!! These are INCOMPETENT IMBECILES!! Don't waste your time!!

First off, I would put zero stars if I could. I came into the shop after reviewing each car center in Big Rapids mainly because being a college student, I can see mechanic ripping off students. I picked this shop because of the online reviews. Well, hopefully I put a dent into the average stars. I went in with an SUV that was wobbly while driving at the speeds of 35 mph up to 80 mph. I had thought I needed an alignment because I have no car background and I'm basic. They resulted in telling me that in order to perform the alignment they would have to replace the bushing of the lower control arm and it would cost up to 650 dollars for the entire operation. I took my car back and waited for the money source to confirm the transaction, my mom. She declined and I further looked for some alternate options. I then took it into a Chevy dealership (in which I'm leaving a 5-star rating for the ACTUAL help they provided). The Chevy dealership took my car, looked at the lower portion of the car, told me that my tires were the main issue, rotated them, and boom. No more wobble. I highly doubt the "Car Professionals" at Tire and Car Care noticed the ACTUAL issues with my car or they truly enjoy ripping off students. If you need an oil change, sure, go to DP tire care, but if you need anything more then that, find an ACTUAL professional.

Returning home on Christmas Day, we stopped to help a stranded motorist with a flat tire, a young mother traveling with five children (all under the age of 6). My husband removed the flat tire and soon realized the spare would not fit, the lug pattern was different. This was turning out to be a little more complicated than just changing a flat. We let her know that we would take the flat tire and go into Big Rapids with the hopes of finding something open. As we went past the big box stores (closed); we started to make some phone calls. DP Tire offered an emergency number; we called and left a message. The Owners returned our call and offered to meet us and within thirty minutes, they were opening up their store. We explained the situation and without being asked they graciously donated a tire (mounted and balanced) to this young woman. We were on our way back to her within ten minutes. We realized that we just witnessed the true meaning of Christmas. Thank you again (from Us and the Stranded Motorist). We would recommend DP Tire, they are truly good people.

Everyone was very helpful when we got a huge piece of metal stuck in our truck tire while pulling a fifth wheel. We came to the shop at 5 pm, just before closing. They not only changed the tire but stayed late to assist us. They had us back on the road in no time. They even ordered new tires for us and had them ready for pickup the following day.

Car battery was dead and needed it replaced as soon as possible. I brought my car in near their closing time. Instead of them waiting and putting it off for the next day, they replaced my battery right away for me and helped me out! Service was super fast and they helped me out with a smile, I can't recommend this place enough!

Staff was incredibly friendly. Quality of work was great. Very comfortable waiting room with several comfy leather couches and free Wi-Fi. This is now my new tire shop!

I was traveling in my motorhome from the Western UP to Grand Rapids to visit my brother and I was having troubles with it shaking really bad. I had no appt., just a phone call asking if I could have them look at it and it was 90 degrees outside and a busy 4th of July week. They were busy, but as soon as I got there, they pulled it around back, jacked it up outside, balanced the tires, and I left within an hour. Very impressive! If anyone ever has vehicle trouble, I HIGHLY recommend DP Tire Service in Big Rapids. Very friendly, professional employees and reasonable prices! Thank you all that helped me get back on the road!! You made the rest of my vacation so much safer and I drove back home without a shake in the tire...

Best experience ever. Blew a tire on the freeway and they got us right in for two new tires. We didn t wait more than 10 minutes for them to get started and they were very efficient!

These guys are awesome. They work with all the girl problems I bring to them! They stay within my budget as best as the can too. I never get pressured to make unnecessary car repairs. I recommend them 100%

Went to DP Tire Service on a busy rainy Friday afternoon with my rear tire leaking air badly. I was from out of state and they were able to get me back on the road in about an hour. Fantastic service.
