Big shout out to Denny s Denny's Muffler Shop & Auto Parts for helping my Ferris student with a recent car repair. Her car had a hit and run incident last week and Denny s got her in right away to repair the muffler damage caused by the accident. They even repaired her bumper at no additional charge. They did a fantastic job. We will definitely be going back to Denny's for any future auto repairs!

Denny s has performed multiple services for me and they ve always done a good job at a fair price! They are very timely about their work and sweet people. Communication between them and their customers is excellent. This is the only shop I go to in Big Rapids and I highly recommend it!

Always friendly and try to get you in and taken care of as soon as possible. I've been coming here for all my exhaust needs for almost 20 years and even though the faces have changed the quality and service has not.

Outstanding service! I dropped in to see in the noise from my Subaru was muffler, before having to go to the dealer. They were able to determine the cause: wheel bearings, and fixed it on the spot in half the time quoted. Friendly, didn t talk down to me, I will be back!

My daughter is a student at Ferris St. and her car developed an exhaust leak today (was running very loudly). I live 3 hours away couldn't investigate, so I called around town. This shop was recommended by another local auto shop. I spoke with Dave about the issue and he was able to diagnose and fix the issue within an hour! Turned out to be a rusted out flange and a quick and cheap fix. Highly recommend this shop!Service: Exhaust

If I could rate a 10 these guys would be it.. Mike, Cody explain everything that's going on with my car and they refer you to other people that can get the job done...if i need anything else i would definitely go there and i would recommend to anyone....

Mom had a problem with her muffler. I was able to get it rigged to prevent more damage to her exhaust system. We decided to drive to Denny's muffler. I gave mom a rough estimate of what I thought the cost would be and what parts needed to be replaced. The parts and my estimation were pretty close to actual. I knew then this was a fair business. They completed quality work on time and at a fair price. I highly recommend this shop. If I ever need work again I will return. They took great care of mom.Service: Exhaust

Got estimate weeks ago w/o paperwork & price was same. Recognizing wasn't the reason, cuz sure that wasn't the case. Point being, they are far & consistent.

As previously stated by Scott Mace, we drove to Denny's Muffler and Brake Shop when my muffler dropped on my way to work. Dave was quick to assess my needs and quote me a price. Dave was spot on with his quote, matching Scott's estimate. My repairs were completed and I was on my happy way. I would recommend Denny's Muffler and Brake Shop to anyone needing auto service. Honest assessments and fair pricing. They will work with you to create a repair plan that gets your car back on the road and leaves money in your pocket. It is refreshing to deal with a repair shop that is respectful to women and senior citizens, who are usually targeted at auto service shops and charged for unnecessary services. All my cars will be going here.

I always come to these guys when it s something I can t fix myself. They always give me a price I m absolutely happy with. They re usually super fast at getting me in and out. And they re some great people. Especially the main guy at the front desk. Just got my brakes done in record time. Back on the road i go.

Denny's Muffler Is sweet ! The best Place in town I wish they did more than mufflers and breaks .I Try not to bring my car anywhere else Here in big rapids.If you own a vehicle It'll need to be repaired at some point .Trying to find Mechanics That wont Rip you off Esp here in big rapids Is almost unheard of .The head mechanic Rich Is one of the best Around .Unfortunatly shops like Dennys Are A dying breedHonest Dependable and FairThe absolute best.Thank you. for Always treating Me Fairly And As always Doing the best work.Sam cook.

I went into Denny's because I wanted dual exhaust put on my Silverado. I told them I wanted something with a rumble but not too loud! They did exactly what I wanted and more! Excellent job!!

My Daughter goes to Ferris and her Muffler Became very Loud. I sent her to Denny s because of the great reviews. It was just a flange $30 and had her in and out in 20 Minutes. Dan you are a rock Star in my Book!!
