I cannot say enough good things about these guys and their crew. If you need a place to go where you will be treated with respect and only get the service you are needing, then you need to go to see them. They will not steer you wrong. I have taken several of my vehicles to them over the years. Haven't been disappointed with them yet.

I was able to get my vehicle repaired in a very reasonable amount of time and the costs were very reasonable within my budget. Very friendly staff and explained what was wrong with my vehicle in a very respectful manner to educate me. Treated me with respect and kindness. I would definitely recommend them for any vehicle needs. I will be a lifelong customer.

I took my Subaru to Chuck and Meredy s and I m so glad I did! The alternator went out on my car and I called around the big rapids area and Chuck was super nice on the phone, so I chose to go to him. I took my Subaru there last night at 4:00 PM and my car was done today by 2:30 PM! It was a super quick turn around and all of the guys have really great customer service! Price was reasonable and I was impressed and happy with that part too! Thanks guys! I will definitely be recommending you to all!

Chuck was able to resolve an engine issue that I had been trying to fix in my 2013 Forester for over three years. Multiple trips to the dealership did not address this issue but Chuck took the time to do more than hook the computer to it. He was more than fair to me and stuck to his origional labor quote even though the repair took him longer than he had anticipated. Great service!

I had an estimate from another mechanic shop for a repair on my 2005 Equinox. I took my car to Chuck & Meredy's for a 2nd opinion and was presented with an alternative that was several hundred dollars lower. Glad I did. This is not my first time at C&M's, and as expected, very satisfied. Thanks guys. My car drives a new car, even tho it is 15 years old.

For honest people who do great work, this is the place to go. For 20+ years we've gone here. Never been disappointed. They even checked out used cars before we purchased them to let us know if there were any problems. Five stars isn't enough!!

Have had Chuck and Meredy's fix most of my car issues over the years. They are always trustworthy and do not overcharge for services. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone and have.

Best service EVER. Always does a great job, we have a delivery truck and they never let us down. This last time they fixed it in less than 48 hours even ordering parts Always reasonably priced. Been using them for almost 10 years

This is the best repair shop in Big Rapids. The mechanics are highly experienced and are excellent at what they do. Most shops will always charge at least the full amount of the quote that they give you for a repair. Every time I have gone there the price has always ended up being less since the mechanics work faster than what the price book is based on and they pass that savings to you!

I thought I needed a new starter for sure so I had the car towed in this afternoon. Got a call that it was just a bad battery cable connector. They changed it out and I was back in the road the same day. Thanks for the honesty and quick, friendy service.

Only place in town that will even consider working on old VWs. Had to schedule a week and a half out, but had it fixed the first day, and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. I highly recommend for foreign auto repair!

Says engine rebuild but don't do rebuilds, only new crate installs
