Care Center is a great place for body work.Efficient, quick and personal.When so many places do the same thing, what truly separates them is how well they treat you during the process, and the level of service offered.Hadley kept me informed through the entire process and I never felt hurried or rushed to leave.She took care of getting me a rental, calling and scheduling with Enterprise. When it took longer for my part to arrive she explained how the delay would not impact my timeline, and when to bring the car in.The work has been done well, the repair looks great.I highly recommend Care Center for body work.Also to Care Center Hadley is a champ, and you need to keep her happy.

Yikes, life is so busy! But we would be remiss not to mention the excellent service we had from the friendly people at Car Center in Big Rapids, Michigan. It's been over a month (about five weeks) since I drove from out of state to pick up my car which had been totaled by insurance after being backed into by truck stopped ahead of us at a stoplight. The damage included: a busted radiator, front body panels passenger side door panel, headlights and all the plastic bits, hoses, lines, and brackets involved.We live in Illinois and were on vacation at the time of the accident. The differences in Michigan insurance law created a lot of hurdles for us to work through, yet Car Center was very patient and kind in storing our car (free of charge), given that we intended to repair.As I said it's been about five weeks now, and we ve put about two thousand miles on the car, and it's driving perfectly. no problems at all and it looks better than when we left for vacation! Car Center was really a key player that made all of this turn out well for us, and we are very thankful for their help!We think that's quality service that you can expect from Car Center. But what was really above and beyond was the professional friendliness in every interaction which we had with them. There was absolutely no snag or surprise over details with Car Center. That was such a relief in the context of dealing with insurance claims across state-lines and arranging pickup from six hours away!

Absolutely phenomenal customer service! No one else could even come close to getting my car in, let alone done, in the time Car Center did. It looks beautiful! From the first inquiry of, how do I get this started, to picking up my finished car, was amazing and easy. If I'm ever in need, I'll drive the hour and a half to go to them again. Thank you Car Center!

Everyone was so nice and friendly. Pick up my car when it was finished the interior looked so much better then I left it. My bumper looks great, color matches as it should. My car was washed and detailed. I would recommend Car Center for all of your body shop needs.

If I could give Car Center 10 stars I would. They do great work quickly, exceeding expectations. Hadley was wonderful, keeping me informed and she was so helpful and pleasant. The guys made my car look like new again and deserve a huge thank you. If you wreck your car (and I hope you don t) Car Center is the place to go. They went above and beyondI can recommend them without reservation. Thank you Car Center for a fantastic experience.

Hit a deer about a month ago. We took my car to @scottsbodyshop in Roger's Heights. They did an awesome job fixing my car. They contacted us with updates regularly and my car came back looking brand new, inside and out. Had one small issue we figured out after the fact I brought it back and they fixed it right away. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing body work

They did a great job on my 6mo old brand new car. I was from out of town when I had a accident on the 131. They took good care of my car and kept me up to date by text message. Always courteous and the place is very clean. I would recommend them to anyone. Never had a problem with billing and insurance. Just picked up my car and go.

Car Center in Big Rapids did an amazing job with our RAM pickup. Our service writer, Cenyon was very attentive and professional. We received status reports twice a week and appreciate the communication! The repair to the damaged area was excellent and the added bonus was the detail cleaning that was done to the interior! I brought my Toyota Tundra in yesterday just at random and without an appointment to have my headlights adjusted. I had never been there before and had been turned down by other repair shops who wouldn't help me out. Scott's took my truck into the shop right away and 10 minutes later he brought it back out all done! They wouldn't even take any money for it! Wow I was amazed at how nice they were and will definitely be back! So great to have a business that actually cares about customers. Top notch! Many thanks

I was very grateful for the team at Scott's! Not only did they fix the rear quarter panel of my car in 1 day, unscheduled; I was pleasantly surprised when I picked the car up and realized they thoroughly cleaned the interior and exterior, as well. They charged me less than the estimate and were pleasant, kind, knowledgable, and honest throughout the whole process. I will definitely go there again and recommend to others!!

Our experience with Scott s body shop was phenomenal! From the very beginning estimate to picking up our jeep we were treated very well. Not once did they treat us bad. I hit a deer with our jeep and were told Scott s does a great job, they went above and beyond! Once we dropped off our jeep they kept us updated through texts and phone calls. They washed and cleaned out the inside. That was a surprise to me, I ve never had a body shop do that before. It was a nice touch. The above and beyond part is that they made our driver door flush with the rest of the vehicle! It was like that when we bought it. It makes a big difference. Mike said it only took them a few minutes to do, and those few minutes may be small to them but it was a huge deal to us! If we ever have to take our vehicle for work we know where we re going!

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. I had a big scratch on the fender that I needed to get fixed before turning in my lease and having to pay the damages. I took it here to get a quote. The lobby was beautiful, very clean, and welcoming. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Mike the owner came out right away and looked at it for me. He was very friendly and honest and just a good guy. He ended up taking care of it for me in 10 minutes and saved me a fortune in the process. I HIGHLY recommend this shop and will definitely come here in the future!

Update...Sept 2021:Once again this business shows what it means to be professional. I stopped in for an estimate on a parking lot scrape on my door and Joe just went ahead and cleaned it then buffed it out so I couldn't tell there was any damage. Bravo and thank you once again. Great to have Scott's as a good neighbor!July 2020: What a professional staff! From the initial phone call to the final step of bringing my car to the door for me I couldn't ask for a better place to take my car for body repair.Timely updates by text and follow up phone calls from Joe to keep me posted as to the status of my car repair. After a phenomenal repair (can't tell it from a new car) they even washed the car, cleaned the interior and left a bottle of water for me. They even arranged the rental car to be there when I dropped off my car so I was never without transportation.Thanks guys, I can't say enough good about your company. Now can you give classes to other businesses so they can provide the same type of high service level you guys do?

I am extremely satisfied with the way my car turned out. Joe kept me informed of the progress of my car and they insured that I got the best parts. I would highly recommend Scott's Body Shop to anyone. They even cleaned the inside of my car before returning it to me. They did a fantastic job and with be doing all my repairs in the future.

Pleasantly surprised with the outstanding service from Scott's! Great people, outstanding customer service, amazing work all provide the best experience for your worst day. Everyone is so kind and even went out of their way to make sure I had transportation to pick up a rental vehicle. During the repair they kept me informed on progress and it was finished on time. Hope I never need repairs again but I know Scott's is where I will go! Highly recommend them!

Was greeted by Mike and Mike right when i drove in the driveway. They were both gracious and very concerned about the damage to my vehicle. Mike did the estimate and had it sent immediately to my Insurance company . The next few days the car was taken in and work began. The text message system was outstanding and i waited for a text from them each day on the projected time of work and percentage of work completed. I commend the guys at Scotts for getting things done timely and concerned with quality. I would recommend Scotts as they," truly treat you like they would their own Mother". Thanks Scotts.

I have been to Scott s twice now within this past year. They do a great job! This week I got my car back 2 days earlier than planned (they don t waste time!) & it was vacuumed with a cold water waiting for me inside! Such friendly service from the front desk as well, highly recommend!!!

I don t normally write reviews, but these folks deserve a shout out. I went to them by recommendation and am glad that I did. All around very friendly staff. Speedy service. They kept me well informed on the repair progress of my vehicle. They made sure I got back my car before the holiday weekend.Also they pleasantly surprised me with an all out detailed cleaned up car. Super happy with the whole experience. I would return for future services. Thanks!

Hands down this is the business to service your car!Since I don't know a lot about cars I am always uneasy when getting my car serviced.As a previous business owner I was impressed on how I was treated during the entire process at Scott's.Here are the things I thought they did right:1. Mike introduced himself right away and was friendly.2. He explained how they could repair the car and never talked down to me.3. He over delivered and under promised.4. Transparency 100% through the process.5. Scott's offers a pick-up or drop - off service.6. I liked how I was updated by a text.The entire process was positive and created trust. I would highly recommend doing business with them.

Scott s Body Shop is run by top notch people that offer 5 Star quality service. Their customer service is amazing as well as their work. Some of the extra perks are offering shuttle service if needed and loving on your car by having it washed and detailed at pick up.

Needed a chip repaired in my windshield and Scott's gave me a quote that was significantly cheaper than other services in the area. Everyone I spoke to at the shop was very friendly, and the chip repair turned out great. When the owner pulled my truck up front, he told me that the work done was free of charge, and that I was all set. I will be recommending this shop to anyone who needs body or glass repair.Service: Auto windshield repair

The environment at Scotts body shop is always positive and uplifting. I enjoy the music that they play while I wait, and most of all I enjoyed their convienant text updates as I waited for my badly damaged car to be repaired. They were always clear with me as to what was going on in the repair process, and when I got my car back, it felt brand new because of their awesome work and how well they cleaned and detailed the inside.

Great auto shop! I came in for a small chip in my windshield. They fixed it within 30 minutes of me walking in the door and even gave the service to me for free. They care about building trusting relationships with their clients. Staff was helpful, Mike especially. Would highly recommend.

Very please with the quality of work that was done to my car, the people were very friendly and the environment was clean and welcoming! I was also very pleased with how clean my car was when I picked it up because it was quite filthy when I dropped it off. Overall they did a fantastic job fixing my rear bumper and making my car look beautiful again, I would definitely recommend.
