Counted out exact change to the guy, he called me half an hour later and said I was short over $30. They're running a scam on anyone they think they can get away with. Don't use their services.

If you're looking for quality and reliable service, this is the place to be! The Curries are all about giving back to the community and supporting our local businesses. They treat everyone like part of the family.My first encounter with their extraordinary service I was broken down on the side of the White Cloud exit. Hours from my hometown, alone at night in the middle of winter, with no jacket, and a dying phone. There's no greater comfort than to have a small town friendly face save the day. The wrecker driver arrived quickly, told me to go warm up in the truck and charge my phone. He thoroughly explained the entire towing process and showed me on his GPS where we were going. His phone was clipped to the dash, so I could see where we were the entire drive, which was important because I was unfamiliar with the Big Rapids/White Cloud area at the time. From a young woman's perspective, taking the extra minute to explain what I could expect put me at such ease. He gave me honest advice and made my first experience with car troubles a lot less scary.I have a lot of respect for each of these men and women and all they do for this community.

I didn t end up using them (only because the repair shop said it would be fine to drive there myself since they were so close to where my car was) but, the gentleman I spoke with (day shift) was such a sweetheart! He seemed quite genuine, very kind, and saved me $$!! Hopefully I won t need to use a towing service anytime soon but, if I was in their area and needed one- they d be the one and only I d call!!

Very speedy service, reasonable pricing, great customer service, I ve had to use them 3 times in the past couple months, and they have came and got my broken down vehicle and myself within 10 minutes every time!!! Best part is I ve never had to pay out of pocket because they handle everything through your insurance company on the spot!!!

Coming from LA, and dealing with rude people on a daily basis is an annoyance. But I always ignore it and move on. But the rudeness I experienced was extremely off-putting. The Driver who jumped my car was extremely rude, and had foul language. After he couldn t get my card to work, because I put in the wrong zip code on mistake. He repeatedly kept on swiping which lead to my Credit Card service marking it as fraud. I tried to help him with the machine because he was an older individual. Then he said he s been doing this for 20 years, that technology has not been around for 20 years. I also offered my assistance, because the credit card machine he was using, I had at my business in Los Angeles, CA. He became very perturbed, and he aggressively said give me 60$ or I m going to turn your car off My friend was there and he heard it. We were both extremely astonished at his attitude. He used many foul language references that I thought that was very unprofessional. At the end, I got the card machine to work and I swiped my OWN card.Was it just prejudiced or just West Michigan close minded ignorance. How could you treat an individual with such a unprofessional attitude. Do you really think it s a good idea to have such a discourteous attitude with your customers. Hopefully you will take this to mind.

I locked the keys in my car when I got to school this morning. By the time I was out of my first class, they had already done the lockout! Such amazing service! Thanks so much for the HUGE help! I'll recommend them to anyone!

Autobody company hired the big rapids tow to tow my car and the brand new bumper was damaged. I have pics of the car that shows no damage prior to the tow so I'll be taking them to small claims court.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

I walk out of my friends apartment to find them not having my car hooked up yet but "its tagged so you're done". They then proceeded to tow my car from UPS and wouldn't let me pay on the spot because they mistakenly thought me being angry was because I was drunk when in reality I was DD for the night. Told me $85, then $140 when they made the assumption I was drunk, and finally said $180 when they opened the next day. Very unprofessional when I asked questions about the process. They need some serious people that can answer questions and who can properly jack a car onto a tow truck.

Called for tow service. Gave him the closest road and description of my truck. Quoted me 45 mins, called after 1.5 hrs. Told me he was pulling up, waited another 30 mins. Then asked where I was, told him again, he thought I was on a different side of the city. Told me it was going to be another hr. Waited over 2 hrs, canceled the service and called different company.

Driver (Kam) was prompt (only had to wait 10-15 minutes or so) and has always been courteous, but I will not do business with these guys again. Today, I felt like I was taken advantage of and overcharged. Had my truck breakdown at the corner of State and Locust. DPS called Big Rapids Towing to come pick the truck up and take it to repair shop. I was charged $85 for a 1.5 mile tow. At the repair shop, I was told in the future to contact the "other major" towing company in town, as this should have only been a $55 tow.

Sunday night service. Prompt. They were there in 20 minutes, just like they said. A bit pricey, but top notch service. Well worth it.

Ridiculous fees, pricing, wont allow you to retrieve your items from vehicle. They charge for everything three times what other local places do..
