I love this place. Andrew and his crew take pride in their work and are quick and thorough. I recently got tires here for my truck and price and service was great so I brought my trailer back when it needed tires. I will be back again.

Bought our tires here and went back in to get them rotated. They were very efficient and got us in right away. It was done quickly & we were on our way again! Great service.....

Was here a while back for a wheel bearing and again today for rear brakes and rotors. These guys are great! Very quick and efficient, courteous service, and the price is always way less than I expected. I'm a happy customer again and would highly recommend!

I would give 10 stars if I could. Our son is a student at Ferris and we are 1.5 hours away. They were so helpful and went way above and beyond to help us get my son s car up and running. Great communication throughout the process. Highly recommend!

Called 5:15 on a Wednesday night with a flat tire, found the hole they said if I hurry they can patch it. Unfortunately I did not realize it was flat and it had run flat damage and needed a whole new tire. Thursday 9 am I had a new tire on my wheel and ready to pick up and get back on my truck! Thanks guys!

Had 4 tires put on this morning on 6/9/23 it was 1 1/2 hour wait until I got my car. I do think the guys were a little rough on my rims, but all is good. Andrew was really nice at the counter...would definitely recommend these guys..

They are my go-to spot for anything tire/brake related. The owner is great, and their customer service leaves you feeling like a human being. Which is a good thing in this day and age.

we were returning from Torch Lake back to Illinois from our vacation. We spun the bearing on our right rear boat trailer tire. I noticed this at a rest area. Fortunately, I found the closest town called 2 shops. Neither one of them were able to help me then I called Andrew at Big Rapids Tire , which by the way was a recommendation from the second place I called. He was outstanding, gave me the number of a flatbed tow truck to get my boat to his shop and communicated with me over the next week or so until we could come up with a solution for an axle, Andrew was great throughout the whole situation very easy to work with. I would highly recommend this location for any of your needs. Customer service was above and beyond.Ron

Bought 4 tires for my mustang. Had a alignment done by same shop a few months later. Tires have a 45000 mile warranty. I put 30000 on them. The alignment was done after 17000 or so miles. Now I have to replace all 4tires during to a bad alignment and get another alignment to fix there mistakes. When brought to there attention, I was told it must be my driving that did it. Your out of luck and didn't even offer to help do anything. Won't ho back and refuse to tell anyone to go. I thought I was dealing with a good place but I know now I got screwed.

They are a friendly, family owned business with quick turnaround and better prices. And they offer vehicle advice and repair suggestions, even if they cannot do them or if the vehicle owner would prefer to do them themselves. The work they do is great, and I ve become a consistent customer because of their overall service.

Absolutely wonderful service. Took my daughter's car there for a leaky tire and told Steve I'll be gone for the day to Holland. When Steve called and said the tire was fixed but I needed a new rim, he actually found me one (Used for a 10 yr old car but perfect match) out in Holland for me to pick up and bring back to have them put it on. Great guy, great service, and they will be my tire guys moving forward.

Knew I needed significant work on the the front end suspension of my vehicle. Big Rapids Tire did it all, and then some. Noticed my check engine light was on, but they don't normally diagnose those things, but they sure did this time, and I greatly appreciate it.

BR tire is awesome! The staff is super friendly and they're honest. I had a small issue with a new noise coming from my car after some tires were put on and they were more than happy to have me bring it back to be looked it. They've earned my trust and I don't mind coming back in the future.

Great Place to get tires. They were quick and fast on installing brand new tires on my vehicle. Mr. Brock hung out in the waiting area conversing with his customers and even offered donuts to everyone. Very respectful and appreciative owner at BR Tire. Thank you for such quality service.

Posting for a friend, they used insurance to have some repairs done and whoever was pricing added $1,000 randomly because insurance companies usually don t have an issue with him doing so disgusting.
