When I asked Ric questions about the price for tire service, he replied with agitation in his tone as though I was asking a lot from him. His costumer service is terrible and he never takes accountability in his business. I suggest if you want quality service for your car, take it to another auto shop. It is a waste of time to deal with a man that does not like his job and does not treat his costumers with respect.

We were heading to Cleveland from MN and ended up with a nail in our tire. We were going to drive to a dealership to get the tire patched but discovered Ric's and decided to see if he'd help us. He got it patched and we were back on the road within an hour. Great service.Service: TiresService: Tires

Ric was so helpful. He came out to tow my vehicle on Fathers Day. He helped me find a place that was equipped to service my vehicle. I was two hours away from home. He helped me find a place that I can wait at until I had someone to come get me. He drove me over and helped me with my bags. I am newly pregnant and he was able to ease my mind and the price was reasonable! Definitely recommend

RIC himself is an incredible businessman. I came in a half hour prior to closing for the night and needed two tires mounted and balanced. He not only accommodated my emergent needs but did so at a very good price. I even asked him if what he requested for payment was enough because I would have understood to pay more. He declined the extra.

Very pleased with the service I got at Ric's. Never thought to check them out until I had a punctured tire and all the other shops were too busy to help me. At first I thought that must mean Ric's wasn't as good. But they were able to repair my punctured tire and change a bulb in my rear light - quality work. But what impressed me so much was the timeliness, reasonable price, and friendly explanations. It's the kind of feeling of being taken care of well, the same kind of service I was used to back home, going to my father's friend's shops. I feel like Ric's is a real valuable part of the community, and wants to constantly serve customers best they can!

Very friendly and affordable towed my car gave my daughter and myself a ride and had us back in the road in under an hour 10/10 would recommend

Just dropped my car off at Rick's Auto, it's having some steering issues. They seem like good people. Waiting to hear back from them after they look at it. I'll let you know how it turns out. They did a good job on my car, quick, polite, helpful, and reasonably priced. I recommend them.

I live two hours away and was looking to purchase a box truck in Berries Springs. Ric looked it over and advised me on the condition of the truck. Communication and response was great !!

Our Van was totalled in a crash and he charged us 125$ to tow it to the scraps yard and kept the money for the scrap metal, at least 250$ worth. We will not be returning, not an honest mechanic.
