I was visiting the area and my husband had to stop in for some supplies. The baby chicks were there and I am super interested in getting chickens soon. There was a wonderful employee, Misty, that is incredibly knowledgeable. She personally raises poultry and shared so much knowledge with me, and pointed out good products in the store that would help make it easier to care for them. Misty was so kind to share her experiences with me. It is not often you get a neighborly home town feel when shopping in any establishment these days. TSC, hang on to Misty, she is great!

Absolutely terrible place to deliver to. Manager John is Absolutely disrespectful and rude. No consideration for drivers!

Instead of driving to Traverse City to save money, I decided to shop local and went to TSC-Benzonia to get some bags of dirt for my garden. No bags outside the building so I went inside and was told that they haven't been able to get soil for months and that "nobody can get it". I wasn't aware of the "soil shortage" so left. On a whim stopped at the tanning salon/smoke shop/garden center a mile away and purchased 40 bags of Scott's Topsoil--exactly what I needed. They had 14 different kinds of bagged soil (pallets full). Surprising that a place called Tractor Supply can't get dirt, but a smoke shop can.

After shopping at tractor supply for years ,this is the 3rd tire that blew and yes the bearing is good but they not only would not help but they were also rude ,that is over 300.00 in a few months on tires and i will never shop at a tractor supply again,i will go to Blains from now on and save more money.p.s. i called the customer solutions and that was a huge joke,do not bother calling them! Shop elsewhere!!!!!

Love shopping here! It's the best place around to get all the pet food I need, in bigger packages, for cheaper prices than just about anywhere else locally. The staff are always friendly and extremely helpful, they've gone out of their way on a few occasions to help me find specific products. They are friendly to my children when they come in with me as well.

Cashier/store associate Austin saved the day.He was amazing, professional, caring, funny and helped us out in a time of need.We had a key blade break off from the key fob and no locksmiths on a Sunday who were available or would answer the phone.A friend visiting from out of town had to make it back home (4 hours south) before the end of the day to return to work and classes. He was the only person we found in all of benzie county who gave us a viable option to make this happen. While continuing to check out other customers he helped us to rig something up to get her car to turn over and her on the road.... bonus that it was under $25!

Good customer service! Went above and beyond and asked a local store to ship a jacket to this store so I didn t have to order online and deliver to the store, or drive 45 minutes to pick it up in person. It s good to find employees that still take pride in their work and care about the customer

They have great treats for your pup! My dog loves this place. I can get the basics I need for our outdoor projects and animals while socializing the puppy. It's not perfect but it's decent.

I delivered to this store. I had to wait in the back while I was waiting I was looking at the baby chickens they didnt have any water. I told several employees. None of them cared 2 hours later bc their forklift driver is incompetent they had me unloaded. The chickens still didnt have any water.

I can't believe the customer service here. I have never experienced the level of 'above and beyond' that I received from Darin at Tractor Supply Benzonia. If I weren't already a guaranteed return customer, nothing would stop me now. Thanks Darin!

I did not enter the store. To avoid unnecessary "public" time I have been deemed chauffeur . I did see a store employee spraying and wiping down the carts inside the entry way. TSC has always been a great spot for critter supplies and hardware.

Love the store. I am constantly surprised by what I find here. They have an awesome selection of decor for home and garden in addition to tools, equipment and feed. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

After a LONG weekend of shoveling, my husband and I decided we wanted to purchase a snowblower (yes, late in the season, I know) We drove from Onekama, to find that they only had 3 in stock, all single stage. My husband and I were looking for at least a dual stage. The manager, Jon, jumped online and found us one at the Traverse city Location. He made the phone call to TC, placed the snowblower on hold and at 9:30 am the next morning, called me to let me know it was in their Benzie Store. He went above and beyond through the entire process, explained in detail everything we would need to know regarding our purchase including product info, specifications, warranty info and delivery options. He made the entire process as easy as it could be for my husband and I. Jon is an outstanding person. We couldn't thank him enough for all he did for us!

Went to pick up a order that was on a rain check back order . They called said order was in but when I got there only part of order was given even though there was plenty in stock, was told they was for other orders. Cashier said someone would call me today.I think someone missed understood the order.

Got to say I was really happy to find out that the local store in are little town.had such a great selection they had everything that I would expect to find in, the big towns and stores I happy to say I will be back and I'm glad they have made it so I can support my local town bussnises..

Great place for functional needs. I bought a gas power washer at a bargain price and couldn't be more pleased. I also buy bulk supplies like bird seed and softener salt.

TSC is a great store for hardware and animal supplies as well as clothing, mainly Carhartt, but not exclusively. Staff is friendly and helpful most of the time.

Bought a new battery for the lawn mower, they had plenty in various cranking amp ranges reasonably priced. Check out was fast and they took the core I brought.

It's tractor supply...so it's a good place to get parts for your tractor. Seriously though, go here for dog and cat food. Gardening supplies - shovels, rakes, dirt, fences, etc. People are always friendly and helpful, if needed.

O I would love to . I have jus t came from a visit at the Benzonia branch.The hight light of the visit was wating at the check out 1 of two for 20 minutes no exaggeration, while a visitor to our are had to have the process of store policy explained to him . WHAT THE HELL!!!!!!

Your reference/cross reference books,For plugs,belts,filters,etc..are junk,Even your employee admitted so!I bought a new huskee 42in ridingMower..cant even get a plug or fuelFilter for it here..They told me to bring it back if it's not the right 1..but at least bekka and the other young lady were real helpful..and pleasant..

Normally find what I am looking for. Prices are lower then the hardware store and grocery store on a lot of items that can be bought in all three places. Good selection, friendly and helpful employees.

Absolutely zero safety awareness by then staff and the computer system completely lost the order and they didn't even have the product that they emailed need to confirm would be there and was ready for pickup.

Always have what I need. If they dont they will order it and call me when its in. Friendly people. Always willing to help me to my truck with heavy items.
