Came in looking for a coping saw without checking online first. An associate took me right to it and helped me pick one and spare blades as well. This is typical for visits there, I have been there many times and have received assistance quickly every time. For a brick and mortar store their prices are fair. It's good to have a store such as this in our neighborhood.

They are always friendly and always helpful. It isn't a huge store, but they have a nice variety of items. Fabulous customer service!

I found the item (pressure canner) I was looking for easily. When I asked an associate about finding a replacement piece for it, he was very helpful and spent some time searching for the proper part number online. Great friendly service!

As advertised, the staff here is always ready to help and is knowledgeable about a variety of issues you might encounter around the house or on the job. Though it may be difficult to keep up with the huge box stores, this place continues to thrive in a small community because of decades of dedicated and trusted service.

They saved the day when I was painting my living room. My local store was out of the base I needed to mix the color I had chosen. They even helped me get everything in my car!!

Helpful finding screws we needed for a shelving unit. Didn't want to buy a whole box, so we got only a few.Plus were able to mail a parcel through UPS. Thanks guys

Usually find everything I need and the staff is more than happy to help you find your items and answer any questions you may have. Friendly, knowledgeable staff.

Bought vacuum from there 9 days later started loosing power went to return it was but the 4 times being used I missed used it so cant refund my money but I'm not done yet.missed used they said so I called and had a main office call and still wouldn't. But she gave me a number and finally talkex to someone that will get my refund but going to take 3 emails and who knows but even they couldn't believe it ace is not the place in benzonia michigan
