Took my car in because it was bucking and wouldn t accelerate, after taking my car multiple places it seemed to be running worse than when I took it in, then I brought my car here and they were able to fix it quickly. My car has not run this well since I purchased it. Would definitely recommend this place!! They also assisted me in transportation from the shop to my house and back while my car was being repaired. Best mechanical company out here!!

$15 car wash and my car is still dirty. Equivalent to the spot free rinse in cleaning mode. The triple foam dribbled on my passenger door and that was it. Save your money and wait till it rains, the results are about the same. This is the second time I've had a dirty car after paying $15. Will not be using again

I don t typically write reviews, but I felt the need to let people know. I took my vehicle here in the spring to get my snow tires taken off and my all season tires put on. When we went to put my snow tires on this winter we found that 75% of all the lug nuts has been stripped. The last time the tires were touched was when I took my car in here. Not a huge expense, but something I had to replace nonetheless.This is also the same place I bought my snow tires last winter, and the price I was quoted when I ordered my tires through them was not the same price I was told when I got them put on.Overall, I just don t recommend.

Be prepared to be price gouged here. Went for an oil change and the "full service" rate was high enough, then they charged more for normal aspects of "full service". Final total was outrageous. Won't make that mistake again.

They simply didn t charge us anything when we went in for a partial oil change to check for debris in the oil. When loosening the drain plug the tech wasn t able to prevent draining all the oil. Not only did they put all new oil in the car, they refused to let us pay for anything. Great customer service.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I had gone in with my sister in law because she needed something looked at on her jeep. Since I was there, I asked them to look at a situation with my own jeep. And get an oil change. They assessed both problems( hers and mine). The couple problems were already there so I knew they knew what they were talking about. They were very thorough on assessment plus found a minor problem,we thought we had fixed. But explained a lot. Enough said. Both my sister in law and myself have appointments to have our jeeps fixed. At a very decent price. I am grateful for the information they gave me. And they are able to fix the problems. These guys are Excellent in every aspect. Anyone who has gone there, I know you know what I'm talking about. And, the ones who haven't please do. You will NOT be disappointed.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Oil change

Had to replace a tire on the Mercedes I got a tire that was almost new for 40.00 another 17.50 to mount and balance. They were fast less than a 30 minute visit. Set up a appointment to buy 4 new tires in the near future. Highly recommend these guy's.

I was very impressed with the service. I got my oil changed and also had a unique problem with a hole in my chest waders from stepping up on a nail. The employee went beyond the usual and fitted the hole by putting a tire plug in it. Thank you very much.

I don t live in up north Michigan, but my family has a lake house in Honor that I visit regularly and I was in desperate need of an oil change before making the drive home so I came here for an oil change this past Friday (my first time there) and it was great! Super fast & the employees were all really nice! They didn t try to up sell me on a bunch of things like a lot of pull in places do which I was grateful for- they just got me in, got my car straightened out & even showed me how to reset my oil light on my dash! Legit have had this car for 5 years and didn t know I could do that! Hey, ya learn something new everyday! If I lived up here permanently this would be the place I go! It s affordable & I liked the employees! When I m back in town and need an oil change I will definitely go back! Thank you guys!!!

Get the iol changes here, good service, the guys always go over tires, washer fluid and are doing a good job with the oil while looking for preventive maintenance. Prices are fair and I'm totaly happy with this service shop.

What great service they provide! Tammy used her own time to help me find a tire that was hard to find. We are from out of town and had a flat tire over the holiday weekend. When they weren't able to get it before we left town, she recommended someone else. I will definitely recommend them to everyone and use them when we are back in town. We were very happy with the service that we received at Benzie Express Lube. We were on vacation andheading home when our truck began leaking antifreeze. We called Benzie Express to see if they could fix it. The secretary was very kind and said the mechanic was busy but she would check with him. After checking it over, it was determined we needed a new water pump. Because of a cancellation in his schedule he was able to fix it that day.We thank God for Benzie Express Lube and The Service Inc. and strongly recommend them.

The lady in the office up front is truly amazing. She knows her stuff that s for sure. Helped me get great tires at a great cost. I wish they could keep more on stock but they are a little shop. Other than that I will for sure be going back for other needs.

To check the transmission fluid on my Subaru the vehicle must be in neutral and have the steering wheel turned.. which they never did.After believing that my fluids in my vehicle were fine I started to hear strange sounds coming while I was trying to shift and through research of my own I learned that they were never checking my transmission fluid.By time I realized that they were not doing their job my transmission fluid was Brown and no longer red.I will now have to flush my transmissionNever going back to express lubeI go to places such as express lube because I know I do not know everything about vehicles and for them to also not know is unacceptableServices: Tires, Oil change

I have been to Xpress lube a few times. I would say today was the best visit I have had there. Not that it was ever a horrible experience but today 2/4/20, John was the technician who helped me and he has excellent customer service skills and did a wonderful job.Thanks so much!

Went there to get brand new wheel covers put on. They handled it in a very professional and courteous manner. They got them on and they look incredible! They definitely earned a customer with me! Thanks again, guys!

The last person to touch the lug nuts on my ex's jeep was this place of business. This was in April. We drove out of state and back, and shortly after getting back the jeep would feel like it had a flat tire. She parked it for a while and just tried to take it to get it fixed today. The back tire almost fell off. Legitimately almost fell off. I called them to tell them their work failed. They can't tighten lug nuts here. Chris was his name I talked to tryed to say she was told to come back in 50 miles to have them torqued. WHAT! She said they didn't say that, at all. And that's something to remember because when you leave a shop after having your tire took off, and put back on, it's supposed to be safe and sound. Well. Not here

Had a flat tire 4:30 in the afternoon of July 3rd. Not a problem for them, they got to it immediately and got us back on the road in about 10 minutes. Greatly appreciated!

I almost hate to brag on this already busy place out of selfishness, but this is a great spot for regular maintenance, tires, and mechanical repairs. They've been in business under the same ownership for more than 20 years. Doing something right!

Took used oil when I got there super quick. I asked a question or two about services and was told the standard prices. Seem friendly and professional. I'd suggest anyone to at least look to going here first.

We were on a family vaca camping in Michigan, we live in Iowa....and our tire found a screw nail...seriously Josh fixed the tire with a plug ASAP .....drove in, told us just stay in the car, kick back and turn on the AC! The whole thing took 10min or less!! We had called another place and told us he couldn't get to it till 3pm (it was 9:30am) and I had to remove the tire & take it to him! THANKS JIFFY LUBE & TIRE!

Patched my flat tire quickly when they said they would be able to - good! Cross threaded the lug nuts when putting it back on, causing them all to be replaced - not good.

We had a slight emergency as we were vacationing in the area, and they were able to quickly get us in and out and on our way. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Very appreciative!!
