Ray is very friendly, quick to respond, and very affordable. If you looking for someone to pull you out or tow your vehicle he is happy to do it. He answered his phone right away and was there within a timely matter. Don t hesitate to give him a call. The job will be done, and done right.

After a rough day I ended up locking myself out of my vehicle. Ray and his son Raymond were quick to respond and come out to help. It took Ray a little longer to get into my car, but was able to get in. These two guys made my night a whole lot better Ray was able to get my car open and his son Raymond was able to make me laugh even though I was having a hard time!! Thank you guys I know who I m calling if I ever get locked out of my vehicle again!!!

These guys are some lifesavers. They drove almost an hour to come help give me a tow. And they were as the name says "Affordable" I am so thankful for their help.

Ray was really nice helped my fianc� get home. Also drove a long way to help, when my fianc� needed help towing his truck. He made sure to let us know where he was, had the heat going cause it was really cold and made sure my fianc� was comfortable. Thank you sooo much for the help we appreciate it so much.

Great people doing a great and professional job at a fraction of the cost. Compared to Corey s or Delta, these are the folks you wanna call. They went the extra mile to make sure the job was done and we got our car where we needed it to be.

Get towing company, walked me through all i needed to do to help him get me unstuck from next to a fence. Was also a very caring person. Wait to make sure i wasnt still stuck before leaving!

We were stuck on vacation with a flat tire and needed to have it fixed right away. It was evening and nothing was open. ARA was responsive and came out right away and had the tire patched for us. Really helpful and great service. We will keep this number in case we're in Northern Michigan again and need help!

Had a camper I bought that was stuck in a soup pit front yard..had no idea how I was going to get it out..talked with Ray worked out a plan and after a few hours the trailer was out..great price, great communication, great service and a great experience with a tough job..Good company, great people I highly recommend..

Unbelievable service and great people!!!My vehicle would not start after a weekend camping trip on state land near Grass Lake Campground. Our group was located on a two track back in the sticks. I called Affordable on a Sunday afternoon after getting nothing but voicemail messages with other services I called. Ray answered the phone and took the time to figure out where we were and said he would come out. He was there within an hour of me calling!!! He loaded my vehicle in a full downpour and towed it to a dealer in Traverse City. When he got there, he found that the dealer's lot was closed due to lot repaving - so he called me and we arranged for him to drop it across the street. GREAT communication throughout the entire process, very reasonable rates and good people to deal with. It's nice to still see good old-fashioned service and owner-operators still in business!! I can't say enough good things about Ray at Affordable Roadside Assistance. We were stuck in sand (and on a large root) and, after having to back up his big truck about 100 yards on a narrow, two-track "road," Ray patiently dug out the front wheels, attached cradles, and gently pulled our car to solid ground. He then led us out via a better exit route so we didn't face any new problems.Good-natured, professional, and a real pleasure to deal with. Thanks, Ray!

Thank you for your help this morning! I have a student driver and so she's been driving everywhere and I have stopped asking her about the gas gage, thinking she's tired of me asking... well this morning on our way to do a friend's farm chores we ran out of gas!They came out put gas in the vehicle and then we relized we now needed a jump... he was able to help assist with that, and then followed us to the gas station and waited till we got gas to make sure the vehicle started back up. Super friendly and thoughtful.Thank you for your help when no other place (that was closer) was willing!I doubt my daughter will ever let the vehicle run out of gas again!Services: Battery service, Fuel delivery

On vacation and I locked my car keys in the trunk. Ray and CC were immediately responsive to our phone call and kept us posted on their schedule as they made their way out to us. My husband and I were at the bank and came back out to see our tire completely flat. After realizing our lug nut was stripped and not coming loose, we called Affordable Roadside Assistance for help. Raymond was quick getting to us and was able to locate and remove a nail from our tire. He then patched it allowing us to get it to the Discount Tire without needing a tow. We had our 2 year old with us and he gave her a toy from his handy grab bag filled with things for children. We appreciated his kindness and highly recommend his services! I highly recommend affordable roadside assistance. Multiple times I have locked my keys in my car, had an issue with a flat and got into an accident. Each time I called Ray and he dropped everything no matter what he was doing to come help me.
