This company was truly amazing to work with. Our car broke down in the Benton Harbor area and they provided exemplary service. They were quick, courteous and helped us feel at ease in a difficult situation. They fixed our car with remarkable speed at a very reasonable price, I would highly recommend them both for towing services and for car repairs.

I never imagined I would say, the day my car broke down and was stranded in the middle of nowhere, a day I hope to never forget. My dad and I were driving from Michigan to Denver when the plug to my oil tank completely fell off. I didn't consider road tripping on a holiday weekend an issue. I regret saying we called AAA, Subaru, among others for help and everyone offered us few options. My dad informed me he found someone who would pick us up and he said he had a really good feeling about this guy. Little did I know what I was in for. Mark from Zielke towing was a literal angel. I had a real life Bruce Almighty, is this Morgan Freeman moment. He was a sigh of relief the moment he arrived. Mark assured me that he was going to do everything possible to get us back on the road and boy did he. Not only was the towing experience beyond, he took us to Zielke's repair shop where he got to work on my car immediately. Before that, we was hot on the phone calling people to problem shoot my car issue and figure out solutions. ON A SUNDAY and HOLIDAY WEEKEND another employee or possible owner of the shop, swung by with his kids in car and delegated a solution. It was one of the most phenomenal experiences I've had in my life. I had little hope we would continue our journey home but within a hour or two we were well on our way. It gave my dad and I something to talk about on repeat for 20 hours. They literally saved us. The only down side to the experience is I live in Denver and that I can't regularly visit these guys and have my car worked on by them. I still regret not giving Mark a big hug. He gave me so much more than a safe car that got me home but instilled that there are still good people out in the world just wanting to help each other. Because of Mark I will continue to pay it forward many times over. Mark went above and beyond and had me smiling throughout the entire experience. He not only showed me how he fixed the problem but taught me a lot about my car and how to demand good quality work, which can be hard if you're a girl! If your car is going to break down, fingers crossed it's near Benton Harbor so you can call Zielke's and experience Mark's spirit. They've gotta allow more than 5 stars for people like Mark and Zielke Towing & Tires. Thank you thank you thank you! Cheers!Service: Car towing

When I needed help on the side of the highway with a flat tire. They came quick and Tom my tow truck driver was professional and took great care of me and they helped me get a new tire on my car when we got to the shop. Much appreciated!!! Thank you for your wonderful service!!

Wonderful, honest service! Nice employees. The engine light was flashing. They picked us up, took us to our hotel, replaced the spark plug, and told us what my husband already knows. It's not worth fixing the O rings on this 300,00 mile car. It is on its way out. Sad but extremely grateful

Can't say enough about the staff here. I had bought new ( used) tires and took them here to be mounted on my car.One of the tires I bought was bad and couldn't be used. They replaced it at no charge with one of their own tires in stock.Once again it pays to shop local. Community helps community.Thanks again and Merry Christmas and a Joyous New Year.

Big thank you to Mark & E! These guys went out of their way on a busy, rainy, cold Friday night to get to me & help me out of a huge jam. Their phones were ringing non stop with calls and they answered all of them and were very polite and quick to change my tire. Mark took the time to give me instructions on how to drive on the donut and called to make sure I was safe! I was very impressed & am very grateful. Reasonable price too. Stay safe out there on the road folks. If your in trouble Ile pray you find guys like Zielke.

Had a punchiered tire on a 8 hour trip home. Jason from Zielkes saved our day and was able to patch the tire on his day off. What a wonderful person 10/10 would recommend him and his services.

Broke down last night around 9pm and Jason of Zielkes got us back home from about 270 miles away. My family and I got a flat on our way to MI from Chicago. We called the closest place and Jason at Ziekle towing absolutely saved the day! Not only was it 8pm on a Friday of a holiday weekend, but he was so helpful, seeing if he could repair the flat first. Ultimately we had to buy a new tire and Jason put it on and got us back on the road in fewer than 30 minutes!! On a Sunday we had to get towed from Benton Harbor, MI to Western Suburbs of Chicago. We had our F-150 long bed and a toy hauler/camper trailer. Devin and the owner were awesome. They were quick to get to us on the side of the road. After towing our truck and trailer to their shop and readjusting things we were on our way home in no time.Services: Car towing, Long distance hauling

Broke down on I 94, took the insurance company forever to contact a tow. Once they got the call, these guys were there in less than 10 minutes. Very grateful Tom/Tim was looking out for me and didn't take me where they told him to drop me off. He took my vehicle to a reputable shop and then dropped me off at a hotel. The insurance company would have had me stranded in an unsafe area. Driver could not have been friendlier nor more considerate and conscientious! A zillion stars recommendation?

***HANDS DOWN BEST PLACE***On a 6 hour treck back home, and our tire completely blew out. While struggling to install our spare on the side of the highway, we googled tire places and found this absolute gem.We called and were greeted by a LIVE person who informed us that they had used and new tires. Dirty and exhausted, we hobbled our car to their establishment (luckily ten minutes away) and were greeted by a lovely woman who not only invited us into the air conditioning, but offered us water (seeing the poor state we were in).She went over our options, and due to our tire being an odd one (which places don't usually even have on hand) we ended up buying a new one.Jason came out of the shop and immediately got to work. He went absolutely above and beyond to make sure everything was done properly and safe for us to be on our way.These people made an absolutely terrible situation exponentially better. Don't even think about going elsewhere. These people are pros and down to earth human beings. 10/10.I wish we had such caring, capable service providers in our town.Huge thank you to you guys!

Hands down best service in County. Nothing like needing a tire fixed on a Sunday for your teenager. The owner and his wife went the extra mile to help my son. I added a picture of the non patchable tire. Thank you so much for getting the vehicle back on the road. This is the second time in crisis they have helped fix this vehicle in short notice. After about the worst day at work, I picked up my son, and drove to McDonald's. Right after we got our food, my vehicle broke down. Luckily, Zielke's towing responded quickly! They sent me a true angel. Mark was amazing! Extremely nice and very polite. I felt like I was talking to a friend! I don't think I have ever experienced such an amazing service from a towing personal! If I could I would give him 100/5 stars!!!!Service: Car towing

Outstanding service all around! Visiting the area and needed a tow and a new tire. They were listed by USAA, which is a high bar to start with. The customer service on the phone was impeccable and the efficiency of the repair was over the top. The tow truck driver was very helpful and extremely professional (didn t get his name, but ex-Marine), which I appreciated and has not always been the case with other tow companies I have interacted with. Wish they had a location in the Chicago suburbs.Services: Tires, Car towing

A few weeks ago I was involved in a horrible accident. Another car rear-ended me on 94 when I was driving to work. Spun me around into the guard rail I ended up in the ditch and hit two other cars. It was bad. The police, fire department and the ambulance showed up to help all of us. The ambulance took me to the hospital to get checked out I ended up getting a concussion from the accident. The police officer came to the hospital to talk to me, and she told me that Zielke Towing had my car. I called Zielke Towing the next day. I spoke to Cindy, Cindy explained everything to me for what I needed to get my stuff out of my car. I went to Zielkes that day to clean out my car. I have a lot of records and files in my car for work pretty much a rolling office. When I saw my car I was heartbroken this thing was destroyed I was so worried because it's been raining I figured everything was ruined in me car. It was covered with a tarp and everything was dry. After a little bit of time The owner of Zielke towing stopped by to check on his driver. He looked at everything I had in my car, he said how can I help you I didn't know what to say he had a couple ideas. He offered to take my wrecked car to my house so I could clean it out. That sounded like the best idea. He told the driver to load the car up and haul it to my house then he instructed the driver to stay and help me till the car was cleaned out. 2 hours later my car was empty. He loaded my car back up on the tow truck, then he gets a broom and shovel out and starts sweeping up my driveway from all the mud grass and glass that fell off my car. The driver said the owner Jason would have a fit if I left a mess behind. Two weeks later the insurance company started giving me a run around. They never picked my car up they said they were having a hard time with the towing company that towed my car. Called Zielkes again talked to Casey this time she listened to me for a few minutes, she decided to get Jason but he was busy so she said she would have him call me. Jason called me back and he really didn't have any answers at that time. So he said he would look into it. 30 minutes later he called me back. The insurance company never called them. She he called my insurance agent next thing I know the insurance company is calling me and apologizing that they dropped the ball on my car. If you want to feel like you have a big brother that looks out for you call Zielke Towing. Jason is a real stand up guy and looks out for his customers

Johnny on the spot service!!We were in a pickle and from out of town. Try frantic!!We did not have to wait long and as soon as we arrived the owner was so WONDERFUL!!She was so funny and so nice to talk to BIG HUGS Very friendly, down to earth prices and the BEST service around!!If you live in the area you should put their number in your contacts!!Best people!! Garage guys are very nice as well Thank you!!!!

Tire was loosing pressure so replaced with a used tire but that one is loosing pressure as well. Stopped by to have them check it out after work and sat n the cold car over 50 minutes.

Had a tire fly off on I94 at 830 pm. Called Zielke Towing. They were there with the tow truck in 25 min. By 11am the next morning I was back on the road. Zielke found me a new rim, had new wheel studs pressed in, installed a new rotor, and tire swapped onto the rim. Total with the tow was 390. Serpentine belt issue driving back from work meetings in Chicago to Grand Rapids rendered my car undriveable. Entire experience with Zielke was top shelf. From dispatcher Lori calmly diagnosing my location and sending tow service to my tow driver "E" who was friendly, personably and engaging to the office manager Cindy who offered this weary traveler a muffin and access to cold bottled water. Jason (owner) and Joey (mechanic) along with KC (billing?) worked diligently to find the needed parts and stayed well beyond the normal quitting time to fix my car and get me back on the road. I still had an hour plus of drive time home, so I was completely stuck. Service was performed at a high level and for a fair price. All staff seemed like a family together and demonstrated both professionalism and integrity. I would recommend Zielke 100 times out of 100.Service: Car towing
