Honest prices and excellent service from personal technicians.They take the time to clarify what they are doing to your vehicle.I have been a customer for almost three years and will continue to have my tires serviced here.

Called to see about leak in tire . They said come on in not busy yet . Got right in and they fixed it within an hour . The price was unbelievably cheap and will return for other auto problems as needed . Culprit was nail in tire . Very friendly staff .

Answer your phone!! It's ridiculous how this service center does NOT answer the phone.You LOST out on a customer needing 4 tires.

I had a great experience there, yes it was busy. But I dropped my car off and went on my business and waited for there call. I had 4 new tires put on, they called me told me I still had some life on my tires. Instead of changing me just to make some money. Even though I still purchase new one's, it was winter time. Great prices, nice associates working at the desk. Didnt get a chance to speak with 5th guys working on my car to much. But seemed nice.

All I can say is this store is a mess. I go into the service department entrance hoping to get in and out quickly. It never seems to work that way. Someone needs to go to school to learn how to run a service department. Most of the employees in that department don't have a clue. The last time I was there I spoke to a lady who needed her wheels and tires swapped on her vehicle and at the time that I talked to her she had been there 5 hours and they only had one finished. These are wheels and tires that she brought from home not new ones to be installed. I call it pathetic.

Took me ten minutes just to find the entrance since it looks like their shipping dock, then I was turned away at the door without even asking what I wanted. Guess that's where the "Express" comes from!!! Might want to change your hours listed, Walmart.... or better yet, train your staff in customer service!!

They had me wait an hour before I was seen, after i was seen they told me i couldn't put the tires due to the time. Then I went the next day they set to go put the tires they go back to get the tires and they didn't have them

They were very helpful though im a woman they treated me very respecful not dismissave like i didn't know what i was talking about so thank you wal mart auto thumbs up from me

With a walk in service, a wait time should be expected, but it seems like every time I go in there's one person working and a multi-hour wait. They need more shop employees.
