At the time of me getting my tint on my vehicle, I was just a dumb 16-year-old boy who wanted my new car to have cool very dark tint. I came to this place to get it done, and I can happily say almost a year and a half later, the tint still holds up to perfection. I give this place five stars because of their service, their time they got it done in, and the quality of the tint work. Much props to the employees and the handlers on my vehicle, They did a great job.

This place has worked on my vehicles twice. Once for my Kia's remote start. And my Jeeps lights. I plan to return for more work on my Jeep. Both visits they were able to get me scheduled in a reasonable amount of time and are willing to work around my schedule with ease. They did magnificent work I have not had to go back to fix or repair any of the work they've done. All prices are average and what you should expect. Fair pay=excellent work.Thanks guys I appreciate it so much!

Nice Owners and staff. Very professional, great service and fair prices. I had a crazy electrical issue with my wiring harness. They diagnosed and replaced. I was back on the road with everything working good as new. Very happy

I've owned several trucks from Montana to Michigan and had different "professionals" apply spray in bed liner with results that never quite matched the pictures of their advertisements. But Starlight Customs not only gave me a great price, but exceeded my expectations on their application of my bed liner! Its amazing! I liked it so much I'm having them install other items on my 2021 Toyota Tundra because once you find a place like Starlight Customs, you can't help but stopping in to see all thats available for your truck.I highly recommend this shop for your Jeep or truck, and feel you won't be disappointed by their awesome customer service and top notch professionalism.

Tried to get an estimate for a truck cap and ran into nothing but issues. First didn t want to do it over phone then email didn t work then being chastised while on phone trying to get an estimate on how busy they are then as I told them I just need an estimate and told them they were being extremely difficult then was told maybe if this is how I was gonna be maybe get it somewhere else. Wow guess you guys are that great you can tell a customer to go somewhere else. Good for you guys that you re that great you don t need a customer, I ll give my business to someone else that desires it not being bothered by it. WowAnswer to your comment below.So either make it a policy to quote over phone or not. Going ahead and in the process of giving me the quote all you did was give me lip to the point I had enough and hung up. You should never tell a customer to go somewhere else unless he is being belligerent or insulting. That s why I left this review. That s a shame you said that but don t sugar coat what you said completely unprovoked. Being busy is great and that rule of in person is fine but how you handled it wasn t.

I had purchased a red/white lightbar and two red/white grill lights for my 2019 ford f150 from these guys and they had it installed faster than I had ever expected.... no wires showing, all hidden and hardwired for me. Excellent work, and take pride in what they do. Would highly recommend! Thank you guys again fir the awesome job! Will return for more customization!

I was satisfied with the in stallmenr of the ball and hitch , however when I got the car back the left rear side panel was not flush with the car bodyI took it back to the shop. The tech said he'd fix it, but then he told me that my car being that old the plastic clips were broken and he could not fix it.Still disappointed every time I see my car

Starlite Customs! The after market dvd system in our car has been non functioning for over a year because I hadn't been able to find anyone willing to service it or replace it. I walked in with no appointment (fully expecting to need to make one). They walked out to my vehicle, checked it out, saw it was an easy fix, and within 15 minutes had it repaired better than it was before! A problem that I thought was going to be large, daunting, and expensive was easy-peasy for them. So thankful for their expertise and awesome customer service!

Justin's professionalism was evident immediately and he helped me greatly while being super friendly. Adam was very knowledgeable as well. I had a remote start installed and the job went exactly as was explained to me. Justin took the time to make certain I completely understood the new remote and answer all questions thoroughly. He also assisted me on a few other issues I had. This is a great shop!

Starlite was amazing. From helping me locate proper parts for my vehicle to getting them installed. They installed a cold air intake, cat back exhaust and a throttle controller into my car. The service was awesome. Really appreciate their help, would highly recommend their expertise. Adam was extremely helpful.

Was recently working at the Cook Plant and had to head back home to WV in a short notice. Adam helped me get some replacement nerf bars and booked out for 3 weeks and took the time to remove the old bars for warranty and gave me the new replacementsso I could install them myself when I got home. Thanks for helping me out.

Great customer service!!! They have a lot of accessories to choose from. I got a remote start for my car. Last year I got the Weather tech floor mats and now looking at seat covers.

I have used Starlite Customs for many years, with several vehicles. -- Bed covers, running boards, etc. However, it was my most recent experience with both of the owners which has made me a life long customer.They installed a wireless charging pad for me that I purchased on Amazon. A few months later, a fuse blew. They spent several hours, free of charge, trouble shooting (which fuse, where, who carries the fuse) and replacing the fuse and adjusting the wiring. THEN they noticed my tail light was blown, and decided to replace that free of charge as well. Because they were unsure if it was related to their efforts with the fuse. -- I don't think it was, and was willing to pay for the light. But they insisted on covering it.You don't find integrity and customer service like that anymore. I highly recommend them to everyone, and will be a life long customer.

Starlight installed a remote start on my car several years ago. When it stopped working, I took it to them yesterday and they reprogrammed the system. This morning my car was totally dead and key became stuck in aux position, I couldn't get it out of the ignition after trying all obvious reasons. I called starlight, unsure if it was related. They thought maybe, but instead of me towing my car to them, they came to my house! Who makes house calls in today's world? Grant and a another tech removed the remote start, quickly determined the problem was loose connections in a relay box that sits on top of battery. Grant tightened it down and car is running. In a week, they will re-install the remote start at no charge, lifetime warranty on it and no charge for today. Best customer service hands down!! 5 stars to Grant and the entire Starlight Customs team!

Starlite Customs is a reliable retailer/installer of aftermarket auto accessories and parts. They are my go-to spot when I need a new vehicle tinted. The turn around time on the tint jobs is usually just a couple hours later, so they do a good job scheduling apptms w/ customers. Their showroom is modern, clean, and appropriately laid out with products you can actually see and touch. They guys are helpful with any questions y'all may have.

Liars try to get over on women my alarm needed to be reset I was told they didn t do the work on my car when I called and refuse to fix the problem kept my car for hours never to fix what I brought my car in for. One of the managers or who ever this guy was told me they will take out the old alarm and replace it with a new one.I explained how the problem started was from one of the throbs batteries needed to be replaced from there this problem started. They came up with some type of story that the distance the car would be from the remote that s why the car couldn t be started So not true just wanted me to spend more money that s when all the lies started they never put the remote starter on my car and then bring the car in we take a look at it and never did any work on the car. All because I m a women and they told me it was not repairable. Please do your research and take a male with you when you have any repairs done here seriously.

Had an 8 am appointment, I took 30 min PTO from work with an 8am work start time for me, and a 12 minute drive back to work.I arrived at 7:50am. Worker or owner arrived at 8:08am, went into shop to do whatever, at 8:13am shop was still not open! I had to get back to work so i was forced to leave or be late.I had questions and if the shop opened at 8am like they were supposed to I could have had my questions answered well within 15 min with ample time to get back to work.Instead the irresponsible person at the shop blamed ME for leaving and said it WAS MY FAULT!He is the irresponsible person who couldn't get to work on time not me! If he was a responsible business owner he would have OPENED ON TIME and blame it on me for breaking the appointment! I am responsible and had to meet my responsibilities.I'm sure not going to let an irresponsible child who blames the customer for him not being on time for work, work on my 2018 50+ K F150 if he can't even open his shop on time!

Lots of cool accessories for your car or truck. If they don't have what you're looking for the guy will order it for you. A lot of dealerships use them for a variety of installations. Cut the middle man out and go there yourself.
