Great car wash, friendly staff. Vacuums don t always work so hope you pick a good one! 4/5 times the soap in the wash leaves some residue on my windows but a bit of a polish with a microfiber cloth will take that off. Overall, would recommend this business.

Absolutely love there dog wash. Makes washing my husky so much easier. Nice clean facilities. Cheaper than a groomer for sure.

I have always experienced great service and friendly staff here (Benton Harbor location), both for our personal vehicles and with the "fleet car" I drive for work.Today the staff were training a new employee and seemed very patient with him, explained everything to me and new employee as they worked together.Took an extra 20+ minutes longer than normal today, but:1. They were training someone brand new,2. my work car is not an American brand and3. my air filter was FILTHY so that needed to be changed also.Have been coming here for almost 20 years and have yet to find any reason to be disappointed or dissatisfied.

I absolutely love the new Vacuum cleaner stalls and there are a lot of them and they work really good thank you for upgrading I've been going to sparkle for over 60 years it seems. And I still love it!

We were here today at about 1:00 in a 2008 Explorer. My son and I are car camping around the country and we have never had such a professional group (Paul, Johnathan, James, Byrd and the rest of the crew). We even got a free wash with the change.

Decent car wash, car wouldn't clear the rail (too short) so they sent me to the touchless wash. Prices ranged from $10 to $15+Stopped in for an oil change, took a little bit but they got me in and gave a free (I think) carwash

Great group of people here. Always so quick and kind. Was helped by a young man today that was so helpful, kindly explained things and made sure that I knew I could come back to top off oil or have window washing fluid added. Wonderful customer care. Get a free car wash with an oil change. With a car wash, you can check tire pressure and vacuum your car too.

Went in right before close , Courtney , Quin and Tj helped me out. I received great customer service from the time I got in till I left . When my oil change was done the noticed my headlight was out and offered to change it. I was able to get two things accomplished in no time . Thank y all so much keep up the good work!!

I will never go anywhere else for oil changes! Always quick and easy to get in and out. Employees are nice and in good moods. Last week when getting my oil changed and windshield wiper replaced, they forgot to put the new wiper blade on but charged me for it. So I went back today and they were understanding and willing to install it for me them, as well as giving me TWO new blades instead of just the one.Service: Oil change

This is not because for the oil change part. Those guys are great.But for the car wash part, they need to look at the women in the office. My mom want in to use the free car wash on the last day but they closed the car wash. So she asked if they could give her another pass to use. The worker said no, not my problem you had 6 days to use it . Like it was my mom fault. Not theirs for closing the car wash. Unfortunately my family will not go back there that is about 20 of us.Service: Oil change

I went there once many years ago and remember how good it was.This time was no different. When I drove in and just slowed down as if I wasn't going to the car wash behind the building, they assumed I was coming in for an oil change and opened the door and three guys were waiting to direct me in. They immediately checked out fluids, put air in the tires and even in my trailer and very quickly changed the oil. Of course, I never got out of the car. AND got a free car wash!

Went to the BH facility this time instead of St. Joe. Got my oil changed. Shirt on the guy said he was the manager. He went thru the whole process, oil change, check filter, wheels, lights, including tail lights. Never once did he say there was an issue. Went thru the soft cloth car wash and when I got home, I saw that my tail light was busted. Called and of course they "checked into it" and it didn't happen there. Well then if it was broken before, why didn't the service manager say that when he checked my lights? Scratches on my windshield that weren't there before either. of course, they are going to "look into that" as well. Poor service, didn't do what they were supposed to do (according to Jordan). Won't go back there again. Won't use St. Joe anymore either if this is the service they provide.Services: Car waxing, Oil change

These guys are the absolute best I highly recommend going to them always they saved my oil change when another buisness rigged my filter and cap to fit they did what they could and got the job done correctly great customer service and great knowledge on cars !!! I appreciate coming here. I haven't had my car serviced outside of the dealership since purchase. I love that the people here are through and friendly. I don't feel scammed to purchase anything that's unnecessary. Now my car has its oil change here, I'll be back for consistency. Oh the young man set up my oil change alert. I had this brand new car since 2019, and the people at the dealership never even done that!

Found this place by accident a couple years ago, and haven't been anyplace else since. Prices are very competitive, service is excellent, and professionalism is definitely top notch.The icing on the cake is I don't have to get out my car. They work on it from the outside, and from the pit below.Plus, I love the fact that I can go right next door and get my car washed (which came with the service, and is still Sparkle). When I leave, my car is clean and serviced. How cool is that.

Have been going to Sparkle services for years. Car wash does a great job and the Oil Change garage is damn quick! They talk you thru the oil change step by step. Good people!!

They were closed, and before I pulled off Brandon, Ethan Brad, and Rane went out of their way to assist me. I really needed my light repaired, and they also topped off my fluids and I didn t ask for it. They all provided EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERICE! I appreciate them.

They desperately need another touch free wash! It s either always broken or u have to wait in line for 20-45mins to wash your vehicle. Or how about being in line and the person in front of u is getting a car wash and all of the sudden the the computer and scanner shuts off at 9pm when it says 24hour wash but car wash is still running for guy in front of u. Please add another touch free wash or put scanners in the manuals and let us monthly subscription holders use the manual on our subscription as well really inconvenient when u have 2 unlimited packages for two different trucks and have to pay for a car wash somewhere else.

Excellent! Malcom and Byrd were good to work with in getting the oil changed. The two gentlemen running the car wash were just as helpful. Will return for my next service.

This was my first time visiting this location since the upgrades they have made and it is absolutely AMAZING! There was an older gentleman that I wish I would have caught his name, because he went above and beyond to help show me all the cool special vacuum attachments and floor mat cleaners.This is definitely going to be my weekly car cleaning go to spot, and I want to say thanks again to that gentleman that helped me on my lunch hour!!

The crew at both the BH and the St. Joe locations are courteous, professional, and they do a great job. The prices are good. The wait is normally less than 15 minutes even on Saturdays. Personally, I love the convenience.

I got a full service oil change & the cabin air filter replace. They also suggested, in the near future, that I may want to get a transmission flush for my car. They really care for the customer. They were very efficient & worked as a team to get me out of there asap & still did a great job.

Mad props to the whole crew!! Pulled in asked how long for an oil change dude said ten minutes. I was like bet. At the end he said sorry I lied I was like what????? He said it only took five lol!!!!
