I would not recommend this dealership to anyone I know. While spending half my Friday in there to look at one vehicle. Mind you being the ONLY person there the sales MANAGER (Steve) degraded my current vehicle and told me I wasted his time and wouldn t even stand up to shake my hand when I politely declined to buy the vehicle. Very rude from the start. Went else where and purchased a better vehicle for a much better price!

Another great visit at Signature Hyundai. While in for service, Tage in the parts department took time to go over accessory options for my vehicle. He was knowledgeable, professional, and was able to answer all my questions. Great staff at Signature!

I've been to this lot twice. Inventory is low, which given the economy I don't hold that against them.What was disappointing though is that nobody came out to greet us. Now I don't like a pushy or hovering salesman but when I'm spending quite a bit of time checking out one specific vehicle then that may be a hint that I'm interested in knowing a little more about it. I even drove around the lot and went back to that same vehicle. Oh well, I'll wait and go to a bigger city this weekend.

Every time I ask for parts for my 1st gen tacoma, I get scoffed at. "Because no one drives those anymore." Before they even look the part up. This has happened on multiple occasions. I'll be going to southbend for now on. Because they actually respect ALL their customers. Not just ones who buy brand new, off the lot.

Great service again this visit. Got in and out for a oil change quickly. I need tires in the spring and while I waited Lance in the parts department helped go over tire options for my car.

Great dealership and the best pricing! Mike was very helpful throughout the entire purchasing process and Tony took care of winterizing our entire vehicle fleet and made them look like a million bucks! We visited several Toyota dealers and this was by far the best!

After being in an accident and having our car totaled, we began a search to replace our 2017 Hyundai Tucson. We were dealing with 5 different Hyundai dealers at the same time, and only felt comfortable with T J at Signature Hyundai.He understood our situation being apprehensive to do any driving. TJ and the dealership went above and beyond by arranging to shuttle us there, so only one of us had to drive the new vehicle home. Signature not only had the exact 2024 Tucson we wanted, but also provided the best price compared to the other dealers. The experience we received from T J and Signature was 5 Star! We totally recommend T J and the Signature Auto Group!

Great experience buying a car. None of the expensive addons other dealers are trying to force you to buy. The price they advertised was the price of the car. People were good to work with and no high pressure tactics. About a 100 mile drive for us but worth it.

I sat in the waiting room for about 2 hours this morning. I went to check on the progress only to find out, that they haven t even started looking @ my vehicle. Extremely poor communication, I can t believe no one could tell me they couldn t look @ it for a couple of hours. Should be something they should know shortly after you check in. I m extremely disappointed & not sure I ll be back.

Will never go there again. I will drive to Detroit before I will go there. And won't recommend any of my family and friends not to go there. Pay someone off the streets.

I have been buying cars from Signature Toyota for 30 plus years. It s a great dealership that just keeps getting better. Jordan in sales just guided me through the purchase of a Hyundai Tucson Hybrid. I went in not certain of what I wanted; but Jordan s professional, pleasant and no-nonsense approach helped me to focus and I came away with a great outcome. Thank you, Jordan!Also, a shoutout to Jen and Ron in the service department: they always go the extra mile and know how to take care their customers. I had service on my Toyota Avalon today and I am a very very happy customer. Everyone goes above and beyond to make sure your customer experience is a pleasant one. They are professional, attentive, and caring. The quality of service is outstanding. I would like to give special recognition to Mr. Crowder, THANK YOU! You ROCK! My car was bought at this dealership, so I get a discount when I need my oil changed. But with that being said, an oil change should not take 2-3 hours to complete especially when there are only a few costumers waiting. I would rather go to a Jiffy Lube or Take Five than waste my day away on a service that should take 30 minutes. I would not recommend going here for any mechanical services!

I have rarely received such wonderful service at a dealership. Exceptional. I went from having a car that could not drive to having an appointment for repair and a new loaner vehicle within a week. The people at Signature Toyota took great care of me. Thank you so much! I highly recommend this dealership.

I ve purchased two Toyota s from Signature Toyota. My Tacoma last year and a Hylander for my wife this year. Vic (Tacoma) and Jordan (Hylander) were very knowledgeable about the vehicles. I had a great experience with both.I ve used the service department for oil changes and a manufacturer recall. The experiences have been pleasant to date. The courtesy drivers are great when I need to go back to work while the vehicles are being serviced.I ve had a pleasant experience with Signature Toyota to date. I would hope to continue doing business with them in the future.

We bought a car from them, sight unseen. Drove the hour and a half after work to go pick it up. They were beyond awesome! Kind, friendly and helpful. After we left we found a problem with the car. My hubby reached out to them and we had the problem fixed right here in our area and they covered the cost. Highly recommend this dealership! Me and my fiance went there to get a new vehicle. We really liked a camry se they had. A dealer was walking towards us and waved, we thought that was a good sign, but unfortunately that was the only positive thing that happened during our time there.The dealer who's name was Jordan seemed more interested in playing with his long hair than selling us a car. Not very friendly. We decided to put that to the side. And try and make it work. He went to bring up the camry se for us to drive. It wouldn't start, so he pulled up a camry xse. That had hardly any gas in it. So we drove to the gas station and back.Most dealers will make chit chat, or talk about the car or show you things on the inside of the car during the test drive, unfortunately this guy did none of that and only told us what direction to turn. It was very akward. It felt like we were back in driving school again.When we got back and went to his office, he looked the car up on his computer and the car was 5k more than what he told us earlier. We said that was to high. Most dealers would get up and go talk to the finance department , work something out and gather the info on our trade in. We had a very nice 2015 camry we were trading in. He didn't bother checking on that. Instead of getting up and working with his team , I believe he took the lazy way out by trying to sell us a corolla le. We said we don't want that, he said ok, we said ok and that was it. We didn't know it ended there. we could tell in the very beginning this guy lack the ability to be a car dealer. So we wasn't surprised that's how it ended. We left went to levalley and got a new vehicle. Highly recommend Levalley.

Purchased a new RAV4 through Signature Toyota and working with them was straightforward with no issues. Pricing was fair and had no surprises unlike the Toyota dealers in the Metro Detroit area that I had contacted that included forced items such as Perma Plate. Would do business with them again!

Jen Gruber and the Service Team are awesome! Driving my 2011 Hyundai Elantra from my home State of Wisconsin to Cadillac I broke a strut in South Haven hitting a giant pothole. I contacted Signature Dealer Group in Benton Harbor and talked with Jen. She calmed me down, gave me a number for a tow truck, and even set up a rental car through the dealership for me. She kept me well informed of the prognosis on my car and the Team had it fixed in one business day! Everyone I met was courteous and professional, and I highly recommend this Dealership and Service Dept. for your Toyota or Hyundai.

I had a negative experience with service advisor Ron concerning a tune up on my 01 Avalon. Fortunately PHIL took over and made my day!! I give all praises to Phil! Phil went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of. He was courteous and professional and really cared about me as a customer. His customer service was outstanding. Phil, I just want to say THANK YOU and you ROCK!

I am extremely happy with my new purchase. I have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime and have dealt with many salesman as well. Carl Harris, without a doubt has been the BEST one I have ever worked with on purchasing a vehicle. I can t say enough about him. It s as if we had known each other for a long time. Must give Theresa a ton of credit as well. Best finance person ever. Very professional and extremely personable. Thanks a ton
