Wow. If I could rate this place a zero I would. For one what car business doesn t have cameras?! That s beyond ridiculous. My family members car was broken into IN THEIR LOT while it was there being fixed and now we can t do anything cause they don t have cameras. Oh here s the best part they left broken glass in the car, didn t even clean it. The person who rides in that car is handicap. He could ve seriously gotten hurt because you people are lazy. Do not recommend this careless, money hungry business. Photos are from the glass that was left in the car.

I cannot express adequately how wonderful Bill Crowder, GM at Signature Hyundai, is to work with. We had a service issue that was very complicated and he dove in to help us resolve the problem and get our car back on the road! We purchased this vehicle back in 2019 and haven't had any reason to deal with Signature again until this issue popped up. They could have very easily brushed us off with a "your problem, not ours" attitude, but the opposite happened and we are on our way to getting this problem resolved. Thank you Bill! You and your team are awesome!!

I bought a car here in Jan 2023 (the second one from them) and it was a good experience. The newer car needed service in Jun 2023, and the experience was good, as is the quality of the repairs. Looking forward to a long-term relationship with Signature.

I would definitely recommend this dealer! I recently purchased 2022 Hyundai Venue from Signature dealer. They are not like other dealers adding any extra cost like protection package or market adjustment. I worked with Marcus during the process. He is a super nice and honest sales consultant. He listened my concerns about the car arrival time because I needed the car immediately. And the car arrived between the timeline that he promised. They also provided a transportation service that was awesome! I was living 2 and half hour away from Signature dealer and they provided me that service that I was never expecting! This dealer definitely deserves 5 stars!

Our salesperson, Jordan Pender, was timely, listened to what WE wanted and answered all our questions. He was not pushy and didn t try to sell us something else . Everyone at the dealership was helpful and courteous. Definitely recommend.

My salesman Mike was the best! Great experience after the nightmare I had with Hyundai of Goshen. (Don't even waste your time there). Even if you have to drive a bit it is worth it to check out Signature Hyundai in Benton Harbor.

This is our third new car purchase from the Signature Group.Our representative, Carl Harris was an excellent representativeto deal with. He was very informative, made buying our new Santa Fe seamless, and the staff and building made us feel comfortable.

I would suggest new buyer to visit Signature dealer. Good inventory, knowledgeable sales person and offer great deal.Test drive to purchasing the vehicle was hassle free.Brian's (sale person) product knowledge is great. Patiently listened to my requirements, shortlisted the models and asked me to do the multiple test drive. We did lots of walking from his office to inventory, I guess he believed in showing the real model versus showing it online. I loved it.To be honest, whole staff is friendly and works with you.

About a month ago I took my Hyundai in to get some recall work done. Before taking it in ,my heating system had worked just fine. I left my car on a Wednesday and was told it'd be an overnight repair. Long story short, I didn't get my car back exactly a week later. I completely understand that life happens and things don't alway as planned. Now the heating system doesn't work, when it worked great before I took it in and left it there for a week. I had no real use for my heater until a couple days ago when the weather started to get colder. Now I'm being told its going to take about $500 to fix. When it was never an issue before until I took it in. Things just don't really add up to me.

Yeah, I wouldn't really recommend this place for service. We took my wife's Hyundai in for recall work about a month ago. They said they'd have it back to us the next day, but we ended up waiting about a week.We discovered the heater went out on the vehicle. It was working a day or two before we had it serviced, and we haven't needed to use the heat until a few days ago. No heat. My wife doesn't drive the car too much, just to work and back.Took in the Hyundai today. It'll be five hundred bucks to fix. Coincidental it goes out right after it's serviced, huh?Edit: I was able to restore heat to my wife's car with a $50 part, a few YouTube tutorials, and about a hour's worth of my time. Place is a ripoff.

If you make a service appointment, you had best call back the next day and confirm that with the service manager or manager of the store.I made an appointment for recall a week ago. Show up for my appointment, gosh, I don't have an appointment for you. Wasted afternoon of waiting for them to be done with lunch just to be told they forgot to add me into their system.

As always the service for our Hyundai has been above par. One of the most important thing is "good communication" and remember that "excellent service pays big rewards year after year for the customer and the dealership".Thanks... Please remember true honest service and communication is what most consumers request... a small price for repeat business. We drove up from NC to visit family for the holidays. Unfortunately, along the way, we hit something in the road that caused some damage. I called Signature Saturday morning and they got me in to assess the damage right away. Mark took care of us and got us back on the road for the rest of our visit. Some of the best customer service we have ever witnessed.

This was an unexpected service need. The night before my steering wheel started shaking and felt as if it might come apart. My tires also felt like they were shaking. I didn't know what was wrong, but knew it was a potentially dangerous situation that needed to be checked out immediately.I arrived first thing in the morning on the next day and told them I didn't have an appointment. At first, they said it would be next week before they could get me in, but the service rep spoke with the manager who said to leave the car and they would contact me later in the day when they had more information about what was wrong.They were able to fix it the same day, part of the repair was under warranty, so it all worked out. I drive extensively in rural areas, so a well-working car is very important to me. I am thankful for their understanding and response - Marian T.

I recommended that my parents go see TJ Meister at Signature as they car shopped, I knew from past experiences that he would treat them well and fairly. He always goes above and beyond for his clients. He did not fail in my expectations, and my parents were very pleased with their whole purchase experience.

During quarantine, I made a diagnosis appointment to determine whether or not my issue was covered under the warranty, and after inspection, the dealership service tech confirmed that it was. I was only going to get the issue repaired if it was in fact covered. So, I made the appointment for the repair and they ordered the part for my vehicle.I took my car in for the repair and during the repair, the technician called and told me that no, it wasn't going to be covered because there was an indentation suggesting that the cause of the issue was my fault. Since I wasn't there to confirm what indentations he was referring to, I gave him the go-ahead to continue to repair my car, because, at this point, I was going to have to pay for the labor regardless if it got fixed or not. I was EXTREMELY unhappy because, again, I wouldn't have gotten the repair if it wasn't covered under warranty.I was expecting the same day repair, but I never received a call saying that it was finished and I could come to pick it up. So, I waited until the next morning. I hadn't heard anything and so I called to ask what the status of my vehicle was, and I was told that it had been done. So, shouldn't someone have contacted me that it was finished? Not the other way around?I went and picked up my car and I checked the door to make sure it was done, and it was, but the indentations that they claimed were what caused the issue had been there since I purchased the vehicle at this specific dealership. No service tech ever came to explain anything to me. I paid my bill so I could leave, but I feel like I was completely lied to by this dealership in regard to my warranty coverage. The issue was the rear passenger door latch not working. What the dealership technician told me was that the seatbelt was caught in the door, and there were indentations showing that, and that was what caused the door latch to quit working. The seatbelt was not caught in the door, since I had a passenger use it while the door latch was broken, and those indentations were already on my vehicle when I purchased it. I am completely dissatisfied by this dealership's service department.

Buying a car at Signature is fun!! There is no stress. The staff are great. The facility and grounds are spotless. The selection of new cars is varied and ample. The last new car we purchased was a Hyundai at Signature in 2012. That experience brought us back to purchase a new Kona in December 2020. TJ, Randy and Eric are wonderful to work with. Thanks for getting us into a well equipped, fun car with heated seats and great gas mileage for a very fair price.

Had a wonderful experience - this is not my home dealership - but I work in the area - Hyundai towed my car here and they were able to look at my car, diagnosis and repair it same day and have me on my way home that evening. Friendly, and personal staff and we're very clear in what they could do for me. Will be back for sure if I ever need more service. Thanks Signature Hyundai.

I m from out of town.. coming through on vacation. Their staff was cavalier about our time on the phone, gave inaccurate estimates, and there was clearly poor internal communication at the company.I do not know if they are capable of fixing a vehicle. I only know that they put me in a rushed position, forced to ask for a refund to go elsewhere.When the going got tough, the service department did not go above nor beyond.

As always,I was treated as a friend! My new vehicle had already been updated in the system, and the General Manager was spraying the cars for prevention of Corona Virus spread. Great teamwork, and GREAT COOKIES!
