I thought I had a transmission problem. My mechanic sent me to Pro Transmission in BH. Brian had my vehicle checked out and found that the engine was misfiring and the issue was not the transmission. He did not charge me for checking out the vehicle. Thankfully he suggested I go back to mechanic (Rome s) who figured out it was a bad coil.Brian was professional and HONEST and saved me thousands. I recommend this business!

Our van needed a new transmission and this shop was exceptional in every aspect! The supply chain issues are not their fault. They communicated openly, maintained professionalism in the face of adversity due to shipping delays and didn t delay installing the parts when they did arrive. Probably one of the best shops we have ever dealt with. If you need transmission work, this is the shop to handle it hands down.

Brian and the whole team/ staff are amazing! It's rare that I go out of my way to give a great review but these guys deliver excellent service, compassion, and consideration for your situation. If I could give 10 stars I would. I've taken 3 vehicles to them so far and the experience was absolutely fantastic every single time!! I would definitely recommend Pro-Transmission to anyone with transmission issues.

I was 900 miles from home and got treated like a local .. big thanks to Brian for making it happen . Complete transmission rebuild in 3 1/2 days .. on my way back to Fla. A happy customer.

Brian was very pleasant to work with but the new transmission they installed for $5G spewed fluid all under the vehicle. Was a simple return it and we'll fix it response. We'll see what happens when I get it back. Not happy.

Incredible experience with ProTransmission. Their customer service is on point, they genuinely care about getting each person the best possible outcome, and it shows! While I hope we have no need for their services for a long while, lol, they are definitely now in my contacts for all things transmission.

They were very informative and insisted that I took care of the minor, inexpensive needs to my truck first. Being a woman trying to get affordable, quality work done to your vehicles at this day is so hard. Their customer service isn't just pleasant but HONEST!! My truck runs like new thanks to them!

Where to even begin!!! My Ford F150 woke up one morning with the Trans Fault light, the O/D off light on, and chugging as I drove down the block. I called several different places including both Ford dealerships in South Haven and Bridgman but the earliest anybody could fit me in was in 2 weeks; I didn't have that kind of time to be without a vehicle! After feeling like I was inconveniencing every place I called (due to the customer service I received), FINALLY, I called Matt's Auto Repair in Saint Joseph; while they do not do transmission work, Matt himself recommended Pro Transmission in Benton Harbor. I called and was greeted by friendly and professional, Brian, who was happy to take a look at my truck. He recommended Jeff's Towing (who were also fabulous) and had my truck towed within the hour. Pro Transmission was able to repair my truck within the next day and a half. I received some of the best customer service I've ever received; Brian was very realistic about the repair, never leading me on to believe it was a simple fix, because he doesn't want to make a customer think there isn't a big problem before they've really examined the situation. When I picked up my truck, I sat with Brian and he actually showed me the parts his technician replaced and why. I highly highly recommend Pro Transmission to everybody in the area; you will not be disappointed and will receive amazing customer service. Truck is running great 2 weeks later. THANK YOU!!!!!

If I ever need transmission work I will go to Pro Transmission. I will recommend them 100% of the time!! They are respectful, honest and informative. One of the best experiences I've had dealing with an automotive shop. Ron was easy to talk to and informative on the phone. I brought my vehicle in and they took the time to figure out what needed to be done, offered me options on how I could go about it and made sure I didn't pay for anything I didn't need. They could have easily just taken my money but they were honest and wouldn't. Gentlemen, you can feel safe sending your wives and daughters knowing they'll be treated fairly and honestly! Ladies you know what I'm talking about! They wear masks and practice health consciousness for Covid. If you're on the fence, don't be. Pro Transmission is your best choice! Period.

These guys are friendly, professional, did an excellent job as timely as they could and worked with us regarding our situation. Their shop can fit a motorhome, AND they warranteed their work. They are awesome and I totally recommend them!

Honest and Excellent service. Ron put my vehicle on a hoist with no appointment or notice - just pulled off the highway with an unsettling sound - and showed me personally where the sound was coming from. Rather than the transmission, it was a relatively cheap fix (drivetrain joint), but outside of his expertise. He recommended places to go, told me the exact time labor should take, and the accepted rate. Also showed me the website he used to order parts where I could compare prices and shops myself instead of trusting a stranger. He went well out of his way to ensure I got a fair and honest repair and didn't charge me a dollar.

Excellent service here! They did a great job finding and fixing the problem. They also noticed that my gas cap was missing and made sure to fix me up with one free of charge. Way to go above and beyond for the customer! I will recommend this place to anyone who needs help with their transmission!!

Had a 2011 Jeep Patriot towed in on a Friday morning.. the vehicle was inspected at no cost and held over the weekend indoors with no storage fees so we could decide what we wanted to do without rushing into a decision. Brian and his team are very friendly, very professional and it's easy to tell that they truly care about their customers. I would have given more stars if I could.

Great service. No messing around. I took a vehicle in for a new transmission. The warranty company took a few days and the shipping of the transmission took a few days after that. I still ha had my vehicle in back in 10 days with a better warranty than my warranty co. offered.

Brian and the guys tried everything to keep from replacing my transmission and save me some money. When those options were exhausted they quickly went into getting me a reman transmission and was able to have my truck ready 2 days sooner than quoted.Also, I talked to my neighbor, a co-worker, and even my personal mechanic and neither one of them has known a person to have a bad experience with Pro-Transmission. That's saying a lot about these guys!Hopefully I won't need them again, but if I do I wouldn't hesitate for a moment.

I have a Chrysler Sebring that I thought needed a Transmission Valve assembly since I had been replaced before and it was leaking again. So I called a number of repair shops and got estimates. One of the repair shops recommended Pro Transmission so I called them and received an estimate which was competitive several hundred dollars, I made an appointment and dropped off the car. When I returned the service manager told me it didn't need the Transmission Valve assembly and only needed a couple of hoses replaced and the bill was $85. WOW what a surprise. Now these people could have charged me several hundred dollars and I would have not known the difference. I was very impressed with their honesty and professionalism. I recently passed this story on to a friend that needs Transmission work and he will go there. Thank You Pro-Transmission
