Went to Midas and was quoted $1250 to get my exhaust redone from the cat back to the muffler. Came 3 buildings down to Pro Muffler & Brake shop and was quoted $600 which is half the price. They are amazing people and they get the job done right and in a timely manner! Go check em out if you re having any issues like me.

Very glad that I came to Pro Muffler to replace the back half of my 2010 Town&Country exhaust.The price was very reasonable and the crew completed the job quickly and expertly. Jaidan and the boss were very helpful and friendly. Can't say enough about how satisfied I am with the service.

SECOND REVIEW!Went in yesterday with axle things (I know and they know I don t know what they re called lmao) and o gosh. They are the best people I ve EVER met and dealt with at a mechanic shop. Seriously you guys, take your cars straight to them. They will NOT do you wrong or dirty. They are genuine and care and do the most amazing work!!!!! And fair prices!!!! I am so please with everything they ve done for me and my kids to keep us safe. I even cried! So thankful for them. Go to them. Over anyone else. Seriously!This was the absolute best service and customer service I have ever experienced! They were very quick and did the best work on my car I ve ever had! The owner is very attentive and sweet and the guy at the front is super nice and very informative! I HIGHLY recommend this place over ANY other place in this area.Service: Exhaust

I came in an hour before closing time with my exhaust pipe falling off. They examined my car, brought me out to ask me what I wanted done, and fixed the issue before closing. The owner was very kind and communicated with me during the entire process. I get very anxious when it comes to car stuff, I m still learning about them. I appreciate this business and I will think of them for any future repairs. Definitely recommend!

After getting a quote from another shop, I called Pro Muffler and Brake Shop and I am so happy I did! Not only did they get me in immediately but they fixed my exhaust in less than an hour. Did I mention their price was 10% of my other quote!? Don't wait and don't bother with any other places. These guys are hands-down the place to go! Thanks, Brian and crew!!!

Believe the positive reviews! These folks got me right in, without an appointment, and addressed the issue with my vehicle s exhaust. They resolved the issue so quickly that they refused payment! What business does that? They have earned my trust, respect, and business going forward. I would absolutely recommend them and will gladly and confidently refer others to them given the opportunity.

I was on my way home to Illinois for the holidays when my flex tube and exhaust pipe completely cracked and was dragging on the highway. I stopped in just to see if they could help me tie it up so I could get home and they immediately offered to completely fix it for me. They got it done in 20 minutes and gave me a very fair price. All of them were super nice and trusted people! Thank you!

Stopped in, no appointment, loud exhaust, inspection revealed quite a few items needed replacement. In less than 2 hours all work done professionally with very reasonable cost. Staff were courteous and explained/showed what needed to be done. Could not expect a better experience even though my wallet is a bit lighter. Will be back. BTW the owner is a cool dude

This place is fantastic! They re very reasonably priced and have excellent service. When I was there, one of the customers was told her job would take 4-5 hours and as the guys who run the place told her that he said if you don t have someone who can pick you up, I m happy to take you home until your car is ready. He took her home and then got donuts for all of us in the lobby. That s way above and beyond in my book.The only thing is they get busy as the day goes on, so either get there when they open or be willing to drop your car off. Totally worth the wait though!

I had a terrific experience here. Being someone who knows little about cars Sean was very knowledgeable and will to answer all my questions. Rich has years of experience and was quick and thorough. Rich even took time to so me the problem which I truly appreciated. I felt like I could trust everyone here and that means a great deal.

These guys are awesome. They went above and beyond to get a car on the road by the next morning I m locating the parts, hands-down one of the most honest car repair places I ve seen in a while, Craig, customer, focus, and the guys in the actual shop doing the work seem very happy, thank you pro muffler team for your work!

Great experience. Took my car in to see if they could get rust off my rotors. They removed all 4 rotors grinded them down to almost new. They did it for practicality nothing. I will be going back for future work.

Wonderful professional service with great prices. They absolutely refuse to sell you what you do not need! Integrity is evident there.Update:. Still 5-Stars! Went to them again this week and got the same efficient, professional, and honest service.This place is a little, non-descript shop where you will be treated as a person by the technicians and owner. They focus on creating relationships rather than just customers. Issues are explained in layman terms to help me understand the problems. The technician Rich was kind and honest to tell me what needed to be fixed immediately and what could wait. He pointed out the issues and told me what to look out for.The shop is clean and tidy. Yes, there were oil stains here and there but things were kept in an orderly manner.They also offered a discount to health care workers!! Thank you so much! It helps!I would certainly return to this place. Area for improvement? Just to nit-pick, the coffee pot in the lobby was out of coffee ... (Now watch, next time I go in, it will be full! )By the way, they are super busy on Mondays and Fridays. I would recommend Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays.

I was so delighted to find the store by accident. I was at a muffler store very close to it, and I was very upset at the greeting manager eating Chinese food while he checked me in for my appointment I was the only car there for service at that time, and they didn t really know what to fix with my mini Cooper.When I pulled in to pro muffler and brake. Brian who I found out was the owner. He was very nice, very attentive to my needs very professional and ran a very impressive store with knowledgeable mechanics. They gave me options to help lesser amount of replacing a full muffler.I was so impressed with how I was treated in the first place and the step-by-step explanation of everything they could do for my carI highly recommend this place for your muffler and brakes and oil changes. I will be back many times with my vehicles. I was so delighted with this accidental find.Thank you, Brian and staff for treating not just me, but all the customers with total respect and value. My husband and I were driving from Wisconsin and our brakes went out on freeway! Googled closest mechanic and we found this AMAZING place! Brian welcomed us and thankfully was able to get us in right away even though we are Packer fans..lol ha. Very professional and personable! Mechanics were were wonderful and prompt. If we lived here we would definitely be taking our business here! We cannot THANK YOU enough!

Brian at Pro Muffler was great to work with. He went above and beyond in helping me source hard to find parts for my 1996 Volvo 960. I needed some work done on my exhaust and just happened to drive by. I figured I would stop in and get a quote as I already had an appointment at another repair shop but hoped to get it repaired sooner rather than later. Long story short, they put my car up on the hoist and took a look at it. The owner gave me a very good price, the guys fixed my car and I was out the door, all within less than an hour. I would highly recommend them and wish I had known about them sooner. I will definitely go back as I need some more work done on my car. Very friendly, top notch service and great work.

Great people doing great work at great prices. My brakes started grinding. I asked for an online estimate, and they got back to me right away and fit me in quickly. They got the work done while I was waiting, and showed me what needed doing, and why. Money is very tight right now, and they were wonderful about working with me. Been to this shop a few times over the last few years. They are able to accurately diagnose, quote, and execute in an extremely timely fashion. My car is low to the ground and is 30+ years old so its quite common for something to break on it. Each time I've been in for exhaust issues, they've turned it around within a few hours, the fastest job being a walk-in I brought during my lunch break. They had it ready a few hours later.Their prices are great and the work they do is excellent. I highly recommend them.Service: Exhaust

I didn t know what was wrong with my car so I went there for diagnostic! They found out what was wrong and got it fixed! Now my car never ran this good! Totally worth it
