Very good customer service. Was omw to work when one of my headlights went out, I stopped in and asked if someone had time to install it and they said no problem and he replaced both. Thanks again.

went in with a broken taillight in my very old and decrepit car and Ron was the nicest and most helpful person - he fixed my taillight in a second and was so kind and friendly. definitely going here the next time I need any car supplies!

Walked in looking for Tail light bulbs, the Young man behind the counter looked them up, walked into the aisle and came back to the check out Counter with Exactly what we needed. He was Very Polite and knowledgeable. Thank you, we will return any time we need Auto products.

This crew has helped me out in all my maintenance on the two vehicles I own. You will not wait very long if at all to be acknowledged with a welcome and a helping hand to find what you need. The knowledge they provide is accurate and they are not afraid to admit if they dont know while directing you to where you can find the information you seek.

Found no nonsense and directness when ordering rear parking brake cables for early limited production 1997 F-150. Received correct cables in store and in one day. It became necessary that I compared the new cables with the one being replaced. This was after online ordering of incorrect, by length order, from two different companies.

I called and specifically asked for a MICRO add a circuit fuse tap, after being placed on hold and not gotten back to, twice, for over 5 minutes each time, the third time I called, JAMIE SPECIFICALLY SAID they had them in stock, I made sure to ask again that it was the MICRO size, she said yes. I asked her to hold it behind the counter for me. Came in to get it, Jamie hadn't pulled the item for me, and then proceeded to get me the wrong item... as it turned out, this location did not have it, which leads me to think that Jamie specifically lied to me, in turn wasting half an hour of my valuable time, driving out of my way from COLOMA to get the item I was SPECIFICALLY TOLD WAS BEING HELD FOR ME. Waste of time coming here, they probably won't have what you need but they'll still tell you they do. Stick with AutoZone across the street.

They are so helpful here and the people know exactly what to do for every situation that arises with any vehicle. They always have the right parts in stock.

Customer service beyond what I expected!. I had problems with my truck at the end of my work day (5:15 p.m.) and after getting no help from 3 different auto repair shops I called this O'Reilly location and they came to me (Approx. 5 mi) and used there engine code reader to help me find the problem and would not let me pay for this outstanding service. I'll do business there when ever I can.

The help is semi knowledgeable on most things but there r some new people still getting the hang of things and not real familiar with the terminology for a Auto parts store but they do have people that speak Spanish and English to help the tourists or the migrant workers that help with the crops up here and thier cheaper than autozone who claims to be the cheapest and they have almost anything u need In stock and if not they can normally order it In without u having to pay for it till it arrives and u know it's the right part u needed!!!

I like and trust this store cause it beats AutoZone by better quality and professional helping stuff.always find my parts and accessories here and they last longer so if i could give them 10 stars i would. Oh the girl work there she fixes all problems her self by working on her vehicle's so guys if you have questions how and what part you need.......ask her Thanks

most of the staff knows their job, some stragglers but worst part for me is consistently getting put on hold and leaving me there til i hang up EVERYDAY! I usually walk in... best way to handle this store.

Reliable auto parts at competitive pricing to other stores. Service is friendly, knowledgeable and quick. The only downside, Oreilly's does not have an app for online ordering or paying and they do not offer an " economy Oreilly's" brand for several items like windshield wipers.

Horrible customer service. The guy lied to me right to my face. We opened the brake parts and there was no hardware. He took it in the back and said it was there now. Open the box and nothing. Ask for the manager and he's to busy to come up to the counter. Hopefully that new Advance auto is open soon!

I don't know if I like this location or Niles, Ave in St. Joe better. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, always seem to have what I need, even when I didn't know that's exactly what I needed!!

Workers have been helpful every time I've been in the store, but are impossible to talk to on the phone from my experience. Usually get left on hold till I have to hang up.

Amazing people work here truly "essential" had an issue figuring out the right part I needed Randy let me and the wife park our motorhome over night until the part came the next day above and beyond customer service when we are back in Michigan I will be stopping here just to say hello thanks O'Riellys

Horrible customer service and their employee Ryan gillispy was rude with me on the phone and when I visited the store. They have lost my service. The had me on hold for 30min. This place is a joke. Will never waste my time going here again.

I BUY A HEADLIGHT FOR GMC ENVOY AN ITS THE HIGH BEAM. I ASKED FOR THE LOW BEAM. THE NEXT DAY I GO BK AND THEY EXCHANGE THE BULB AND I CHANGE IT IN PARKING LOT. IT STILL DONT WORK SO A GUY COMES OUT AND TRIES EVEN ANOTHER BULB STILL NOTHING.I DROP MY TRUCK OFF TO DEALERSHIP GET IT BK THEY CHANGED LOWBEAM HEADLIGHT AND NOW IT WORKS. I WENT BK TO ORIELYS BENTON HARBOR STORE AND THEY BRING MY ACCOUNT UP AND ASK FOR THE RECIEPT. I DONT KEEP TRACK OF RECIEPTS AND SINCE I BOUGHT IT 2 DAYS PRIOR SEEMS 11 DOLLERS IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN MY BUSINESS.
