After getting secession faulty parts from another parts franchise in the "zone". I have napa a try. I was really surprised by the service , price and quality. They remember me by name when I walk in and take really good care of me. This is my go to spot when I need something.

This Napa is my go-to store. Yes, you pay a little more than autozone or O'Reilly, but the quality of the parts is better. I haven't had one napa part fail on me thus far. It's worth paying a little extra money for quality. Plus, the customer service is excellent. The associates are always willing to help you find what you need.

I like going here! Friendly knowledgeable staff and quality products. The $10 Wiper blades i purchased here are now 2 years old and still working like new $40 blades there batteries are awesome too. You can't go wrong buying from this place. Thanks NAPA !

Getting it right gets more attention here than the explaining the other stores do about easy retuns. I don't want to return to any store to get the right part. I now come in with a list. Even with two items. I usually add to the list over several days as project ideas start to form. I am 4 months out out on a shrouded fan bow fishing boat and two item lists are common and getting more frequent. Be respectful of the counter staffs time and you will see the quality customer service difference.

I would like to thank Vera and the crew at this store for a very awesome experience. I drive for a living and the crew here went above and beyond to get me parts and back on the road. I am so very impressed and appreciative of each of this stores staff. Everyone here worked as a team to get me rolling. I can not say enough about how great a job they have done. They called everywhere to get me brake pads they couldn't get me at there store.

Shauna was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She helped me get everything on my list. Excellent selection and inventory at this store. Storefront is easy to see from the road with ample free parking.

The employees at this store are very knowledgeable and eager to help. Fast service even if you have to order parts. If you order what you need early in the morning most times you can have it by midday. When I need Auto Parts this is where I get them.

Bought a part and it was wrong. The part was never installed obviously and they will not return it. Giving me a run around. Add this nom profficional behavior to the outrageous cost of parts of Napa and you get me never using them again
