I called 75 minutes before closing on a Saturday and was informed it would be no problem to go there for an oil change. Both gentlemen there were polite, and didn't make me feel like a clueless female when I told them I just wanted an oil change, no other services, since I had just gotten my brakes replaced. The store was clean and didn't have that car repair smell. My car was serviced right away, and my coupon was honored. I will go there again 100%.

Fastest oil change ever!!! It s like a pit stop! A man named Trent helped me out, was very kind, gave me a heads up on future maintenance, and gave me the military discount. Overall they did amazing and were very friendly. 10/10 recommend.

Great service, I will be using Midas for my trucks needs. Pricing extremely awesome. Senior discount on my oil change. My last one on my car was $80. I couldn't believe the cost. Midas only charged me $35. JOB ON MY SUV.Go online get your Senior Discount coupon.

Regis and the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. The oil change offer was also very budget friendly with no compromise on quality or professional service. They may be a national chain but the people who work here are local and that makes a difference to our community.

Wonderful! Thought I should get my tires rotated since I bought the 2002 car 2 yrs. ago. When the man checked my tires with the tire tool ,he said no reason to spend $18.95 because all 4 tires have the same amount of tread. Thanks!!

We were in Benton Harbor, Michigan to celebrate the wedding of two close friends and found ourselves stranded with a car that wouldn t start. Brandon and team were able to get us in the shop quickly. The service team was fast and efficient. They identified the issue, ran additional diagnostic to help insure we wouldn t get stranded again, and got us back on the road.No fuss. No frills. No extra sales pitch. Just what we needed.Couldn t have asked for a better experience given the circumstance.

Manager is very personable & professional. My service was performed in a timely manner. (A little too quick as I had more online shopping to complete ) I forgot my receipt the Manager called to inform me. I also enjoyed the newly renovated customer waiting area (coffee, variety creamers, sugar & magazines) This was my 2nd visit (previous vehicle 2010 Jeep Laredo) & now my new 2019 Jeep Latitude.. I will continue to patronage this location!!

Customer service here was great! They were able to look at our truck as soon as it got there! Unfortunately they were unable to fix it but no fault of their own. We also weren t charged for the diagnostic at all which was unexpected but very kind of them! Get service! I received and oil change with a tire rotation. They even gave me a free coffee cup and showed me were the coffee was. I'll definitely will be back!

I'm highly disappointed with this company and plan on taking them to small claim court. They diagnosed my car and failed to repair it. I will never in life go back there. I went to get my car repaired because my car was not heating, cooling, and defrost wasn't working. The tech stated it was the blower and resistor. They repaired it but car would stop blowing within 1hr. I returned car 2x because of this issue and the basically told me to take it to dealer and I can't get my money back because they fixed the issue. I paid too much money to be treated this way and I honestly would NEVER go back or recommend.

We were in a very sticky situation and needed to get our car in quick. Midas got us in immediately and got our car all fixed up in only a few hours. I went in to get my front lower ball joints changed and an alignment. They tried charging me $775 for something that could've been done for around $400 dollars including labor costs. I don't know if they thought I was stupid or what. The dude was just sitting on his phone when we walked in acting like we were an inconvenience to him. He was very rude and they showed not an ounce of customer service. When I told him "No this is priced too high I'll go somewhere else" he crumbled up the paper and said "whatever" before we left. Some people shouldn't be placed at the front counter as they have no sale skills, people skills, or they're just down right horrible at customer service. Stick to Belle Tire if you don't feel like doing something yourself they're reliable and don't try to overprice everything known to man.

Our new 23 car (!) broke down on the hottest day of the year. We got towed to this Midas in Benton Harbor and entering the A/C lobby after being on the side of the road in the blistering heat for more than an hour was no less than heavenly. The Midas techs could not get a scan on the electronics of our car (thanks, all electronic new cars) and the folks at this Midas could not have been nicer to us. The manager, Mike from the Mishawaka branch, did not charge us and let us sit in their A/C until we were able to get another tow to the Volvo dealership in Kalamazoo. If I could rate them with less I definitely would. We sent our daughter here after her rear brake started squealing. She was told that all brakes needed replaced and quoted her $1,100!!!! She took it elsewhere and paid $149 - all she needed was brake pads! Way to try to take advantage of a young lady trying to make it on her own.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

New shocks struts transmission cooling lines alignment and tans flush all under 4k dropped off at 730am was done by noon great team of professionals would definitely recommend to others! Revised this review due to them pushing me to somewhere else to address the transmission leaking I guess if your pan is leaking they will not touch it.Services: Transmission, Transmission replacement, Transmission repair
