I had to blowout on the road on my RV. They fortunately had the tires in stock and was back on the road fairly quickly. The service team there was great. They double checked everything. I strongly suggest you visit them for all your car care needs. Great job! Thanks again guys five stars

was recommended to M&W from Belle tire because they couldn t balance my tire due to the size of my tire being too big for their machine. Walked in and asked for a new tire valve and for the tire itself to get balanced. They had me out of there in LESS than an hour with no appointment! They even cleaned the outside of all my tires and had them looking pretty. 5/5 s from me!

This place has given me confidence knowing I have somewhere to go when I have ANY questions. The peace of mind that have provided by taking care of my car and doing so at a very affordable rate.My experience was very simple. My tires were perpetually leaking air and I knew I needed to get new ones at some point (they were also very bald.) I constantly pushed this off for months and months until finally decided to go to M & W Tire.I was greeted by Aaron who helped me with everything. He picked out a great set of Firestone tires and I had a buddy pick me up. Should be no longer than two hours. About an hour into my drop off they gave me a call regarding another issue they found when giving me an alignment. They said they could fix EVERYTHING the car had wrong with it but they would need to keep it overnight. I went back-and-forth but decided to go through with it since Aaron insisted a ball joint wasn t something I wanted to mess with.They had the car ready by 11am the next day, and my car has been running better than it has in YEARS. It isn t always fun spending money on your car. Sometimes it feels like you re throwing money away. But I can genuinely say coming to M & W Tire has been one of the best decisions I have made when regarding my vehicle. Their attention to detail and customer service is unmatched. Now I have a place to go if I have an issue with my car, and THAT is priceless.

M & W was awesome and professional. Called them in the morning and they had me in by 2pm, got my car inspected and even got to enjoy their massage chair while I was waiting. Really affordable, they also sent my inspection to my email conveniently.

The nicest people! I got a flat tire on 94 and they helped me through a stressful situation, and got me right back on the road. They took care and didn t try to push anything extra on my car that I didn t need in the moment. If I had to get a flat tire, I m happy it was near these guys!

All I can say is WOW. I usually shop with discount tire but went with m &w this time around. Called in Tuesday and ordered my tires and set up an appointment for 1pm the next day. They called at 9am saying my tires were in, showed up around 10am and was out the door by 11am. Alexis was super friendly and helpful. 10/10!

Amazing service! From the time I walked in and discussed a new set of tires thru the.process of getting them put on I had nothing but fantastic service. Treated kindly, thorough communication. Could not have ask for any better service. Great job!

I had a wonderful experience at M&W!On the trip back from Michigan to Aurora, IL, we suspected that the tire air pressure may be low. We stopped at M&W. The gentleman at the counter checked all 4 tires & corrected the air pressure. One tire was so low that if we hadn t of stopped, we easily could have had a blowout or worse!The man at the counter (Mike?) wouldn t accept any compensation. He genuinely cared about our well being. Thank you, again!

Welcoming and friendly staff! Got a detailed inspection of the car and was able to get the work done within a timely manner. Was even updated a couple times while the work was being done. Will be back in the future!

My truck was stalling for about 3.5 weeks. I took it to Brookfield Chrysler Jeep Dodge assuming they would be subject matter experts(and because I had majority of all of my maintenance and repair done there for 9 years) only to have my vehicle returned to me in the same condition after 3 weeks still stalling. I was told that I needed a new transmission. So, I got a second an opinion from M&W and after a couple of hours inspecting my vehicle, I received a call with the issue and the cost was not only $800 cheaper than what I paid the dealership, no transmission was needed. Thank you so much to everyone involved, Alexis and the technicians, for the excellent customer service, attention to detail, fast turnaround and proving to me that the dealership technicians are not experts and way more expensive. After my repair work, I received a text from Mark inquiring about my satisfaction, a true example of EXCEPTIONAL customer service! I will be choosing M&W for all future maintenance/repair jobs! Thank you all for making me feel like a valued customer from start to finish! Moral of the story: do not got to Brookfield Chrysler Jeep Dodge. Spare yourself the hassle of wasting money, long wait times and technicians misdiagnosing your vehicle. Just head over to M&W!

They quoted me well for my tires BUT I was asked for $80 to Diagnose a weird noise in my engine then told almost $1000 for a new water pump. They knew the miles on my car and the make, year, and model. Turns out my car was under Toyotas warranty and I wouldn t pay a cent, found that out within a 2 minute call to Advanced auto.

Needed special order tires installed on a trailer. M&W was able to order and install them the next day and then followed up two days later to make sure everything was as expected. Great customer service. Will use them again.

Grossly overcharges for maintenance repairs, claiming parts need replacing that are actually in working condition. They will try to take advantage of you even if you are a repeat customer of 15+ years. I'll never be going back.

Had a nail in my driver side tire and had a business trip the next day. Aaron was able to get me in last minute to get it patched up right before they were closing. Quick and adequate service. Pricy as usual but for the quality it's worth it. I'm all about helping others know what they're getting into, so any hyundai owners who need an eps calibration, expect around $400-500

My camper brakes seized up 4 days before a cross country trip and no one was able to help. I called M&W and they were able to get me in same day, reliably fix the problem, and get me back on the road in time for the trip at a great price. I traveled from Canada to Arizona. I stopped here for a repair on my old 87 VW camper van. Welcoming was amazing, listening was serious and the energy to fix the problem was unhoped for, especially because the year and brand of my vehicle.Great place. Grateful.

We are from out of town and were driving home from a weekend away when the car broke down. Our car was towed by AAA to M & W Tire. They made a bad situation quite a breeze. First thing Monday morning they called us to let us know the car was there and what the plan was. The car was repaired and ready to be picked up quickly. And they worked with us coordinating payment of our bill remotely and pick up of the vehicle after hours. Great job M & W Tire! Thanks!

Mark an the crew saved us (literally) in the middle of our trip across country. Our new trailer blew the stem out of three different tires in three different states. The three different tire repair places did not find the true cause and just replaced the stem saying they had never seen this happen before. Mark was the first to actually listen and verify that the wrong type of stem was used. [65psi stems in 80psi tires] The team at M & W fixed all 5 of our tires using the proper stems for a good price quickly and we finished our trip safely with no more issues. A BIG Thank You to Mark and the team!A followup - the tire manufacturer was informed and has since put out a recall.

Great service! We needed tires last minute for our wave runner trailer and they ordered them ASAP to replace our trailer tires so we could travel. Very professional and did a perfect job! Thank you M And W tires!

Excellent service. We had a bad tire and were 6 hours from home. They were very fast, very reasonable on price, and had us back on the road in under 40min with a new trailer tire. They even texted us to make sure we made it home safely. Now that's service!

I called for a 4 wheel alignment knowing that I did have some play in one of my steering components. They were available to let me drop my car off the next day while I went to work. Mark contacted me as soon as they opened to make sure there weren t any details left out in my request. About an hour or so later Mark called again to let me know exactly what needed help! Which I greatly appreciated! I told him to let the tech know to just do his/her best and they certainly did! When I picked up my car at lunch time the same day they even showed me the exact specs of what my car should be at. They got it very close to where it needed to be, greatly improving the way my car handled. I appreciated the great communication and work that they did and how customer friendly everyone i spoke to was. Having worked at an automotive shop myself and knowing we used to charge 125 or more for a 4 wheel alignment I was grateful that it only costed $113 plus tax. Prices vary depending on vehicle and situation I m sure. I would definitely recommend!Service: Auto maintenance

From one business owner to another.. one of my trucks didn t have a booster pack to help load up a junk car. With great customer service they lended one to help get the job done. Facility is very nice and organized. Professional staff. 5 stars!

M&W worked to manage my expectations. Front suspension fixed and no more extra "boi-oi-oing" when I can't miss the bumps in the road. New tires at a reasonable price. The A/C was tricky, they did a diagnostic with dye, but couldn't find a leak day one. I drove it, and a few days later, no more cold air (as expected). No new charge for diagnostics, they found the leak (because of the dye), and let me know the repair cost up front. The cost came in $1500 under the dealer's quote (dealer wanted to replace the whole system without a diagnostic). In all, great experience, and personable technicians. Everything was explained well without making me feel inferior. I originally chose M&W at my mom's recommendation, I'll be going back (next year?) for the rear suspension (wasn't in the budget this time around, and not yet as critical as the front...)Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Air conditioning
