I used to be a loyal customer. The last (2) times my truck was repaired the workmanship was mediocre at best. I recently found an interior panel which had (2) of the (3) clips broken from Kepner's last repair. Kepners looked it over and agree to replace the part to honor their guarantee. Never heard back from them so I called. The estimator acted like he had no idea what I was talking about even though he took pictures of the truck while checking out my complaint. I asked him to double check and call me back. He never did. If he wasn't going to honor their guarantee, he should have at least had the guts to tell me.

Beyond the fine workmanship and their very well run office, I want to acknowledge how Kepner's did a great kindness by scheduling a lengthy repair on my vehicle, while being sensitive to my need to stay on top of a serious family issue. Accidents and repairs are never convenient, but all the staff members at Kepner's were immensely considerate of the other things that were in play, which made everything much more manageable.

Kepner's did an amazing job fixing the rear bumper on my Suburban! Went above and beyond after the fact when I shared with them my unfortunate mishap with the complimentary touch up paint (my toddler decided to fingerpaint my holiday cookie jar with it) and they made me up an extra at no charge. Fantastic customer service and great body work! Can't even tell anything was ever wrong with it. Very satisfied and highly recommend.

January 25th 2024 stop to get a quote to get a rear dually Fender repaired told I'd have to come back in 3 weeks for a quote while the guys literally out there giving a quote on another truck I will go somewhere else

Got my vehicle when they said it would be done. It looked like it came out of the showroom floor. It was also vacuumed. I have had other work done there before & never a problem. They are so busy but the wait was worth it. Will not go anywhere else but there.

Do not take you vehicle here if you have Progressive. I was mocked and made fun of for requesting OEM parts and that my painted bumper match the color of the vehicle. I've never been treated so poorly when i'm trying to give someone my money. I went in excited to have them work on my damaged vehicle because of their reputation... Something is slipping there! I will not be going back.

While traveling on a trip to St Joseph, Michigan to visit friends - 150 miles from home - we encountered icy roads, high winds, and a civil defense pole about 10 feet off of the roadway. We hit it sideways with the nose of the car. It was not pretty and the damage was not structural but all of the front end sheet metal was destroyed. when the tow truck driver asked me, through blowing snow, where I wanted it towed I had no idea. I asked him, "where would you take your mom's car if she had a wreck?"Without a moment's hesitation he said, "Kepners." That was good enough for me. The car went away, and we rented another and went home.I had failed to note that this car was a project that my youngest son and I had just completed, and he is very proud of it. This was its maiden voyage so needless to say he was very upset. After some wrangling with the insurance company Kepner's set to work and when I drove back to Benton Harbor this week, there sat the car glistening in the sun like a new penny. It looks fantastic! Body gaps are great, the paint is perfectly matched, and the headlights, grill, and push bar fit as they should. They even cleaned out the crunched parts from the back seat.I wish that they were closer to home in case another pole should find me...

Kepner's did an absolutely wonderful job repairing my van. Their body shop guys are true artists when it comes to repairing body damage. I can't believe that they were able to get my door to fit so perfectly...Thanks!

Not only did Kepner's do a perfect job on my car, but I brought it in on Monday, and I had it back home on Tuesday! The Kepner's staff was courteous and friendly, and the fact that they drove me to/from home for drop-off and pick-up was beyond my expectations. I could not have had a better experience, and I highly recommend Kepner's.

I took my very low production Lincoln Town Car (1 of 367) to Kepners after someone carelessly backed into me in a parking lot. They installed a new OEM fender per my request instead of the used fender quoted by my insurance company. The repair looks great, colors blended well, even on this hard to match color. They even went as far as to vacuum my entire car.They were polite and pleasant to deal with and could tell some were enthusiasts like me. They even happily painted a sheetmetal sign with my car club logo on it to match my car, also per my request and it looks just as good as the repair.Thanks guys!-Adam Schramm, 2006 Lincoln Town Car 25th Anniversary

I got in a car accident a few months back passenger rear tire was smashed in. the car looked great when I got it back very clean but they refused to do most of the work that needed to be done. saying that it was common ware. engine light is on since the accident and they wont fix it just talk down to saying its common ware and tare. they wouldn't alien the tire because I need to pay for it. nothing was wrong my car now its a lemon. very disappointed in a well known auto shop!!!!

About a year ago I hit some debris in the road, damaged the low area of the front of my Lincoln. I knew they were the best so I took it here to be repaired. Totally satisfied I took my 1995 firebird SLP firehawk to have a painted stripe removed. Ryan said he would do it personally and give me an estimate. A few days later he called me to pick up the car. I came in and he told me he could not figure a price and handed me my key. The car looked so good I am over satisfied. No other shop will repair my vehicles. Kepners is #1!

I have had to take multiple vehicles to Kepner's over the last several years (says ALOT about my husband's driving). They have done an OUTSTANDING job every single time. I highly, highly recommend Kepner's!!!!

When i picked up my vehicle from Kepners i noticed several scuff marks and scratches that weren't previously on my vehicle. Kepners staff were clearly careless while making the repairs on my vehicle causing numerous new damages.
