They towed a box truck we purchased, out of an overgrown wooded area. Big thanks to Wendy's coordination from the office end. Much thanks to the 2nd driver/co-owner, and his ability to make this task as pleasant as possible by navigating through unknown variables with competence.

Needed a tow unexpectedly today when we got a flat that couldn t be fixed. I hadn t needed to use a towing company in forever, but I d heard good things about Hasse s and they were close by. Called and they arrived in 20min. The young man was very efficient and kind. Prices were fair and I appreciated their promptness. Will definitely be using them again if needed and I recommend them for others.

My Grandpa got in an accident. They came out and got the Van. Then we went back the next day and asked if we could get some more parts off of it and our stuff out of it. the owner said yes, we can. Then we ask him before we left can we come back and get those parts tomorrow and he said yes so we sign the title over to him. Then we came back with tools the very next day to get tires and battery and he told us that it's all his. So I will tell friends and family never to use them for anything.

Wendy at hasse' went above and beyond to make sure all details were covered the day before the scheduled pickup for tow and even followed up later the day of the delivery to make sure the everything went as expected. I think this is the company that flies two large American flags high on cranes over I94. Just wanna say thank you for your patriotism! Absolutely love the effort. What a tremendously powerful statement! God Bless you!

This company came recommended from D&S truck repair and I can understand why. The driver showed up within the expected time frame to tow my boat and trailer to D&S. The driver was super friendly and really personable. The towing fee was right around where I was expecting it to be. Even better they were able to bill the tow through D&S so I only had one invoice to deal with.Hopefully I wont ever have to use them again, but knowing the condition of Michigan roads the odds are against me.

Terrible service!!! They are not honest at all with a super bad attitude. We were over charged for NO service performed. Watch out for this place, you will get a rip off from them for sure. Be aware!!!
