I had my 2014 ultra limited in to have some engine work done and Larry told me that I should update a couple of things as I had almost 60000 miles on it. I wanted to up the performance of my bike and Larry made a few suggestions and I went with what he suggested and now I'm so happy that I listened to him!!! Just called to ask about getting a part for my bike. Guy on phone was exactly rude and hung up on me. Was on the phone with him just long enough to ask my question and he said no and hung up. I don't support business that are rude to their customers. If you have another option to go somewhere else I would

If you aren't taking your bike to Larry it's not getting fixed right. He has fixed my bike after the dealer couldn't. We were out of town on vacation, blew out a tire on the Harley..scary..we were recommended to go to Gilson by a local auto shop. We pulled up, explained, they made us priority and got us fixed up with a new tire (and brakes). We knew they needed done but thought we'd do both before next season. They were very courteous and professional. Thanks!

Stopped in just to look. Not really a biker but have one and always looking to see what services are available. No machine work like engine boring done on site, mostly H D accessory add ons and tuning and general maintenance done here. Friendly and had a few suggestions. Can order parts and if your looking for a non dealer service center its worth a stop.

Had new tires put on my softail, brake pads, and all oils changed and drive belt replaced. Only had it for a couple days. I will be bringing it back for future service
