Bad service! Seems like they don't want tor job at all! Or they are being racist towards mexicans because there is always a push back with my cars only!

They came to my house to install a new windshield and did a great job. However, when you call the number on the listing to make an appointment it sends you to a call center, not the local shop. It took me over an HOUR to get my appointment because the rep from Glass America didn't know how to do her job. Gerber seems fine but I would give their "sister company" Glass America 1 star if asked.

Gerber did an AMAZING job with my vehicle! This is the second time I have used Gerber for body repair and will continue using them should I need work done in the future! The staff is very friendly and helpful and kept me posted about my vehicle up until it was ready to be picked up!! Highly recommended!!!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Gerber Collision is Professional and goes above and beyond. I came in with minor body damage, nothing major not only did a receive my vehicle back looking spanking brand new they also took care of some minor issues, they even washed my vehicle and cleaned my floor mats FLOOR MATS I was completely shocked. Definity a customer for life after this experience and the time they gave me for the completed repair was dead on they said Friday and it was ready. I'm very satisfied with the level of service I received from Hansen Collision in Benton Harbor. I had my front bumper and some other things replaced and it was overall a painless process. The staff are pleasant and punctual and they even allowed me to use their rental car for a day for no charge. I will definitely be returning there if I'm ever in need of body work in the future.

No one ever wants to have to go to a collision company but these guys were really helpful when I crashed my van an hour and a half from home. My van was totaled but they were willing to hang onto it for me until I could get down there and get my belongings out of it. They were very nice people to work with.

These guys did a really good job of fixing my VW bug a few years ago so when my current car got vandalized a few days ago I was happy to hear from my insurance company that Gerber was on their approved list of service providers. While I am still awaiting the completion of the repair I have no doubt that the job will be done right.

Second time i had to visit gerber first time my son's car got hit they did outstanding work on his car. Then 4 months later my car after there inspection i knew it was a lost great people to work with down to earth.

Don was great, good timing, good price anyone that needs repairs this is the place to go to. This is the only place for me and my cars. Anyone ask it's Gerber collision & Glass in Benton Harbor.

Went in for an estimate 11/16/16. They wouldn't give me an estimate when I was there, acted put out just to talk to me. Said they would email an estimate, it never came. Just terrible customer service, use Kepner or St. Joe auto body instead.
