Mark the tow truck driver saw me having a time changing a flat at the gas station and came over to offer his help. He was super friendly and a real life saver. Thanks again for the help mark!

Mark is a great guy. He helped me fix my battery terminal. He went above and beyond to make sure I was good. He spent hours out there in the cold.I missed work today cause my car wouldn t start. The most amazing people. They towed me after my first accident, and then repaired my car in their shop. I truly feel they went so above and beyond. My car looks great, they were very thorough and worked with my insurance company. They even fixed some things on the car that i has asked about (they were not due to the accident) and were very reasonably priced. They made the entire process so easy and I would work with them a 100000 times again in a heartbeat.

My expectations are very high when I pay somebody to work on our vehicles! Fisher body shop exceeded our expectations! Doug is a true master of his craft! Just painted our 2006 Honda with pearl paint came out great!

One of the best experiences you could have when you blow a tire and damage your rim on i-94, in an impeding snowstorm during the week of Thanksgiving. Fisher's towed my car, ordered me a new tire and rim, cleaned out my spark plugs. They charged me a very reasonable price for everything. They were very responsive, thorough, and made everything so easy. Would definitely recommend this place.

Mark was amazing came all the way out to Lawrence to tow my car that wasn't starting. He got there and asked if he could try to start it and little do you know started. He had me the keys and said have a great day NO CHARGE. Amazing saved me money. Will definitely use them if need in the future. A+++

My car had some issues while on the highway and I had to make an unplanned stop. I tried another shop who could not take me right away, but Fisher was open and said they could help me immediately! They were informative, quick, and made me feel very comfortable while I was there. After about 15 minutes the problem was resolved and I was back on the road! I was able to make it all the way to Chicago and back. Thanks to Doug and Steve who helped me out!

My vehicle broke down last week. They were there within a half hour of calling. The man who towed my vehicle was friendly and comforting and even gave me a ride home. I was referred to Fishers by my local Benton Harbor insurance agent boyfriend for a dent and paint damage on the drivers side rear wheel area for my Ford SUV. I really appreciated that Fishers was able to give me an estimate appointment as the same day I called and was able to give me a very reasonable and fair quote within minutes of arriving for the estimate. This was very convenient. Doug was pleasant and professional. I was able to schedule my car to be repaired right away. This was a huge stress relief. Most importantly the car repair was done quickly and wonderfully. The repair looks great. Dealing with Fishers was easy and professional. When I came to take a look at a Prius Doug Fisher was selling, he told me it was in good condition and that there was nothing to be concerned about with its functionality. He said that being a mechanic, he d kept up with the car s maintenance since it was originally purchased. HOWEVER, the day after I bought it, the check engine light came on along with 2 other warning lights. When taken into a Toyota service center, they gave me a list of 6 serious issues that needed immediate attention and would otherwise affect the safety of driving it, not to mention other minor details. As there had been no issues with its functioning during the test drive, I had no idea prior that any of these problems existed. Given the immediacy at which it began having problems after I purchased it, I went back to Doug and explained what had happened, at which point he refused to take responsibility for failure to alert me to any mechanical concerns with the vehicle, compensate for the repairs, or refund me the vehicle.

Wonderful experience. The owner was very quick to arrive to me when my car's alternator died, and he got me and my car home safely. He picked up my call even though it was late at night, and found me easily. I would recommend him for any Towing needs.

David came to help me out when my trailer fell off the car as I was pulling it out of the river. He came super fast and was extremely helpful. Was a pleasure chatting with him about the concept of hydrogen on demand while he was fixing the trailer! Super smart guy and was more helpful than I could ve imagined. Even helped realign the trailer after fixing the initial issue!

I took my 1973 mercedes 450sl in for a front end allighment and Greg did a fantastic job! Also very reasonable price. I would not hesitate to go back! The other place in town tried to screw me into a $1,500 repair that the car did not need and still took me for over $700 (Baroda Tire) they lost my business! I've taken my tire business elsewhere! Again thanks Greg for a job well done

Was referred to Fisher's by my roadside for a tow.I have a low profile vehicle and they went the extra mile for me. I was out of town with a bad flat They took great care of my car and treated it like it was theirs.Thank you so much for helping me through a stressful situation.If you're stuck on the side of the road these are the guys to call for help!!!!

This is not the place to take your vehicle if you need body repair and if you need a tow this is not the place you want to call I was in a bad accident a week ago and the guy that towed my car never told me about a $25 per day fee while they were getting an estimate together for me for repairs on my car. I called them yesterday after about 3 days of waiting for them to call me with an estimate and the guy that answered the phone said he would call me back he never did when I call them today they mention the $25 fee for the first time and then I gave me the estimate to have my car repaired. So now I owe a fee from last Thursday all the way up till Tuesday and I'll probably Wednesday to because I'm working and I'm not going to be able to get down there. They just want my vehicle so they can fix it up and make money off it which is very very very wrong this is not a business anybody needs to do business with their rude and they have no Integrity whatsoever. If you need body work go to Kempner if you need a tow call anybody but this place

Bear came to our aid recently when our car hit a pothole and blew a tire. He not only took care of our car but made sure we were not stranded as this event happened at night time and during inclement weather. He helped with transportation arrangements and then followed up to make sure everything went well. He stayed with us for a couple of hours, until our ride arrived, wanting to assure our safety. He went above and beyond what one would expect. He s proud of his profession and excels at taking care of his customers.

They towed my daughters car from Eau Claire to St. Joe, charging her $250. for the tow. Now Doug won't give it to her unless she has cash. She's a single mother with a sick child that has breathing problems. Her only vehicle. Doug told her "well Thats your problem. Great guy, eh? Oh, She's a Iraqi veteran also.
