We always have great service from Discount Tire, but today, when we had an emergency blowout (while traveling from Ypsilanti, Michigan to Chicago) on the side of the expressway, the Benton Harbor Discount Tire folks went above and beyond for us. The lobby was packed when we arrived, after having our car towed there, and I thought for sure we'd be stuck en route overnight. But the fine folks at Discount had us set up with new tires and back on the road within two hours. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and we are so grateful to them for their fast, excellent service.

Since I put this post up for the first time, the service has gone down dramatically. The local discount tire has spent a good amount of money remodeling their store. Unfortunately, that did not help with their customer service. The store is always packed. They're always behind schedule and their attitudes are not great. I went in one day or a recall issue only to find out that they had installed one of my directional tires backwards. Set an appointment for first thing the next morning and when I went in I was met with an associate with a very adversarial tone who tried to inform me that when I call the number I don't speak to somebody that's there. I informed him I was there at the store the day before. This will be my last go around. With discount tire I'm going to move on and try somebody else.

Stopped in yesterday to get new tires after a bad experience somewhere else. Even though they were insanely busy with it being a day before a good snowfall, they were beyond kind and courteous to everyone there. Jordan was able to get my vehicle tires at the price point I wanted and was able to have me in and out in about 2 hours despite the chaos! The absolute nicest guys working there! Way to go guys! And thanks again Jordan for your help and kindness with my big old vehicle!

I made a 9am appointment and got there a few minutes before nine. I was out with a rotate and balance and the spare tire checked by 9:08! I couldn't ask for more. I was actually a little shocked it was that fast. Well done!

What a wonderful place. I ve bought tires there and always been pleased with the price and service. Most recently I showed up with a slow leak, which they quickly found was due to a nail in the tire. They fixed the problem at no cost. I will most definitely return for future tire needs.

We ordered a new set of Pirelli tires online for our Honda Pilot. This store contacted us as soon as they arrived. I was surprised when they offered to schedule a last-minute appointment on the spot. We moved the appointment a day forward. I left for the store immediately. The new tires were installed within an hour after hanging up. I used the wifi in the lobby to file my taxes while waiting. They did a great job! Clean store with a friendly and professional staff. What more could I ask for?

Thank you very much for the help today! My wife was going to Detroit (3 hour drive) to visit her aging mother. We found a screw in a tire this morning. She stopped at a tire place a little closer to home and they were booked and would not help her.She drove out of her way to Discount Tire. They said they were busy, but still helped her! They pulled the screw, leak tested, and sent her on her way all in less than 10 minutes!Morgan was the gentlemen that assisted my wife this morning. She said he was very nice and respectful, and genuinely caring. Thank you, Discount Tire, and thank you Morgan!

More than Greatful!! I would like to thank the Discount Tire team at this Benton Harbor location. My daughter and son-in law were on their way from Michigan to Texas for a family event and on the way one of their tires started leaking. We always do business at the Jackson MI store so we looked for a Discount Tire and found the Benton Harbor location. Jordan DB was the one who helped my kids out and he assured them and I that he would take care of them. He went above and beyond and took amazing care of them. Thank you Jordan and Discount Tire for your care!!

This place is shady. They told my wife the lug nuts are "swollen" so they made her pay for a whole kit. First off the lug nuts obviously came off fine if u were able too put all new ones on and that also means that they didn't need replaced. I will be going to speak to a manager and reporting this too the better business bureau.

Excellent service - beyond any expectations. Took me as a walk-in just minutes prior to closing time on a Saturday evening and fixed my concern - no questions asked - just helped me with a new tire issue. I watched as additional customers were assisted well past closing time and all with friendly, capable service. FIVE STARS!

I had the pleasure of working with Anthony V M at the Benton Harbor location. He was one of the nicest guys I've dealt with at a Discount Tire store. He loaned me a tire until mine could be delivered because he understood my fear of driving on the donut. I would recommend Anthony and his team to anyone. Great customer service.L. These folks were amazing. Had an emergency flat in the middle of emergency medical situation with family. From the first phone call to verify they had tire I needed in stock to the process of getting installation done they were compassionate, responsive and efficient.

Went here on black Friday to find deals for all seasonal tires and he tried charging me over $1000 for tires. Told him no thank you and he says you're not gonna find a better deal than that as I'm walking out.. Guess what, I did!

Discount Tire in Benton Harbor, MI has helped me a number of times with repairing tire punctures and quickly getting me back on my way. Tony provides excellent customer service and makes you feel taken care of. I ll keep coming back to buy my tires from them.

It s THE PLACE to get your tires. Starting off the staff is excellent and each one of them are so polite and kind to their customers. They explain evrything very well and don t rush on you to make a decision. Went above and beyond with the service. Completely satisfied!

Great staff! Passing through on my way to Detroit from Chicago I got a flat tire in my Corvette. Their technicians named Luke told me I was in good hands just bare with him for about 30 mins while they knock out some appointments and he would get me back on my way.Well they did just that and within am hour I was back on my way heading to Detroit. Great experience, friendly staff and no complaints from me. Highly recommended!!!

The low tire light came on while enroute from Grand Rapids to see family near Benton Harbor. We pulled over and found a screw embedded in the tire causing a slow leak. Added some air and got back on the road and called Discount in Benton Harbor. Chase said to come on in and they had a tire in stock if it should need to be replaced. We got to our destination and from there I headed to Discount. Both Chase and Tony were great at taking care of things. Turns out the tire could not be repaired, but with Discount s warranty coverage it only cost me $35 for a replacement, including mounting and balancing. Altogether I was out the door in just over an hour, which I thought was great for a walk-in situation.

The staff is friendly and helpful. I brought my RV trailer to have the tires replaced. Tony and Micha went above and beyond to make sure I got the newest tires, the best pricing and that I was happy with the service. While I waited for the tires to be installed I noticed that everyone there works hard to make sure customers are happy. I will be coming here for tires in the future.

I was on a long drive when I got a flat on the highway this morning. After installing the spare tire, I drove to the store without an appointment and Luke and his team had me back on the road within 90 mins. Luke also went above and beyond with helping me file the claim for my warranty. Being on the phone with the warranty people took longer than installing the new tire. Greatly appreciated the excellent customer service, highly recommend!
