Great shop. Go here all the time. Joe figured our electrical issue out and had it fixed in an hour! The manager and lady at the desk helpful and friendly. Thx Boss!!!

Mechanic did awesome job grease the truck and trailer but there is a problem front desk he told me first $30 for grease the truck and trailer and tighten oil filter end up paying $84.53 very very unprofessional people at the front desk long story short never ever I ll be here again

We made an emergency stop here because we picked up a large staple in one of our camper van's tires. Even though we weren't a semi, the guys treated us very nicely, found the staple, and patched the tire so we could get home that night.

Went here for a tire replacement. It was a weekend and two guys names Todd and Allen were working. These guys are highly professional in their job and they have a great customer service too. Todd set up the billing with my company very professionally and patiently while allen doing the replacement job. I would highly recommend this shop. if you are in the area and have to drive some extra miles to get there, trust me this shop is worth it.

First and Foremost. All the people that work at this location, are very friendly and have great attitudes.They try to get you in quickly, and get you back on the road. Anytime I need work on my trucks, I will try and get here. Y all won t be disappointed in the service you receive.

The woman at the service desk was very rude and had zero customer service skills. Then when I took my truck into the service bay for an oil change I m was told that my bill will be no more than 70$. ( had my own oil and filters). 20 minutes later I received the bill for 191$.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I normally live in the big truck world. Yesterday I was on the west side of the state with my pickup truck, blew a water pump. I was basically two hundred miles from home and it was 3 in the afternoon. Nicole working the desk set me up with Carry the technician. By the time the Wrecker Service got me to boss truck shop they had already located the water pump a new belt and coolant I'm. A couple hours later I was on my way home with an excellent job done a reasonable price, and great attitude thanks guys. Jan from C & W horse transportation

I contacted the shop and explain to them the problems that I was having they were very knowledgeable very helpful and very honest and fair this is definitely one of the Great truck shops that exist out here. I am very pleased with the level of service and comfortability. Highly recommend it

Took about 1 to 2 hours to a trailer change tire but very friendly people they have a drivers lounge and bathrooms and cool lights and accessories for your truck

Got me in and out in about 1hr. Had to have air ride leveling rod replaced mine broke off so airbags deflated,no fun. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. Knew exactly what I was talking about and had part in stock had me in and out in like I said about 1hr. Took more time to do the paperwork and comcheck.It's fcfs so I would definitely call ahead incase they are backed up so your not setting for a long time. Nice thing is the location also. They have a pilot truck stop rite next to them in same lot so if you need fuel a shower or food there is a Wendy's there also. Rite next to them is a Blue beacon truck wash and a company that designs and puts emblems and signs on semi trucks. Basically you can get everything you need done in one stop at this place very awesome.

To begin with, the woman at the service desk was very rude and had zero customer service skills. Then when I took my truck into the service bay for PM the mechanic told me he didn't know what motor I had. He later came back and told me they didn't have the filters I needed. The only reason they get one star is the mechanic was friendly. Huge waste of time.

I needed a fuel filter and D.O.T inspection. The receptionist was professional and courteous.And the mechanics were like a brotherhood.I recommend you stop here for your trucking needs

Some mark up is expected but when there is a almost 200% mark-up on parts and the labor hours are more than double the time it takes to do the job(outside in the cold with only hand tools) I will NEVER go back to that shop again! Only gave 1 star because there is no negative stars

The shop took a little longer than I wanted to wait or was told I would wait but once I was in the process was fast complete and I was back on the road!

Extremely slow. They pull ya in the shop and start the service, drained oil in my case, then proceed to go service other vehicles. Meanwhile you're stuck here till they come back to finish. Very unprofessional shop, not worth stopping at unless absolute emergency!

I left my lights on accidentally for hours. Luckily this shop was next door to the truck stop I was at. They were fast and professional.

Had a purge valve on air dryer fail. After waiting almost 5 hours for a 10 minute fix and ad $70.00 part, finally got out for just a little over $400.00.

No bad place, not sure about the other reviewers Experience, but our Experience was good the mechanics seem vary knowledgeable and on point - service staff are friendly.

Staff was to the point, didn't waste my time, and offered me a place to hang out in the lounge. Time is money to mechanics, so not taking way too much was a great deal for me.

I froze up called got person out of Nebraska was charged 347$ to be told I had to be towed they new that before they came 800$ tow then shop charged another $500to change filters and let warm up 11 hrs later i was on road almost 1700 dollars i wish people and companies would stop taking advantage of others for 40 $ worth of filters
