I had new tires installed 2 months ago and the technician informed me that I needed a wheel alignment. I decided to do the alignment at a later date due to timing. The other day I walked in at 2:30 in the afternoon and asked what the possibility was to get the alignment done. He said no problem it would take about 60 to 90 minutes. 40 minutes later I received a call saying that the alignment was finished. The technician showed me the before and after alignments which indicated that the alignment was badly needed which he explained thoroughly. I've been dealing with Belle tire for many years and have nothing to say but good things about them. I highly recommend the next time you need tires or service for your car to use them. You will not be disappointed.

The work was done okay, as requested. Frustrating part is I set up a 10 AM appointment. I arrived early and I was told it would be a hour and a half for a rotation and wheel balance - I did a double take but thought he was preparing me for the worst, only to be delighted when completed in less time. The vehicle was not pulled into the garage until 10:50AM. It took 1 hour 20 minutes to complete - 1 hour 10 minutes past the appointment time, and 40 min past the communicated time at check-in. Please respect your customers time. Appointments are created so we can meet our commitments to others too.

If you look I normally only write positive comments (9/10). We are positive people and believe the world has enough negativity. I am only writing this in hopes this location takes it up a few notches and learns what true, carting, customer service really is. I gave 2 stars, instead of 1, because I also believe Belle Tire is better than this.I have been going to Belle Tire for over 20 years. Not just when it's convenient, but I go out of my way to ONLY go to Belle Tire. You will find a review I wrote about the Holland Belle Tire, which was our go-to for 18+ years. never an issue, all car problems, fixes, maintenance, and recommended them to dozens of friends.I am still a Belle Tire fan... but this location has something to learn from other locations. I understand when you re busy, you re busy (I run a large multi-million-dollar business) ... I understand things can get overwhelming, but without customers, you do not have a business.My wife (just this morning, 11/15/23) was on her way to Detroit (3 hour drive'ish) to visit her aging mother, and we found a screw in her tire (big one clicking as she drove) ... I looked and it was a quick fix, center of tire, in tread. Of course, she takes the car to Belle Tire (as a loyalist), where we are always taken care of, or so we thought They told her they could not take care of her because they were busy. Even after she said she was driving across the state, and it was a simple screw fix... they said nope.I receive a call from my wife, sobbing, not knowing what to do... very disappointed she was sent packing, I asked what else was around there similar she remembers passing a Discount Tire. We have never been there before, as I mentioned previously, we are very loyal to Belle Tire. She arrived to Discount Tire and was in line behind a few people. Same thing: explains her story, they say they are busy as well. However, the gentlemen excuses himself from his team behind the counter, goes and gets a few things, goes outside with my wife, finds the screw, pulls it, bubble tests there was no leak (twice) and shows her a very short little screw (big head though) that did not puncture the inside of the tire. He tells my wife that she was good to go and there is no charge. All of this took less than 5 minutes (standing in line was +10 minutes).Discount Tire staff were caring and supportive and genuinely wanted to help (wife s words, she is in customer service). We are fans now.Belle Tire, I hope this lands right a little love to your loyal (over 2 decades) customers, let alone any customer, goes a very long way.

The manager was not as respectful of my needs as the employees under him but, he made sure when asked that I could speak with the technician who was responsible for maintenancing my vehicle every step of the way which was what I feel is needed when someone says you need parts replaced on your vehicle.

With the current season of construction l have had more than one opportunity where I've needed a tire fixed due to screws or nails picked up on the road. Every time the staff has been welcoming and quick with the repair. Will not go anywhere else! Jim and his crew are the best!!!

Excellent service, very friendly. Service department recommended making an appointment to avoid a longer wait time. When I arrived they got me in right away fixed my tire leak at no charge. Thank you Belle Tire.

0/10 - if I could give ZERO stars I would! DO NOT RECOMMEND!Brought my car in for an alignment and they told me instead I needed over $1200 worth of work to replace 2 lower control arms. As they didn't participate with my warranty company (or any, so it seems) I had to look at other shops to complete the recommended work. The shop I brought the vehicle to indicated there was NOTHING was wrong with the control arms and they were able to successfully completed the alignment. I have a feeling they have done this to me before - I brought in a vehicle for a simple oil change and they wrangled me into over $800 worth of additional work that I'm now doubting I even needed!!TAKE YOUR VEHICLES ELSEWHERE!!!!

Levi and Jimmy really helped us out when the tire on our BMW blew up on the interstate. Showed up there late Friday afternoon and they were able to get the tire ordered and installed by Monday afternoon. Very friendly and empathetic, even drove us to Enterprise to pick up our rental vehicle as we had no other way of getting there. Thanks again!

Do NOT let these people touch your vehicle or wheels. Scratched and tore up my new wheels, told me they would fix it, I took before and after photos and the manager would not call back, finally got a hold of him and Jim said we didn't do that.... Ridiculous. They gave me no paper work, the kid curbed one tire, and sensors were added to tires which had none in them before, which adds weight and they refused to balance the wheels. Now i get out f balance vibrations. Manager Jim refused to do business with me for trying to keep the business accountable. Absolutely horrible customer service, do not waste your time.

I got here to Belle tire at about 6 p.m. and my car was done within 30 minutes all it needed was a patch job on the tire and they didn't charge me a dime for the patch job so if you have a tire that has a small hole in it and it just needs a patch they don't charge, what a relief. My day just got better thank you Chris and all the rest of the staff at Belle tire.

I don't know if I will continue to be a customer of Belle Tire anymore after my experience with the Benton Harbor location. I have been very loyal to the company and its locations for a very long time. I even had a squealing break one time, a few years ago, and stopped at the Bay City, MI location to ask them to check it out. They found the problem, fixed it, (pebble got lodged)and didn't charge me a dime. That type of service drives me back to Belle Tire.But Benton Harbor location...not so much. I arrived on an hour before close and asked if they could squeeze in an oil change. I received a very quick and resounding NO. I came back Saturday afternoon, around 1 pm, and asked for a oil change. I was told wait would be at least an hour. I agreed, and asked for balance and rotation of the tires. I bought them there so it's included for free. At this request, the time jumped to a 4 hour wait. Adding balance and rotate tires, added 3 hours to the wait time!? Really!. Its like they were trying to get me to leave. But, I agreed. Just over an hour later, my service was done. I paid, (and the billing is a problem for another day. Suffice it to say ask for all the options, don't just accept the price they tell you) but I get in the car and check to make sure my oil life had been reset and the tire PSI are balanced. The PSI was way out of whack. I go back and ask if the tech did in fact balance and rotate, and I get an immediate yup, definitely. I question my car's reading and I'm told to pull around. Long story short they did not balance the tires, and the guy that performed my service just shrugged it off as if it was he were saying oh well. They did end up balancing the PSI, but I will never know if they actually rotated them.I've heard great things about the local Discount Tire. I think they will get my business nest time.

Get the warranty and when I go to use it because I got a nail in my tire, I have to wait a week because the tire isn't in stock. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me with this location. Get your tires elsewhere. I'll never purchase anything from Belle Tire again. Ridiculous

Just wanted to share my experience with the facility. I was driving with my family from Chicago to Detroit, hit a pot hole in Benton Harbor, and my run flat tire had a 3" tear on my tire. Called the facility, and confirmed he had the right tire for the car. He did tell me they were a bit busy, and may not be able to take care of it right away. Left my family at the local gas station and drove to the facility. Have never seen someone with that kind of an attitude to the customer. Totally was not willing to help. I told him had to drive to Detroit, and my family is stranded. His response "everyone has someone, and has to drive somewhere" . Waited for almost three hours, and walked up to him and asked any update, and his response "we are open till 8pm, and will get it done today". Finally, my car pulled into the bay, he "summons" me to his podium, and says he does not have run flat, and can only do a normal tire. Totally helpless, and family stranded, I had no other option but to take it. I understand was the first day after the holidays, but he said they dont make appointments, and is always first come first served. However, there were people who were serviced ahead of me, even though they came after me. I hope to god, I am never in that situation again, and even if I am, will never go to this place, and dont recommend anyone to this place.

I never have a problem when I come here. Service is always efficient and professional. As with any automotive shop, wait times vary for any number of reasons, but I can say that with Belle Tire, wait times have never been unreasonable. They do their best to get you in & out without sacrificing quality of work.And the prices are extremely reasonable.

It was a walk in appointment. Needed my tires checked, and they worked me in 2 hours before closing. A little over an hour and ten minutes they had me all set. They were able to repair two flats and they didn't charge for flat repairs. This was my first time there and I had no record with them, and I was like no charge. No charge. I thanked the gentleman who helped me, Juan. Great service even when it was a busy day. Glad they could work me in.

Had my car towed here by their recommended towing company "fishers towing" I seriously thought I was going to die. The very old man who showed up to tow it had a difficult time getting my car on the truck then on the way to Belle tire he was drifting from lane to lane and ran a stop light. I started to wonder if I should call the cops Other than the tow, They got my car in right away and replaced my tire everything with Belle tire was good just the tow was bad.

Excellent customer service!!... Thought I needed a new tire and was prepared to buy a new one, but service department was able to find the slow leak and save me from spending money when it wasn't needed. Highly recommended!

We had a nail in the tire that was leaking a lot of air. We knew our tires were super bad anyway, we just needed to get back to Chicago as soon as possible. We went to this Belle tire and had the tire patched in a little more than one hour even though they were super packed and it was almost the end of the day. They didn t haggle us a single time for new tires, didn t try to sell them to us, which is surprising for a tire store. They also did it completely free - even though we ve never been a customer at this location or any belle tire ever. While it s unlikely we ll go here for new tires since we don t live in the area again, I would gladly recommend this location to anybody in the area or if we need a tire fixed again. Thanks Belle Tire for saving the day

Walked in no one in the lobby tire was loosing air asked the gentleman at the desk if anyone could just look at my tire to see if what I saw looks like it could be puncturing my tire and causing it to loose air. His response was sorry mam we are booked was his immediate response I looked around and said ok there isn t anyone that could just come take a glance at it and make sure it s safe for my children and I. He replied with a firm no and I felt like I was being dismissed at that point, which I get it we are all under staffed and under paid but at least have customer service skills and act like you have any common decency to even pretend to care. I ended up going to Toyota and getting promptly helped and purchased four new tires that day they received my business and belle tire never will.

It's been a long time since I've dealt with someone in the service industry that was so rude and totally unprofessional. Was waiting for store to open with a bad tire, and from the time the door was unlocked this guy was angry at life or something. Totally rude from the very instant the door was unlocked all the way up til he told me good luck, it'll be 6 hours. Walked away and went down the street to good Ole trusty DISCOUNT TIRE. Greeted with a smile and a fair price, was told ill put 2 guys on it and get you on the road. Ill never darken the door of Belle tire again!!! DISCOUNT TIRE IS AMAZING!!!

Our daughter s vehicle broke down and was towed here. We were impressed that they took care of the problem promptly and at a very reasonable price. We were ultimately at their mercy, yet they showed their true business character and treated us honestly.

Worst customer service ever. Don't back up their tires. Literally have called and tried to get in for a tire that they put on that has giving me troubles since it was put on and was leaking air for the jump. Micheal will hang up on you. And cut you off while speaking go to discount they are waaay nicer

Ordered tires on a Tuesday late in the day, the Benton Harbor Belle Tire guys were ready to install the next afternoon but I could not drop off the vehicle till 0900 Thursday morning. The fella s got the job done by 1300 (1 PM) same day! That was with a alignment so I was very happy with the turnaround time. This shop has always treated my family right over the years we have been customers. I recommend you consider them to serve you and yours for tire needs! PS. I love the gigantic American flag this shop flies God Bless American !
