I had an appointment for my A/C to get looked at on Wednesday. Guy called same day and said all he had to do was recharge it.Today is Friday 2 days after completion. No need for my car to get touched.I get a notification on my car app saying it s been started and driven to a gas station and turned off. I called and the guys wife tells me he don t do that and it don t sound like him. So therefore I think someone has my car without their permission. She wanted to argue with me but didn t want to say that to her husband.I get a missed call and call back and the guy curses at me and says don t yell at my wife therefore him not knowing the conversation. He Denys the fact that he drove my car to a gas station. Of course they will reply to this saying they did nothing wrong and I was in the wrong. But for my car to get done 2 days ago then all of a sudden drove around like a rental car and they deny it and not admit to their wronging. I think this place is pathetic with their service. Like I had physical proof they were driving around in my car. And he said oh I had to test it out. Like no. Anyone who cares about their car and personal self. Don t take it here. I prefer Gerber collision. They don t test drive cars around for personal use

We recently had our van in here for a charging problem. Jim was quick at diagnosing the problem. It was just a battery. Bring your car here before the dealership Jim has got your back

Jim helped me out hugely I had an electronic problem in my car. The battery would go dead over night he fixed it in a day.

Horrible customer service. You call they say one thing. You drop it off something totally different. Quoted one price, told another. They had my car all day, didnt touch it at all, and couldn't tell me if it would be touched. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, unless you want the run around.

The people here were awesome! They got my car right in and fixed when I was only expecting them to give an estimate. Wonderful service! I would return and recommend this shop.

Honest garage. Quick work. Did everything by the book: gave me my written quote , explained what else they could find while working, gave me a box with my bad parts. Prices were fair. Will use again.

I inherited a bad situation with my truck. Jim was not only honest about the circumstances, but he went above & beyond to get it back on the road. Jim cut no corners and got the job done right- it did not cost an arm and a leg either. If Jim can help you, he absolutely will. If he can't, he will tell you as much. Appreciate his talents while they are still in the BH!

They did great work on my car & also my mom's car. The staff was very courteous as well. I would definitely go back if I need work done on my car again in the future!

THEY ARE VERY GOOD WITH TELLING U WHAT IS WRONG WITH UR VEHICLE. THEY LISTEN TO U. THEY GAVE ME A QUOTE AND BROKE DOWN WHAT I NEEDED TO KNOW AND DIDNT HAVE A PROBLEM WITH GIVING ME WHAT I ASK DOR. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. NOW I CALL ON THEM WHEN I NEED SOMETHING ELSE DONE.
