The owner really worked with me to deal with the insurance company and got the job done. The workmanship was excellent. I've seen a lot of auto repair places that are unscrupulous and focused on dollar signs. But Scott genuinely seems focused on people & product first, then everything else just falls into place. As a fellow Christian (which I didn't even know until I was walking out the door), I TRUST him.

We took our 2016 GMC SIERRA DENALI for repair after a flying tire shattered the top of our truck breaking the sun roof and damaging the top. Scott assured us that he could repair our truck and explain what he had to do and we are pleased with the results. Thanks Scott and your team.

So pleased with the service I received at Scott s collision! I had a door needing repair after an accident. I stopped by Scott s Collision for a quote back in December, and was provided with an on the spot estimate. It took me several months to figure out the insurance part of it, but Scott guided me along the way and made the process seamless. He is very kind, knowledgeable and professional, and someone I felt I could confidently trust from the start. The repair itself required matching/blending of the paint and wow, he did an amazing beautiful job. You can tell he is very attentive to detail and proud of his work. Scott did such an amazing job at fixing up my car and at a great price! It only took him a couple of days to make my car look like new again. I would recommend him to anyone. He was such a kind man and I greatly appreciate the work they did! If I ever need more work or paint done I will 100% be going back to him.

Several months ago, I was involved in an accident. The whole side door needed to be changed. I purchased a used one from fox and install it here. It's really a life saver! Compare to elsewhere, it saved me MORE THAN 90% off money! I was so grateful for them! Scott is super nice, talented, professional! He provides honest, knowledgeable advices for you and also super flexible options!

Scott is a very nice man. I came up there with my 3 yr old daughter for a replacement of a door. Not only did his mechanics do an amazing job! But he accommodated me same day and was welcoming to me and my daughter. He made my experience there awesome and was very fair in price. Thanks again! Will recommend

I recently used Scotts Collision for an accident my daughter was in. Scotts Collision was amazing to deal with. They do fantastic work at reasonable prices. Scott really cares; he'll advise you based on what's best for you, not him. You certainly don't get that kind of honesty and integrity many places! Scott recently repaired a number of rusty spots on my old Toyota Sienna and also repaired some other minor damage. He was a pleasure to work with, gave me a detailed estimate, and did a prompt and wonderful job. I now look forward to keeping the car for many more years. I highly recommend him.

When I found out my Prius needed immediate rust repair before the windshield could be replaced due to a crack, Scott was the only one in the area who could do the work quickly. Scott worked with my insurance to get the repair covered, had the car ready early, cleaned inside and out, and even helped me to solve an unrelated pesky problem in the steering column. Took my Dodge Ram lease here after a Saturday/Sunday ice storm decided my truck needed to be introduced to a huge falling tree limb, 3 weeks before it was due to be turned in. Damage done to the hood, fender, windshield and roof, Ouch! Scott Cupp was amazing his team was just as amazing! They had all the work done within a week and the truck looks as if I just pulled it off the lot! I will be recommending them to everyone I know as well as continuing to go back to them with any and all body/cosmetics needs!Thank you Scott s collision you guys are awesomely amazing!

Saved me $1,000.00 on a repair to my '09 Ford Flex. Ford dealer and another body shop said I needed a new rear hatch after I damaged it - around $1,700.00. Scott repaired mine for a little over $700.00 and did a super job. Finished it a day early as well.

I was referred to Scott by Fox auto parts, after being over estimated by every body shop in washtenaw county. I was pleased to find a fair honest estimate for my bumper on my Buick Regal. I will return and bring more Customers. Thanks !!

My husbands JEEP needed a complete frame replacement; looked as though we were going to have to junk it though it ran great and looked good...the bottom was rusted out. My husband has cancer and I didnt want to buy a new car not knowing how long hed be driving and besides he loved this JEEP. Scotts gave us an honest estimate and timetable for the repairs and his guys were thorough and respectful of our needs and attentive to detail. A COMPLETE frame overhaul along with several minor repairs to the underbody and the car was still completed in the promised timeframe and at budgeted estimate. These guys were amazing. I hope to drive my husbands JEEP for 20 more years!!! Even if he isnt really driving much any more, I know he'd rather be carted around by me in his JEEP than in my tiny VW BUG. Thanks so very much! You guys made our day!! I will recommend you to EVERYONE.

They needed to remove the headliner and rather than do it correctly they pried the rear half down putting permanent creases in the headliner. This can only be fixed by a replacement. The trim was also not installed properly, and has a big gap. Our 2 year old car is now worse for the wear.

This place is a scam charge me an ARM and leg for a small repair I ask them to take a look at my brakes they told me they charge 800 to replace everything I decided to take to dealership they told me nothing was wrong with my brakes when I got the paint job some spots was not painted this made room for rust to start.. they told me they replace my bumper that was a lie it was my same bumper these are rip offs DO NOT GO HERE..
