Made a appointment. Was on time for appointment. Signed a paper that showed what going to do on my car and cost. Took my keys. Brought car into the garage. Showed me how 2 filters needed to be changed & the cost. Go ahead. Six year old Ford Escape runs like a champ. See you next year for "the works" again. Great team great place.

The rates are much higher than what you get from the Ford Pass app.No issues with the quality of the service, just that for service and oil change I should rather go 10 min oil change shops.

I've felt cursed lately (it's actually just Michigan roads), but the people(especially Kellie!) at this store have been absolutely fantastic to me through my damaged tires and oil changes. I won't be going anywhere else because of the quality of service I've gotten here, and Kellie has been one of the best managers I've ever spoken to at any dealership or Quicklane. I can't recommend these folks enough!Services: Tires, Oil change

This place is absolutely amazing!! I brought my car in for a leak in my tire (ended up actually needing a new tire) and they managed to get it done same day within an hour! No appointment! Great experience. Team was very helpful and quick! Scheduled my appointment and they were able to get me in within the next two days with several time slots. Once in the process of having the car serviced, they called and let me know my car was recommended to receive an engine checkup since my mileage was so high. Glad they did! Car runs great and I am super pleased with the service (and free car wash)Didn't feel pressured to pay extra or anything. Just a solid experience from top to bottom. MAKE SURE YOU ASK IF ALL WORK HAS BEEN DONE!I normally come here if I'm in the area. Set up an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Car came back pretty quick. Noticed that they didn't ask where my lock was for my lugnuts...Came back in and asked them to check if my tires had been rotated, they were not.Had to wait a second time for tires to be rotated. I asked the manager to tell me how they rotate them and write it on the paper receipt. All he did was mark that they were rotated!Make sure you double check their work!Services: Tires, Oil change

The service msnager, Brian, was great to deal. I disappeared over to the dealership lobby and I received a telephone call when the service was complete. To my surprise, my vehicle had been ran through the car wash. Great customer service!

I decided to try Atchinson Ford because Dustin Shankle sells cars there. I made an appointment and the oil change plus tire rotation took one hour. The facility was clean, the staff friendly, and I was able to sit on a bench outside while I waited. I received a complimentary car wash.

Yanno, I really like the advisor guys who work up front, you can tell they try to do the best they can. But no matter what time of day you come in, even if you have an appointment you re still waiting at least three hours. Asked to get my car wash and they didn t do it the first time so I had to ask again which was extremely annoying. I basically come here for the convenience. (it s 30 seconds from my house)Services: Tires, Oil change

I had a screw in my tire , it just happened. I pulled into Quick lane, talking to a nice salesman for a repair. He said it would be done in a hour and it was! Service was excellent! Initially the service used to be good but this year I am not at all happy with their service. I started getting check engine warning 2 days after getting my vehicle serviced.They say that the car wash is complimentary. When I went to pick up my car, I was disappointed to see that my car looked dirty because of the dust that was clearly visible. Upon questioning, they took it for a quick wash and didn t even dry it properly.The tire pressure was really low when I gave my car for service and it was the same when I got it back.Thinking of going to a different Ford dealer next time

I am so very happy with Cody Argo and the Quick Lane crew at Atchinson Ford. He was able to take care of my emergency tire issue before closing. I thought the price was reasonable too. I have gone to Atchinson Quicklane for oil changes for several years and have always received great service. However, on my last visit I was told 1-1.5 hours for my oil change. 2 hours in and my car still had not seen the inside of the shop. It took over 3 hours. I understand that this shop gets extremely busy but please be honest and give realistic time estimates.Service: Oil change

MANNN!!! When I tell you my experience was STELLAR! I m still lost for words. I have always had dreadful experiences with tires shops in the past because they always overprice me but they definitely proved me wrong.I had the pleasure of working with Amanda Kuehn and Gary. They both took very great care of me. I was a walk-in and they were completely overbooked (the waiting room was packed), YET Amanda found a way to squeeze me in and still accommodate me to the FULLEST extent. Very respectful, tactful and professional.I m sitting in the waiting rom as I am writing this because I couldn t wait to share my first experience with Quick Lane. Thanks for putting the biggest smile on my face this holiday season! You ve got yourself a new consistent customer. #BuiltFordTough

The quick lane at Atchison Ford always treats me right, and they do great work. Best to call ahead and check for wait time as they can be busy, but still the place I go for all my Ford service needs.

Called around 5 different stores in two cities to get a flat tire fixed. Everyone was telling me 3-5 hours to have a tire already pulled off, serviced. While having an appointment half hour away in 90 minutes, these guys had it fixed and reinstalled the tire in 35 minutes of me calling up on a whim and showing up 2 minutes later. Very kind and professional, helpful, company. A++

I had my oil changed and tires rotated during this pandemic. The manager Kellie explained their full sterilization procedure for performing service on my vehicle. The service appointment took a little longer than normal because they sterilized my vehicle and had to let it sit for 30 minutes before the tech could enter. The same procedure was repeated when they were finished with my vehicle and I had to wait 30 minutes before I could enter.All the staff wore a mask the whole time i was waiting in the waiting area, and when customers left the chairs were sprayed down for cleaning.Service: Oil change

I opted out of the works deal & just went for an oil change thinking it would be cheaper, nope, nearly the same price for only a few dollars difference when I could ve gone further in town for around $25. They stated it was for labor costs & the clerk didn t bother to inform me of the difference. Don t waste your money here just go into town.Service: Oil change

All the staff are pleasant especially Amanda,Cody and Kelli. They are busy but get the customer in and out as fast as possible. I recommend you make an appointment but they also do walk-in expect to wait. Great staff on the front line and techs.

Professional service. I do my oil change and other regular service here. Happy every time. Their waiting area is kept clean.They have adapted to the new Covid 19 norm.. they disinfect/clean the vehicle before and after the service. Plexiglass Shield on the counter. Disinfectant while you enter.This place gets busy, always a line in the morning before they open. Making an appointment is the best way to go.

Had a great experience today , walked in with a sorta aggravated attitude about a key situation another dealer couldn't find. They found the key helped me out and fixed my tire free of charge. Super nice and greatly appreciated. Highly recommend !

Second time I had to go back and ask for my wheel lock not put back in the vehicle. Last time it was 2 days before I realized. Not like they were going to contact me.Apparently the mechanic doesn't think it's all that important that you leave with it..

My "Wheel to Wheel Care Coverage" (that was added on to the lease at the beginning) and with the great service help combined, I was very pleased with time and no hassle. Just waited a short while (luckily got there at a good time) and sipped my complimentary coffee. THANKS TO EVERYONE AT QUICK LUBE that helped me during a difficult situation (tire bubbled out from hitting a bad pot hole)!

Had my vehicle serviced today. Wanted to thank Kellie Hoxa for exceptional service. Nice to come to a place thats very clean and where everyone understands the safety of wearing mask.
